My husband and 21-year old son spent a glorious week at this fabulous condo. Upon walking in for the first time, our breath was taken away by the stunning view of the ocean and palm trees. The condo was well-stocked - had everything we needed for the beach, kitchen, etc. The beds were super comfy, the laundry room so useful, and the double balcony was an added bonus. The location cannot be beat. We walked to every restaurant, which saved us the cost and headache of valet parking. The location to the beach? Couldn't be closer unless it was ON the beach. We loved the fact that there were no keys to keep track of. Just memorizing a couple of codes was so convenient! Deb was quick to respond with any questions. We will definitely stay here again!

With the exception of unruly neighbors on the final evening this was a great stay. Location is great. Unit size was great. View was amazing. Couple issues that were immediately addressed by the owner

This is a very nice property, well appointed for a beach vacation.
The owner had everything necessary for a day on the beach and a restful, relaxing, vacation experience.
The property, pool and grounds are very clean and well maintained. The beach is right across the street, lots of places to eat within walking distance.
We will definitely be back.

The location was everything for us! Nice wide variety of restaurants and bars, some with live music and all walkable from the condo. Great views of all the activity on the beach from either balcony, not to mention epic sunrise viewing every day. This condo has a lot of miles on it but was still a clean and comfortable place. We would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing experience and stay here! The pool was wonderful and we kept, the condo unit had everything we needed and was so comfortable. The view!! You can’t beat an unobstructed view of the beach and sunrise every morning. We could not have found a better location and a nicer place! It had everything we needed and the location was just perfect for us. Walking distance from restaurants, ice cream shops, stores. I am not sure we could have gotten closer to the beach! This was just perfect for our family (2 young kids). We will be back again!

We have stayed in this building several times. The location is ideal for us. First time staying in this unit and it was as expected. Just a few minor issues but nothing that anffected our stay. Communication was good before move in and the unit was very clean.

This unit in the fourth floor has the best views in Deerfield beach! Sunrise views are awesome. Great for people watching.

The view is absolutely fantastic and the beach access is really perfect. We had a couple of technical issues at the condo but the owners were super responsive and took care of everything immediately! They even left us a little gift to make up for the inconvenience. Thank you so much for an awesome stay. Looking forward to making a return trip!

We’ve stayed at this property in the past & had the same great experience as before. Perfect location & perfect host. My only disappointment was the Ninja Coffee Pot was no longer there. There was a coffee pot but just a 5 cup which was fine. No complaints really. It’s just the Ninja is so great after returning from my first trip I purchased one & ditched my coffee pot. LOL! That’s only a personal preference. The place is great! I highly recommend. And if we visit that part of FL again, we will definitely try to book this place. Its perfect.

My family and I loved the apartment. It was spacious and the view was amazing. The location was close to restaurants and shops. The host was responsive and helpful. We look foward to staying here again.

The condo is on the 4th floor and has 2 balconies facing the ocean. Morning sunrise was amazing and the beach was less than 50 steps from the property. Lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The condo was clean and ready to be enjoyed.

The property was everything we expected and more. Had just one question and the VRBO host answered promptly. The area has upscale dinning and causal food all within walking distance. Property was extremely clean, 2 parking spots included and the neighborhood was safe. Would clearly recommend to others.

We had an amazing time celebrating a 40th birthday with friends from around the country all meeting at the condo. It’s the perfect location with the best view! Debbie was great to work with and the condo had everything we needed. We would definitely go back for another fun week!

My son attends Lynn University and we were looking to stay at the beach and make taking him to school a vacation. The condo is right nice and as described. It has big open living area. The beach is gorgeous. The area has walkable restaurants. I looked and looked before deciding on a rental. You never know how accurate the listings are and I wanted to be ON the beach. A friend who lives nearby and is familiar with the area said he couldn’t have picked a better place than this for us. We will be in the area several times a year for the next 4 years and we will be back!

Close to the beach, restaurants and shops. Gated parking and you can walk everywhere. The owner was quick to respond to our questions and we loved having plenty of space. Floor to ceiling windows that face beach and 2 patios. Perfect!

We had a fantastic vacation in Deerfield Beach. This property is centrally located and just steps from the beach. Weather was perfect for 2 weeks straight and there are so many great (GF) places to eat in the area. Great place, great time!
