Bienvenido a nuestra segunda casa en Phoenix East. Le encantará esta propiedad llena de comodidades ubicada en Phoenix East, 27100 Perdido Beach Blvd., Orange Beach, AL 36561.
Hemos equipado nuestro condominio con 2 camas King y 2 Queen. Acabamos de agregar una grabadora DVR al televisor en la sala de estar para que pueda grabar sus programas favoritos mientras disfruta de la playa. Ahora no tienes que elegir entre perderte tu programa favorito o nuestra hermosa playa. Puedes tener ambos !! Además de las espectaculares vistas desde el amplio balcón y el dormitorio principal frente al océano, hay una pelota de raqueta gratuita, canchas de tenis iluminadas, un gimnasio, canchas de baloncesto, una cancha de shuffle board, volley ball en la playa y una gran piscina climatizada al aire libre y cubierta con 2 jacuzzis frente al mar. También hay un campo de juegos acuáticos "Splash Pad" para los niños. También tenemos 4 parrillas de barbacoa frente al mar.
Nuestro condominio tiene una sala de estar y cocina mucho más grande que los condominios típicos de 3 dormitorios en el área al mismo precio. Acabamos de agregar todos los electrodomésticos nuevos de acero inoxidable, ropa de cama nueva, un televisor de pantalla plana de 60 "en la sala de estar y televisores de pantalla plana de 40" en todas las habitaciones.

The location of the property is really good. The beach is fantastic white sand and not that crowded. The unit is on the top floor, nice to not have anyone above you. The view from the balcony is great. Furniture is nice and appears pretty new.
We had multiple problems that lead me ultimately to not give a positive review.
This property is really showing the age. The common area leading to the pool/beach was a mess. Missing ceiling tiles, exposed ductwork, constant standing water issues.
On arrival, the unit was not clean. There was sticky ketchup residue on the table. Counters had crumbs. Some of the kitchen supplies had been put away dirty and had to be washed before use. The rug in the living area was really dirty, hard to tell if it had even been vacuumed.
The toilet in the master bedroom was not secured to the floor. This was discovered when someone sat on it and came very close to falling over. Resolution took a couple days. The toilet in the second bathroom had trouble flushing. Low water pressure in showers.
The kitchen items were in terrible condition. Both frying pans had chipped Teflon, making them unsafe to use. I should note here, that you should be prepared to provide literally all cooking supplies in the kitchen. There was not even a salt/pepper shaker.
The bathroom towels were thin and low quality.
There was no enforcement of rules, kids were using the hot tub throughout our stay and making lots of noise.
Overall, not a good value.

This place caught my eye with the description, pictures and reviews. It was everything we had hoped for and more. Rick was great to work with. The place was stunning and the views were breathtaking! If coming as a family again this would be the only place I would want to stay! Thanks for sharing your home with us for a week.

We loved this property! It’s larger, lighter and brighter than it looks in photos. Plenty of space for our family of 8. Loved the beach at the property - very flat and lots of seashells. Pool area was great. Splash pad wasn’t working but wasn’t a bug deal.
Conveniently located near everything we wanted, great communication from the host… would gladly stay here again!

We really liked this condo and will stay there again. It was clean and the family liked the layout.
The day we arrived, there was an issue with the toilet in the master bathroom. It took a couple of days for maintenance to get to us but that was ok. My husband was able to make it work until maintenance was able to fix it.
Housekeeping could take a little extra time to get underneath couches and beds. That’s the only thing that I have to complain about and I’m not really complaining about it. The main areas were clean.

The condo was very nice, it was close to the ocean, pool and hot tub. It was easy to get in and out of and close to shopping. Plenty of parking. One thing that needs to be replaced is the stopper inside the toilet in the master bathroom and some hand towels would be great for the bathrooms. The master bath toilet would run if the stopper wasn't put back on my hand.

Great view and condo had starter of detergent etc. Bring extra paper towels and garbage bags if you will be here awhile. Kitchen had all appliances and dishes needed. Owners responsive and helpful. Thank you

Very comfy condo with excellent view
The reclining sofas were perfect for the rainy week we had. Hanging out and watch movies was so comfortable vs some back ache from sitting a a wicker sofa. The beds were comfortable also.
This condo was had great quality appliances and everything was in working order.
The owner was very quick and helpful for a couple of questions we had while there.
The building and property were well maintained and clean. The location was close to the jetty which is great for watching boats. Leaving the parking lot going the opposite direction was always easy as the roads are well done in this area.
We would stay again if we need 3 bedrooms.

We had a wonderful time staying in this unit during our spring break trip! The condo was clean and included many extra amenities. Our children loved all the beach toys that were available. Wonderful property for a Friend/Family Spring Break Vacation
From the time of booking until check out the experience was wonderful. Rick and Bev were great at answering questions and responses were quick. We had 4 adults and 4 kids ages 15, 8, 5, 4 with us. The condo was spacious and perfect for all of us. We enjoyed the beach and the indoor pool. The outdoor pool was just a tad to cold to enjoy (but not something controlled by the host). The staff at the condo were friendly and helpful. The reason check in process as a little chaotic was the door code did not work but the front desk resolved the issue promptly! The condo was clean. We will be adding this property as a place to return if we can find time to get back to the area! It exceeded expectations! Thank you.
