The condo was very spacious with plenty of room for my wife and myself, our daughter, son-in-law, and 9-year old grandson. We were a 15 minute walk from Pier 60, the center of Clearwater beach, with plenty of good restaurants along the way. The condo was fully equipped and even provided beach umbrellas, chairs, and toys that are grandson enjoyed. We found Sand Key beach to be most convenient - 2 miles away, with plenty of cheap parking and little traffic. We saw dolphins most days - right off our back balcony!

Perfect location. Few minute walk to beach. Had the kids drop us off with the beach gear and they walked from the condo although parking was nearby and reasonably priced. Also there was a beach caddy you could fill and walk easily too. Beds comfortable, air conditioned nicely, great showers and HOT water. Close to dinner, drinks and night life. A short drive to the pier for parking with more night life and ocean outings. Saw dolphins from the balcony in the eary mornings while drinking out coffee. Would definitely stay again if I’m Clearwater.

This property was perfect in all ways. Location easy to find...entering condo went smoothly. Walking in, first impression was very clean and welcoming with a spectacular view of the waterway. Condo has everything you need plus more. We were thrilled to find beach chairs and umbrellas to bring to the beach in a wagon. Thank you!
Five minute walk to the main beach with a few more to reach the pier. Stores and restaurants all within walking distance. Every morning and evening we had all sorts of pelicans visiting the waterway...and even a dolphin came in for a visit. Shepards across the street was a fun place to hang out!
We would for sure stay here again.....it was perfect! I was sad to leave. Thank you for an amazing week!

Overall out stay was very nice however the renters above us were very inconsiderate. The children were very noisy threw food over the balcony and fed the pigeons so we ended up with a lot of pigeon droppings. Yuk

We stayed a week April 7-14, 2023 at this awesome property! It is nicely furnished and has pleanty of space and everything you need to fully enjoy your time with n Clearwater. It is walking distance to the beach and lots of restaurants and shops and we saw dolphins almost everyday from the balcony. The owner is very easy to reach and attentive if you have any issues with anything as well! We would definitely recommend this property!

We absolutely love this condo and the location. We were fortunate enough to be able to go back and stay there again (our second time). Highly recommended and hopefully will be staying again. The condo has everything that you need to make your stay comfortable and easy. It feels like home away from home, it's always hard to leave!!

Our stay over the Christmas holiday was fantastic despite a few days of unusually cold weather. The condo is very spacious with plenty of room for five adults in the same family. All of the bedrooms and adjoining bathrooms were nice and the master suite is great with beautiful views of the water. You are very close to restaurants, mini-golf and, of course, the beach, but enough off the main road that you get some peace and quiet. We especially appreciated access to beach chair and towels, so we didn't have to bring them from home. Would recommend to anyone needing a little extra space when staying on Clearwater Beach.

We absolutely loved our stay, the condo was amazing for our family. Everything that we needed for the week was already there including beach towels, chairs, cooler etc. (very nice not having to pack those items). We saw dolphins everyday off the patio, no need to pay for the dolphin boat ride :) It was a short walk to the beach, restaurants, shops etc. There's a big police presence, which made me feel very comfortable with the teenagers going out and about at night. It was hard to leave and we hope to go back again. Communication with the owner was quick and easy!

We have a great week at this apartment. The place is spacious and clean. It has all we needed. We were cooking there so we had all we needed including decent pans, spices and even small bottle of olive oil. They even had infant feeding chair there and portable vacuum cleaner. Washer and dryer was very helpful.
Beds were comfortable. TV had channels and hulu apps. We would spend lots of time on the balcony having dinner or drinks in the evening. We saw dolphins from the balcony one day.
Communication with the owner was good.
It takes 5-10 mins of walking with toddler (quicker for adults) to get to the beach. Beach is great for public one. Sunsets are just amazing there. There are tons of places to eat at the beach. Owner has towels to borrow, chairs and toys for sand. You can also rent chairs with umbrellas for 40$ at the beach.
We enjoyed our time there. I would be back here again.

This condo was absolutely perfect for our week long stay in Clearwater Beach for vacation! The location is wonderful! Walking distance to almost everything. The unit itself is beautiful, clean, spacious, felt safe, and has everything you need! It was great for our family of four but would also be comfortable if you had more people. The balcony was wonderful and we even saw dolphins a few of the mornings. We will definitely stay here again when returning to this area! Thank you!

What an amazing location. The property was all it promised to be. The host was very responsive to our questions and any issue that popped up was immediately addressed.

This condo has everything you need. Right down to a beach cart, beach chairs,cooler,beach umbrellas etc…. The place is clean and has all the cooking vessels you will need. There are air mattresses, a pack n play and cots. Lots of room for a big family. The pool also really nice. The balcony is perfect for enjoying the afternoon breeze. It’s location is perfect. Within walking distance the beach and lots of restaurants but quieter at night. Trolley and bus stops right outside. We had Publix deliver our groceries thru instacart. There is a gas station/convenience store right across the street. We would 100% stay there again.

We loved our amazing accommodations while staying in Clearwater. I loved the location so much. So many memories made! I was with all boys by myself, so having my own bathroom was a must. Andrea is so organized and prepared us for our visit with ease. The beds were comfortable, I only wish there were more! The kitchen was spacious, giving us space to hangout together. Lots of dolphins, manatee, and birds to sit and enjoy on the balcony! I prefer a Keurig for coffee, but I know many like pots! I am super picky about cleanliness and the place was mostly clean. I reached out to Andrea regarding a few concerns and she responded immediately! Awesome host!! We had about a 10 minute walk to the beach, a 20 minute walk to downtown shopping and restaurants, and putt putt was right across the street!! Lots of memories made at this great location! Thank you, Andrea!!

The condo was good. We flew in from our vacation in Cabo to meet our parents there for Thanksgiving.
The place was good. There a little bit of deferred maintenance needed on the condo. However overall, it's a good condo for a bigger family.
The communication was not needed with the manager. The instructions given prior to getting there was very detailed and provided more than enough information. That was excellent. No one wants to have to call the PM the entire stay.
In summary, we would stay here again. The location is great.

The condo was beautiful. Virws from the balcony was amazing got a chance to see dolphins. Condo spacious lots of room for 2 yo to move around without feeling cramped. Close to the beach and restaurants. Would definitely stay there again. Already have told friends and family.

We had a great stay at Bay Harbor. The condo was clean, spacey and had everything we needed for our stay. We enjoyed spending time on the balcony watching the dolphins come up super close and it’s within walking distance from everything! Highly recommend!

I do not have enough good things to say about this property. Not only was the space beautiful and clean but it also came with everything you'll need for a day at the beach. Chairs, towels, umbrellas, etc. So much to do within walking distance and great places to eat.We also saw so many dolphins and even an otter from the balcony! This was the icing on top of an already great spot.

The location of this property is away from the “bustle of the crowds”, yet within close walking distance of everything. The view from the back Lanai will almost assure you see the dolphins. They put on quite a show for us! The condo is extremely spacious and is suitable for a large family or a few couples, with three bedrooms and three full bedrooms. The kitchen is spacious and welcomes conversation, cooking and cocktails. Everything you need to relax but if you must work, the wifi is reliable. The condo is more spacious then it looks in the pictures. This was an easy booking from start to finish. The owners are very responsive and go beyond to ensure their guests enjoy their vacation. A big thank you to Andrea for making our stay a great one.

we found the property to be very suitable and pleasant for six adults. there was ample space for everyone.. and we loved having three bathrooms! the photos on vrbo were an accurate representation of the property. we were able to walk to the beach and there were many restaurants within walking distance. I would have given the property five stars on cleanliness - but I felt because of the dampness - four star was fair. there were "dampness" items provided to combat the challenge - which I am sure is an on going battle in Florida. we were very pleased with the property and our stay was very comfortable! highly recommend.

Our party arrived to see dolphins swimming by our balcony. The property is immaculate, ( I normally mop the floors when we check in , no need) and hass everything you could possibly need for your stay. We were a party of 7 and we fit comfortably. This is a beautiful comfortable condo. The owner is wonderful and EXTREMELY responsive, Five stars!
