The hosts were phenomenal; so responsive….within minutes. I cannot say enough good things about this property. It is perfectly situated for touring, golfing, shopping or just relaxing. The property had everything you could dream of having. It was spotlessly clean and check in and check out was smooth. I have already requested 2 weeks next year. The house and outdoor provide numerous areas to relax. The house has many added homey touches.
The owners have a well-stocked kitchen as well as plenty of linens. All rooms and the outside have thoughtful amenities.

Perfect location near where family lives, and easy to get to places we wanted to go. Fun to find golf balls on top of the pool cover from the fairway outside the back door! Host always very responsive and accommodating.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this home. We were in town for an event at the raceway which was convenient. Otherwise, the house is 20-30 minutes to most other places we went to. The house was stocked with just about anything you could imagine. The pantry even had emergency food items if needed. There was a large binder with info and rules… not terribly unreasonable other than some unexpected cleaning tasks to do before leaving. I’d like to note that the water heater is kept in vacation mode so you won’t have hot water until you turn it on and wait a bit. We didn’t expect that and was disappointing when we had plans soon after arriving. The owner/property manager we’re very responsive!

This is our second time staying at this property. It is a perfect fit for our family and life style. Heated pool, golf course, close to the airport and the house has many extras that make it feel like "home away from home". We will stay again when we visit.

We enjoyed our stay there. The pool was used everyday. They provided supplies that you would otherwise have to purchase, e.g. paper products and soaps. They were very helpful with a couple miner glitches. The house and property were very clean and well kept. Highly recommend!

On our first night at the house we had a storm that knocked out the power to the house and fried the refrigerator Gretchen and her team was quick to replace the refrigerator. Thanks to Gretchen and her team we had a great weekend in a great house and we look forward to staying here again in the future.

Awesome vacation experience
This house and it’s owners are amazing. The house was super clean, which is really important to me, and well equipped. There was nothing that wasn’t thought of. I had to contact the owners regarding a couple things and they were very responsive. The pool was a fantastic amenity!
The location was convenient to stores, but they close early ( compared to what I’m used to) so that was a problem when we got there because it was so late. We had little access to food. Traffic becomes very congested on I-10 so keep that in mind when making plans.

Family Christmas
This is a wonderful home in a great neighborhood. Second time here, will look for it on future trips. Love watching the golfers go by, and last time really enjoyed the pool but too cold this trip. Only thing I might suggest would be to include garage access, especially when it is very hot, but that is not a deal-breaker. Thanks for letting us stay in your beautiful home!

Lovely home. So clean. We didn’t have washcloths and Gretchen actually had them sent from Amazon for us! So responsive and kind. One of the best hosts we’ve had using VRBO. Pool a little chilly this time of year so wasn’t able to use as much as we would have liked, but otherwise highly recommend to anyone who wants a nice clean home to enjoy some time away in Arizona!!!! The home was right on the golf course so not as private or quiet to relax in backyard, but was impeccable with great furniture and bbq so if you don’t mind a few golfers, this is the perfect place!!

Perfect family get away
The house was exactly how it looked on VRBO. It was very clean when we arrived. The weather was extremely hot so the pool was very comfortable. Everything was provided for us upon arrival. The beds were comfortable, the WiFi was perfect 🤩 we are very pleased. Hope to stay there again. Thank you 🙏🏼

Quiet, clean, and comfortable!
The house was exactly as pictured. Very clean, and comfortable. The neighborhood was well kept and quiet. We were pleasantly surprised by how well the house was stocked with pantry items, pool toys, and bathroom essentials. I would recommend this property to everyone, and will definitely stay again if we ever return to the area.

Great Home for Quick Phoenix Vacation
We really enjoyed out stay. Plenty of room for our family of four. The home was very clean, well maintained, and well stocked. We really enjoyed having the pool in the backyard for the hot summer days. Plenty of floats and water toys were available for use. Located in a quiet neighborhood and is a convenient location close to restaurants, shopping, and groceries.

We stayed in this home for 4 days. Having a heated pool is really a great thing to have. The plumbing needs some repair, on the first night the toilet clogged up with only water and it overflowed and the whole master bedroom was full of toilet water. Later on we found out the shower clogges up easily as well, but the master shower was fine (all 5 of us had to take turns for the shower) we realized that the shower doesn’t get cleaned! there were stains on the curtains and walls of the shower!! At the end when we followed instructions for removing the bed sheets and washing towels, we realize there are stains all over the mattress topper. Overall, we liked the actual house and will probably never re-book here again just because of how dirty the shower and beds were.

This property is Great for 5 people, Everything you need was in the home. I havent seen my friends in almost 2 yrs we did get a little rowdy and we are 50+ and the neighbors did complain but other than that it was perfect.

Fantastic property. Really clean. We love the fact that the panty and fridge were stocked, I assume with things left from other parties.
Towels were not very good - not soft. Not really a deal breaker.

The Best VRBO Experience Yet!
This has been hands down our favorite VRBO yet! The house is absolutely PERFECT and the owners are awesome! They provided so many extra amenities that we have not found in other rentals! We absolutely loved our time here! The location couldn't have been better--so close to great shopping, restaurants, and only a few hours to the Grand Canyon! We will definitely be back again!!!
