The location is beautiful, right on the river, very well stocked kitchen, plenty of room for 2 people, but the place smells very very musty . Could not stand the smell, Rither the carpet needs shampooing bad or rip it out.

Best place ever!!
This is the best place we have ever stayed at. Our chalet was by the river and was so peaceful. The hosts pay attention to every detail to make sure your stay is wonderful. I highly recommend it and will stay there again!!

Sick and tired of connecting to hotel Wifi networks that are so slow
I only ever book hotels with in-room Internet because it is a necessity for me when I travel. My biggest disappointment was with the speed – the login in wifi but no network. the WiFi usage was much slower and felt like dial-up. Be warned if you like your internet fast and hot, this ain’t the place to stay.” This modern time every one like to connect with friends and family.

Not happy with the size of condo
We were disappointed in the condo it wasn't like the pictures we received smaller than the pictures showed

Not the greatest.
This unit would have suited us if not for the incredibly dank, musty smell throughout. We’ve stayed along the Fall River many times and love sitting on the deck watching and listening to the river. The deck here was too dirty and full of clumps of hanging spider webs.

Lovely river view in a relaxing location
The park area is wonderful of course, but I always looked forward to having my coffee on the patio, or strolling along the river. Perfect way to unwind at the beginning and end of day.

Riverfront Patio!!!
This property is in a great location with quick access to town and RMNP. I loved opening the patio door and seeing/heating Fall River just a few feet away. The property was everything we'd hoped for.

In the Mountains and on the River
This is a lovely location right near the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park for a spacious, updated place to stay. The unit was complete with a gas fireplace and we used it in the evening. Lots of things were labeled (e.g. linens) which was a nice touch. There was a deck overlooking the river, too. Ted checked us in and was very personable. He filled us in on whatever information we might need. We hope to stay there again.

Overnight on Fall River
The suite was clean, updated and cozy with the fireplace. Very quiet and peaceful setting. Will return but request a condo without an upstairs neighbor as they woke us up in the middle of the night. Beautiful area, can't wait to return and explore further.

I liked being right on the river. Check-in/check-out was quick and easy.
The outside of the building was a bit dated, which wasn't what we expected, but the inside of the unit was nice. The hot tub also had a smell to it/chlorine release was dirty, which made the hot tub experience a little less pleasing.

Relaxing and comfortable
I have stayed on this property before and it never disappoints me. This is the first time in this unit and it was just as nice as all the others. Right on Falls River (great to sleep to) and right outside of RMNP for easy access to day trips. If going into Estes is what you want to do it's just a short drive down the road. Perfect get away for some R & R and out of the everyday hustle.

Adequate accommodations close to park.
This condo was very dated. There was an overwhelming musty smell every time you entered the unit. Indoor hot tub was barely warm and the Jet’s didn’t work. The best feature was the location right on the river. No issues with cleanliness.

Awesome facility and breathtaking scenery
We had a little problem with our late check-in. You might want to better describe the office location in your check-in procedures. The map could also use a bit of tweaking. Otherwise an incredible experience. We will be back!!

Very Relaxing Spot
We stayed in a riverfront condo for 5 days. It was a beautiful site, just steps from the river. The unit was nicely furnished and equipped. We liked being so close to the Rocky Mountain National Park and it wasn't far into town for restaurants,etc. The wildlife was out in force and lots of fun to watch. We hope to come back soon.

We enjoyed our stay, it was clean and roomy. It wasn't the unit pictured here, we were sort of confused, but pleasantly surprised actually. It's all good and turned out fine, but photos of the actual unit would be more accurate.
