Host was super responsive. House was clean and well equipped. There was so much to do for all generations, that we were able to stay on the property. Location was excellent, near stores, yet very private. We loved the lake, the boats, the fire pit, the puzzles, books, and the basketball games.

The house and property were perfect exactly what is described. Jen was a wonderful host and helped us with any questions that we had. My family and I had an amazing vacation. The kayaks and boat were used everyday. I would highly recommend this property to anybody that is looking to stay in the Poconos. It had everything that we needed and more. Definitely book again in the future.

Perfect for our family vacation with multiple young children. The house was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed to enjoy the week. The kids loved direct access to the lake to swim and fish. The host was very responsive to our questions- when one of the appliances was not working as expected, she had a repair man out the next day to fix it. Our whole family loved this home and we would definitely stay here again.

My family and I have been coming to the Poconos for years! There is a large group of us so we always get two homes and mine is the main home. This home was perfect! It was extremely clean, great location by grocery and liquor stores, close to waterfalls for hiking and water parks!
While this home was close to all those amenities, you really don't have to go anywhere because they have seemed to think of everything! All the water toys, toys in the garage, downstairs entertainment, bikes, games, puzzles and more...SO MUCH TO DO!!!!
The property gets PLENTY of shade which is perfect for my mother in law who has breathing issues, but still has plenty of spots for those who want the extra sun.
The lake itself was probably the cleanest/clearest one I have seen in all my years and not many bugs/spiders.
We made use of the fire pit q couple of nights which was so relaxing.
I am certain this will be a spot we come back to for years to come!!

This house was everything we could have hoped for! Plenty of sleeping room for us all. The decor in the house was so nice. Lots of amenities. The hot tub was very clean. Everything was great from the initial booking to checking out. Jennifer was a great host and we would definitely stay here again.

This was such a fantastic weekend getaway house! We chose this location as a middle ground for those in NY and MD. We never left the home as we wanted to catch up with each other, and we’re so grateful for the stocked amenities in this home. Adults loved the boat and fire pit, children loved the downstairs kid area (Barbie heaven!) and the swing. We enjoyed the common areas and spent most nights around a fire. Jennifer was an amazing host. We had minor hiccups in the beginning, and she was so lovely speaking with and did and said all the right things. We appreciated our stay so much and cannot recommend this home enough! If you’re on the fence- book it! It’s even more gorgeous and cozy in person!

We stayed at this property with 7 adults and 6 kids. There was plenty of space for everyone both inside and out. We've never stayed at such a small lake but we really enjoyed it. Nice that the kids could kayak by themselves but we could easily see them. We used all 3 kayaks and the fishing boat a ton. Campfire area was very nice, though we did use our camp chairs so we could get closer to the fire. Lots of toys, puzzles and games for the kids inside. All the life jackets you could possibly need and some floats. Lots of chairs outside, plus 2 nice tables for eating meals. We did spend an afternoon at the other lake in the neighborhood, beach there was great with a dock kids could swim out to.
Only thing we didn't like we the noise from the nearby road, but you couldn't hear it inside at all. It would have been perfect if there was a dock too, both for fishing and jumping into the lake.
Oh, and my kids caught a TON of fish. Even a 5lb bass.
We would 100% rent here again.

The property was great! Alot of space! Lake front area was great for the kiddos with the sand beach area. We spent most our time playing on the beach and swimming in the lake and fishing. The house had tons of amenities for the kitchen and entertainment. We wpuod highly recommended staying here!

This place had it all! We were visiting our family from out of state and wanted a place we could get together and hang out for about a week. There was always something for everyone to do (even with 2 days of rain). Jen was amazing to work with and very proactive in her communication. I would highly recommend this rental for anyone looking for a peaceful weekend in the mountains on a great little lake!

The house and location were perfect for our family. The kids were first time skiers and then back at the house they learned to row a boat. The rest of us relaxed and enjoyed the smiles and happy kids to simply enjoying the beauty of the lake around a perfect campfire.

We had an amazing stay! From the beginning the host was easily contacted and responded quickly. The house is gorgeous. There was plenty of room for a house full of adults. Everyone could have their own space if they wanted, but there was family areas where everyone could fit. Everything was very clean. All of the instructions for the house were easy to follow. We really appreciated the endless firewood that was provided for the living room fire place. We would stay here again!

We book a lot of home through VrBO but this home felt like HOME. Once you enter the home its very warm and homey. We went the 1st week of Dec. He house was already decorated in Christmas theme. They have everything you need at the house that you dont need to go out. This house was extremely clean compared to some of the homes Ive rented. Definitely we will be back.

My family and I had an amazing time at this rental! The house was beautiful - very spacious - the large living room was a great place to hang out. We spent most of our time outside on the expansive deck which had nice views of the lake. And the private beach was another favorite. Plenty to do - kayaks, paddle boards, fishing, hot tub, custom fire pit - owners thought of everything! Only negative is the noise from the highway. But would definitely stay here again!

The house was beautiful! It was so nice to have the 3 floors for our 3 generations of family to stay in. Each family had their own space. A large kitchen, dining room and living room area with plenty of seating for everyone. The spacious deck had a beautiful view of the lake. Plenty to do with all the kayaks, paddle boards, rafts and bicycles. The weather was perfect. This was the the first family vacation we’ve had with our kids and our 4 grandkids. Can’t wait to come back!

The house and surrounding property were beautiful and perfect for the ten of us. Everyone had a delightful time from Grandpa and Grandma (in their mid-seventies) to the youngest grandbaby who celebrated his first birthday with cake on the expansive deck. Even a hose was available for the necessary wash down after the party!
Several members enjoyed the paddle boards - thanks for including life jackets for all. We used the grill a couple of times, roasted hot dogs over the firepit (and made s’mores) - had all the dishes and utensils we needed for yummy meals.
We spent a lot of time on the deck - it was perfect for the baby with the wired-in railing and the surface made of faux-wood - No splinters from the deck or any of the furniture - and easy crawling!
There was a minor issue with the heat stove in the basement and Jen responded quickly to our call the night we arrived. She was easy to work with from the initial contact in the fall of 2021 through to our checkout date.
We are happy to recommend this house to any family looking for a peaceful, relaxing and scenic vacation spot!

Spectacular Week!
Jen and Linda's lake house was everything we hoped for and more. Plenty of space for the ten of us to sleep and have private and group times. The provided recreational amenities as well as the wealth of local area options created a magical time for all of us. The stocks of spices and other basics meant we could cross many items off our grocery list. That was lovely. The vibe of Serenity (the house name) was indeed serene as well as elegant. While it felt like a high end resort home, there was still the obvious feel of this being a warm and welcoming family home. We gathered from four states, and I don't know when we can make that happen again, but all of us agreed we'd come back here in a heartbeat!

Wonderful home on a small private lake.
Had a wonderful stay celebrating my husbands 60th birthday with family. Beautiful house and grounds, we loved sitting by the lake and kayaking, and great fishing. Only one negative is the location is very nice but it is near a busy road so the traffic noise was bothersome when you were outside. We would stay again, we loved the house, many bathrooms and a large living room for all of us to watch a movie together. House was equipped with everything you need. Communication was great with Jennifer. Large driveway we had 7 vehicles with us and a kayak trailer. Pocono Downs and a Casino were nearby.

Family Vacation
My siblings and I have been taking a family vacation together for the last three years since everyone moved to different states after our mother passed. This was a great place for us to gather and the cousins to spend a great time together. We had a great time at the fire, saw a "Big Bear" walk up the driveway and a racoon who visited a bit one night while we were at the fire. The fishing was amazing! I look forward to visiting again.

We had a great time at this rental! The owners thought of everything! Games, boats, fire pit, hot tub, and more! The kitchen is fully stocked and the spice cabinet had all the standard spices! Can’t say enough about this wonderful rental and our awesome stay!

Overall a wonderful place to stay. They have everything you need to cook and entertain the family. Tons of board games, game room for the kids, hot tub, lake with boats, huge grill, etc. The only thing I would change is to have the property include sheets and pillowcases into the price. We brought our own sheets and pillowcases so we weren’t charged for those. Also it would be nice to be able to put a load of laundry in the dryer and dishes in the dishwasher before leaving instead of having to wait to put everything back. Other than those few minor things, the house and location were great!

Awesome House
My friends and family stayed here for the weekend and loved it. Perfect location for fishing, hanging out and relaxing. The house has just about anything you need, including an extensive spice cabinet! We used the grill for almost every meal and loved the hot tub as well. Would definitely stay here again.

Very nice house. Wonderful for entertaining a large group (and watching the Super Bowl). Very convenient to Jack Frost, Camelback, Wawa, Dollar General, several pizza places and a beer distributor. Extremely comfortable sectional couch in the main living area.

Winter vacation cut short- COVID
The house was amazing for large group, perfect for children also. Kitchen was great had everything you could possibly need to feed large group. Only downfall was not being able to stay our whole time related to my hubby getting COVId while on trip and cancellation prior was issue because few family members had covid. But would love to rent again and hopefully everyone is healthy so we can enjoy trip. Would recommend cleaning crew move furniture the amount of dirt/crumbs under furniture was a turn off. But home is awesome. Can’t wait to go again, and make new memories…

Beautiful House and property, great overall
I used VRBO once before and was unhappy but this was a gem. We loved the property, the house, everything. The renters were super responsive even on the day of check in. We went at Christmas time so the house was decorated beautifully. Close to shops for groceries, coffee etc. The house would be great for families too because there were games and toys for the kids. Everything was beautiful. The friends I went with were raving about everything from the moment we arrived. There are lease rules that you must follow so just be aware and make sure to follow through on those such as emptying the dish washer of the dishes before departure. That was something we were unable to do and felt bad about - and the renters were understandably not happy about that.
