Situado a medio camino entre Fort Walton Beach y Pensacola ... minutos de Fort Walton, Destin y Pensacola Beach.
Playas de arena blanca con vistas desde el dormitorio principal (cama nueva de matrimonio) y la zona de vida ... es ligero, fresco y cómodo. La sala tiene un sofá-cama, cama plegable y 1 cuna. Unidad ubicada en el piso 10. Esta unidad es casi 1.400 pies cuadrados. Las fotografías no le hacen justicia unidad. Mucho más grande de lo que parece ser.
Recientemente renovado, limpio y actualizado. Toda la nueva ropa de cama y ropa de cama. Aire acondicionado LIMPIAR! Trabajar fabricante bar de hielo húmedo y bañera de hidromasaje en el baño principal. Créeme, es necesario que el hielo extra para la playa. También televisor de pantalla plana en el dormitorio principal, gran televisor de pantalla plana en salón. Sreen TV plana en el dormitorio de invitados.
Jardines maravillosos, Caja de seguridad, cerrada y con seguridad. Perfecto para cualquiera con niños o adolescentes. Códigos para entrada, ascensores y acceso a la playa con socorristas de verano.
El gimnasio frente a la playa con 2 piscinas (una climatizada) y bañera de hidromasaje.
** Este del Golfo de México es de extrañar ha sido el lugar de vacaciones para mi marido desde que era un niño pequeño. Me relajo en la playa mientras mi marido duerme la siesta en el cómodo sofá de tamaño completo en el balcón. Me gusta sentarme en la cama y despertar a ver que vista fantástica .... incluso la cocina tiene una vista de la bahía. Esta ciudad es increíble!
El lugar perfecto para escapar del trabajo y preocupaciones ... también escapar a tiempo ....

Our condo was exactly as pictured. It was very clean and comfortable. We have stayed at The Pearl previously and it is a great place to stay. The people we booked from sent us our check-in info two weeks before our stay which was awesome. During our stay, they even checked on us via text to ensure everything was going well. Super nice people! The beach service guy didn’t seem thrilled about the condos that include chair rentals but it wasn’t a big deal to us. Overall, I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone!

Being so close to the water's edge provided a natural symphony of the waves hitting the shore. The offshore lightning storm provided images that will be long remembered.

Clean condo with great views. Had everything we needed. Enjoyed the stay. Only downside was the beach chairs, which the chair service will not reserve ahead of time. They said only paying customers, not condo residents can reserve. All front row chairs were reserved the first morning, so we bought some chairs and an umbrella to set up. Had to be able to see our daughter when she was playing in the water. (This is not the condo owner's fault). The baclcony had nice seating. Overall we found it to be a nice stay :)

We all had a great time. The owners were awesome! Their communication was awesome. They kept us informed on everything we needed to know. A great time was had by all. The condo was as advertised, and the couch out on the balcony was awesome…. Definitely a sleeping couch. Haha!

The condo was right on the beach the master suite was Hugh the second bedroom could have use a dresser no place for folded clothes and a little tight to get in the closet but we made it work the beach was the cleanest beach I ever seen I didn’t like to remove all of our beach stuff off the beach at around 5 taking it every day was very tiresome it was good spending time with family over all nice place

We throughly enjoyed our stay. Plenty of space. Right at the elevator and they were quick, might I add. Never waited more than a couple of minutes to get in the elevator. We stayed on the island bc it was a busy weekend but between Andy D’s, Pier Restaurant and Juana’s, we had plenty of places to eat for dinner. 10/10 best place I’ve stayed, hands down.

Trip went very well. Only complaint was elevators. They were very slow but when we left they were working on one of them. That may have been the problem. Easy to get to beach. We kept our beach gear in car and was easy to pull out and walk right to beach. Plenty of parking.

4th of July Fireworks!
We had an awesome stay. Everything about The Pearl and Navarre Beach is wonderful. We sat on our balcony and watched the fireworks at the end of the pier. The pools were lovely, and the beach is beautiful and soft. Would stay again for sure!

Great beach front condo
We had a great stay in this condo. Everything was clean and as described. Great view from balcony. Beds were comfortable. Michelle was quick to respond when we needed her help. Would def. recommend. Hope to stay at the Cajun Pearl again soon.

Navarre is beautiful and The Pearl has a great view of the Gulf. The only issue was a few dirty dishes we found that that the maids didn't notice (not that they are to blame. They weren't noticabe unless you were getting them out to use them.) The pool and hot tub were perfect.

We love to cook, so it was great to have a fully-equipped kitchen. I love baths, so the giant jacuzzi tub and shower was divine. The chair/umbrella service and ice machine made our beach time simple and fun. Lots of kids and laughter and friends hanging out on the beach was great. That awesome sandbar was fun -- fun to see friends, families and couples hanging out there drinking a beer. We wish more of our neighbors masked in the elevators, but other than that, we felt safe. We wish folks didn't smoke on the beach and drop their butts, but there weren't many of those. It was a relaxing recharge and we are likely to return.

This condo had everything we needed! They furnished plenty of towels, blankets and linens. The kitchen was fully stocked and they thought of every detail to make you have a comfortable stay. The balcony was a joy! The view was breath taking! The furniture was comfortable and it was nice having a full size sofa for napping. The Pearl is located between Pensacola and Destin but yet not as crowded. We loved being on the gulf and having the bay on the backside. The free umbrella and beach chairs was a great bonus and we even had a front row set up on our last day. Literally inches from from water! We walked to several places to eat and visit. We really enjoyed Juanas for breakfast and several other meals. The pier is a nice walk and the gift shop had some nice tshirts. We also enjoyed visiting the Turtle Sanctuary located just past the pier.
Working with the condo manager was a great experience. Michelle was so professional, friendly and efficient. She was prompt in her responses to text or call.
I highly recommend staying here at the Pearl and condo 1004.
