My 3 sisters and I are all 60 something. We gathered to relax and catch up with each other. We enjoyed meals cooked in the well appointed kitchen and on the outdoor gas grill. With 4 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms we had plenty of space and then some. The views of the red rocks from the deck and the living area inside, with windows on 3 sides, we’re just stunning. We had a wonderful stay.

We really enjoyed our stay in Sedona. Laura was a great host. She answered our questions quickly and was very accommodating.
This house has gorgeous views from every direction. Sunrise with a cup of coffee ( or cappuccino if you prefer) to sunset with a glass of wine. We even woke up one morning to two large bucks walking through the backyard. Very cool!
The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to prepare meals from dishes to spices to frying pans and more.
This house was also really close to downtown and some of the walking trails. We did the Pink Jeep Broken Arrow Tour and hiked to Devil's Bridge both were experiences we will not ever forget.
We loved Sedona and can't wait to visit again!

I am excited to have the opportunity to share the wonderful experience we had in staying at this VRBO location. To begin with, the hosts Laura and Michael go above and beyond to welcome you to their home. They communicated not only necessary property information but also included tourist info of restaurants, hikes and area attractions.They even have a kitchen pantry stocked with coffee! The property is warm and cozy, close to many Sedona attractions and has outstanding views.

Our group of 4 couples enjoyed our stay. The house was conviently located for what we had scheduled.
Only negative, not owners fault, was the no-see-ems that were infesting the valley. Because of them we only used the wonderful outdoor areas the first night.
Some exterior work is required for outdoor steps & railings.
As expected, to take advantage of the view, you need to climb stairs to reach main floor.
Laura was wonderful to work with & very responsive.
The house is very modern with lots of cool features.
We saw the space shuttle 3 night's and the elon musk satellites one night... Was cool.

This property is magnificent!
Provided you have no issues with check-in, you will love this place. We, however, had an issue in that someone was in the house when we got there so we had to wait for them to get out. Therefore there was no proper cleaning when we came in. But, if you have no issue with check-in dates, this house is truly spectacular and we would stay there again, after double checking the booking dates. (Mistake on their part...not ours).

Good thing Sedona is Safe!
The house is nice, in a good location, beautiful views. I had read that the towels weren't great from another visitor but they apparently changed them because they were nice and fluffy! The pillows, beds and linens were fantastic. Loads of tea and your choice of coffee makers with pods or grounds available. Very clean!
Now to the "hmmm". The front door closes but doesn't lock (it sounds like it does but, in fact, it doesn't). We didn't even realize it wasn't locking until the day before we left. We did realize, the first night, that the door to the backyard by the master bedroom doesn't lock at all. We were able to get a hold of the homeowner about that one on the first night. She was very nice and said she would contact their handyman to come out the next day and fix it. She also said "Sedona is very safe". The handyman never did show up so the door remained unlock-able for the duration. Considering we are from the Seattle area which has a much higher crime rate, that was a bit disconcerting.
The screens on the windows need to be repaired or replaced so you can open the windows. Most of them have tears or are bent and we didn't want to let the pesky bugs in.
The rooms downstairs are pretty dark (daylight basement I think they call it) but they are nice.
The final thing worth mentioning is that one of the conditions sent to you after paying for your stay is you are required to empty all garbage and take it to the container outside, remove all linens from the beds, put all the towels in the laundry room etc. before you leave. We haven't had that request before when we've rented a house. It's always been part of the cleaning fee you pay for your stay. Yes, we were good tenants and did all that along with wiping down counters, cleaning the stove etc. (not required in the agreement.).
On a FUN note - the neighbor next door was having trouble with his AC so he slept outside in a tent. The next morning we could hear him talking, looked outside and he was walking around naked in his yard, watering his plants while chatting on the phone. Good thing our kids weren't on that side of the house!
To end on a good note - the house is nice, the location was perfect, the owner is sweet and I do believe she tried to get a hold of the handyman. She may not have been aware that he never showed up. A couple of minor changes and it's wonderful..

A Perfect Gathering Place
This just may be the best housing value for eager Sedona visitors! The view from the various decks is stunning - a feast for the senses in all directions at all times of the day. In addition, it is well-located in a quiet, walkable neighborhood very near to grocery stores, restaurants and most services.
Although the outside appears modest, once inside it was delightfully luxurious. The layout of the visiting and cooking spaces are open to allow total social interaction while also enjoying the constantly changing Sedona landscape. The kitchen has multiple coffee makers, all necessary appliances, tons of counter space and any cooking or serving pieces one would want! There is a spacious, well-stocked pantry/laundry room just off the kitchen. The natural gas fired grill on the back deck is superior.
Bedrooms are large, each one unique in its layout and appointment and separated for privacy. The bathrooms are fully stocked with shampoo, body wash and linens.
Our group spent 10 days here and we would come back again and again. As a host, Laura responded immediately to the few questions that we had. The convenience, comfort and exceptional views make this a very, very fine vacation rental.

The views were spectacular, outside you feel as though you are really in Sedona, pine and Juniper trees, cactus, birds, and we even saw a deer on the property. Inside was fantastic, everything we needed was there, high quality cotton sheets and towels, we have stayed in other places and polyester sheets are not nice to sleep on. The kitchen was outstanding, all the appliances were top of the line and if we needed anything for cooking or BBQ the grocery stores are all really close. If you don't want to cook there are a number of restaurants within a mile of the home. Plus, if you are craving doughnuts, Sedonuts is fantastic, try the Vortex. We loved the home and there is so much to see and do in Sedona, we will be returning, and the next trip will be for a least a week.

Beautiful view & great stay for our family trip
Photos do not do this home justice! Spacious, beautiful view, and clean. We had a group of 6 adults + 2 kids and we had enough space and bathrooms. Any issue was resolved quickly and efficiently (our dishwasher wasn't working but Laura sent someone to fix it and worked great!). Great location - minutes away from nearby hikes and restaurants (check out Local Juicery - minutes away from the house and great place for juices and breakfast!)! We would stay here again!

We’re so happy we found this home. We went everywhere easily from the house. Close to hiking, adventures, shops, and restaurants Really cool kitchen to prepare meals, the beds were super comfortable & the home is beautifully decorated. Great Experience
We had a fantastic time at this property in Sedona. I would say that the location was great for us. It was slightly away from the touristy area but convenient to get to most places. The view from the living room and deck was gorgeous. The owner was so nice to deal with and went above and beyond. They sent restaurant recommendations and even videos about how to operate some appliances etc. The house was very clean and stocked with the little things you need such as garbage bags, shampoo etc. The kitchen was renovated so nicely and the common areas were just lovely. Upstairs there are two en suite bedrooms. The only slight negative is that the downstairs two rooms that share a bathroom were not quite as nice as the upstairs but the bathroom down there had some renovation and was very comfortable. I would stay here again without hesitation.

Great location and view but a little tired
Overall our trip was great. Was a little disappointed in the basement rooms. They were very dusty and not very clean. The water heater in the basement was loud and hard to sleep as a result.
The linens and towels are worn and could stand to be replaced.
Overall the view and location was great. The outdoor space is very nice and it is easy to take day trips from the house.
