This home is one of the larger older Sheboygan homes, with the interior brought up to date with modern conveniences. Wonderfully large rooms, well kept patio area, well stocked, even modern conveniences like air conditioning. The location is best suited to spending time downtown, but it is easy walking distance to the beach and North Pier to enjoy the lake. There is no large formal dining area, so larger groups would need to use the patio or porch. The property keeper was responsive to questions, and check in/out was easy. We will look to stay again at a future time.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on St Clair St. Very close to the beach and downtown. The house was the perfect size for 6 of us and very clean. Would definitely stay again!!

Perfect location, a cute neighborhood. house had everything you could want to make your stay perfect. Clean, nice bathrooms, heater in LR worked really well. Beautiful furnishings and, nice "local book" , although we would've liked to have more info on the history of the property. comfy beds
we were able to checkout late since no one was staying after us and they approved us to stay later. That was awesome since we arrived really late.
due to it being winter, didnt get a chance to enjoy the outdoor yard and furnishings but looked great.
The fact that there were little things like coffee filters, basic spices etc was a real plus. Appliances worked great, multiples of cutting boards etc, really well-stocked kitchen
improvements:
need heaters in all bedrooms, only one has an additional heater, first night I slept with all doors closed (as most people do) and was really happy to have the extra blankets provided. 2nd night slept with door open to lr/kitchen area, that did the trick because the LR heater could heat the bedroom.
there is an upstairs rental/property, didn't hear any noise until 11am last day but would've been nice to know that in listing.

Totally renovated and modernized old home with a sweeping front porch. Fabulous kitchen. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms enable a family or friends to have enough space. Quiet neighborhood close to shops. Immaculate.

A lovely, remodeled location tucked between a charming public square area and Lake Michigan. We were pleasantly surprised to have an Oktoberfest two blocks away where we had drinks and shopped at Saturday night, only to be topped by coffee with a sunrise three blocks away overlooking Lake Michigan. The inside is quite nice with modern amenities surrounded by old charm, owners were great and easy to work with. Sheboygan is a hidden gem and this property is the epitome of location, location, location; wonderful experience!

Sheboygan Charmer
Four adult men travelled to Sheboygan for golf and this house was the perfect location. Walking distance to great restaurants and bars. A five minute walk to the beach at Lake Michigan. No more than a twenty minute drive to any of the great golf courses.

Clean home close to beach
House was very clean. It has been partially updated. Less than a 10 minute walk to the beach, which was great with the kids. Rental is on the first floor of a 3 story house, so there were others on the floor above us and we could hear them walking around late at night. Jeff was very responsive and helpful with questions I had before our stay.

Charming and well appointed
We had a great stay and found the accommodations to be as described. The house is in mid renovation so some rooms are updated with modern appliances and touches whereas others are much closer to their vintage roots.
The neighborhood has a number of worthy stops within walking distance, including restaurants, a game store, a record store, and a crunchy bodega.
You can easily walk to a good view of the lake (or all the way to the lake if you’re keen).

Great Location
This is a lovely home within walking distance to Deland Park and the beach at Lake Michigan. Everything was well organized and ready for our arrival. If my family's travels bring us back this way, I would definitely stay here again.

Family trip
We enjoyed our stay in Sheboygan. Our family of 5 had plenty of space to spread out. The home had everything we needed and was clean and well kept. The location couldn’t be beat! The neighbors were nice, the walkability to the beach, shops, food, and things to do was great!

Beautiful house and location
The house was spacious and everything was top of the line. Jeff was very responsive; we needed some hangers and got them literally 5 minutes after I texted. He checked in with us after first night to be sure everything was good. The place was better stocked than most rentals including a pound of coffee, laundry supplies and paper products. Weekend Getaway
This place did not disappoint! The location was perfect - one block off of downtown and just a few from the beach. We spent the majority of time walking around downtown or laying low on the couch because of COVID and this was great for both. The host was also very responsive with texting is any updates.

Sheboygan getaway
This house was exactly like the pictures. I’m giving it five stars because it’s beautifully remodeled, clean, and the location was fantastic. The neighborhood was clean with so many well manicured lawns :) The bedrooms were a good size and the bathrooms were immaculate.
It was only a 10 minute walk to the beach. The beach was clean, and not crowded, had access to a bathroom, volleyball nets, playground, water sports rentals, etc.
A 10 minute walk to the quaint city center with cute shops, farmers market, plenty of restaurants (we didn’t go to any due to COVID).
My only complaints (not enough to give low marks) are that the kitchen wasn’t really supplied with a lot of cooking equipment/utensils. Normally I wouldn’t care because we’d be going out to eat but with COVID, we ate at home and cooked every meal.
There’s no AC in one of the back rooms but we fixed that by blasting the AC unit from the other room and turned on a standing fan to circulate the cool air. By bedtime it was totally fine. The AC unit is not a window unit but a wall unit. And I’m sure these were installed to maintain the integrity of the house. It’s so beautiful and I also wouldn’t want exposed duct work just for central AC.
Overall I would highly recommend staying here. Perfect for families wanting to stay for a quick weekend getaway. The host was very responsive via text and email.

Awesome spot and prettier than the pictures!
We loved our short stay at this home. It is so close to the lake--the view at the end of the street is breathtaking. The house was very tastefully decorated. If it were mine I would fix the front porch up a bit because it doesn't have much curb appeal. However, it was everything we needed for our family of four and I would totally recommend staying here.

Interesting property, has potential
The location was great, convenient to both the downtown area and also the lake and river.
Some things to consider before renting this property, one of the bedrooms is a common area with no privacy (appears to be a dining room converted to a space with a bed). The other big consideration is that though advertised, there was no A/C. It was hot during our stay and very uncomfortable in the house most of the time until a cold front moved through the area.

Clean and bright, new appliances, comfy beds, plush towels, and perfect location..cool breezes from Lake Michigan made for porch sitting through out the day..a few block walk downtown for food and fun in the evenings.

It was seamless. The owners are wonderful and conscientious. The house was spotless and well equipted..no issues at all and we spent two lovely weeks enjoying the twn, restaurants and friendly people. We loved it so much that we are renting it for a month next year..namaste

Lake MI retreat!
What a fun little getaway! The house was cozy and comfortable. A short walk to downtown or Lake Michigan. We were able to eat in and get a couple of reservations at some of the local restaurants. We will rebook in the future.

Charming house in nice neighborhood very close to beautiful Lake Michigan. Recently updated kitchen, baths, and amenities. Very clean. Soft towels and sheets. Kitchen with good amount of plates/cooking items. Also very near 8th street, a charming “Main Street” with restaurants, bars, library, children’s museum and shops. Definitely recommend and property is as described in listing.
