Perfectly situated for easy access to the beach and the rest of the island. Quiet area, nice facilities that are well maintained. Would definitely stay here again.

My family and I had a great time at Sand Dollar Villas! The beach wasn’t really crowded and it’s in a very nice area, away from the public accesses. The condo was perfect for our family and had everything we needed. The host was very responsive. Thank you!

This place was great. Located in a condo complex right on the beach and close to everything. Our favorite part was relaxing on the balcony and taking in the scenery.

I was very satisfied with the condo. All was perfect.

Everything was great and clean. I was not happy that a realtor knocked on the door before 9:00am the morning of checkout and stated that she had clients with an appointment to show the Condo. I told her that checkout was at 10 and she could come back when we were out. Other than that it was wonderful and we would stay there again.

All was fine. Beach right there. Would have been nice to open the patio sliders for the ocean breeze but there was none on either door.

We had a great time, enjoyed our stay! Property was perfect, we would definitely come back again!

The condo was perfect for 4 adults. Visiting family in the area and was a good choice For us. Neighbor upstairs could have been a little more conscious of others down below them. They allowed their child to run up and down and jump off furniture way too early in the morning. Understand this is not the fault of the condo owner. Condo was great.

The condo is exactly as advertised, right on the beach and the price was perfect for a mid-October trip. We will be back!

Great location!

The location is perfect. I read some reviews that said it was a drive to get to stuff. The drive really is not that bad. This is coming from someone who lives in the country and everything is a drive anyhow. But, there are restaurants close by and a few souvenir shops close by. The condo is right on the beach with a lovely, well maintained boardwalk to get down to the beach. The entire condo grounds are very well maintained and clean. The condo was very clean which was wonderful because I have stayed in my share of rentals that were not cleaned well at all. The actual view of the ocean is just like the pictures show, it is a side view from the little porch area and the main bedroom. The only reason I gave less than five stars for the communication with property manager was because our wifi went out for one entire day. So, we couldn't use the tv or our phones. We didn't know at the time that it was xfinity that went down and we tried to contact the property manager to see what if anything we could do to remedy the problem and we never did hear back from them. The only way we knew it was a problem with xfinity was we went someplace that had wifi to use our phones and my husband found that the entire area was down. So, it had nothing to do with the property or property manager but I just thought that they may have at least reached out when we tried to contact them. Otherwise, great stay and we would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Very nice, great location, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

(1) Location. The condo was right on the beach with direct access to the water. It was an easy and quick drive to restaurants and shopping. (2) Check-in/out Processes. We were given clear instructions that were easy to follow. (3) Condo Complex. Pretty well maintained with ample parking. (4) The unit. The unit, as advertised was a bit older, but many of the previous reviews mentioned how clean it was. It’s cleanliness was average. Not dirty but not sparklingly clean. Overall: Good location. Decent condo complex. Average unit. Given the cost per night, we got our monies worth. PS: One of the days of our stay, it looked like rain all day. We left at 5:30am for Orlando and spent the day at Epcot. We left Epcot around 7pm and made it back to the condo by 10pm. Easy drive. Very doable for a day trip.

This condo was perfect for our family of 5. Easy access to the beach and loved having the pool. Very clean upon arrival. Owner was quick to respond, and we were even able to check in a little early. No issues at all. Nothing super fancy, but neither are we. Would definitely stay here again!

Our condo was great, clean, had everything one needs, beautiful pool & access to the beach. Walking the beach was lovely & the Historical District for an evening meal, music, ice cream made for a delightful day!

The property was great. The access to the beach and pool was easy. The area was nice, and the only reason it wasn’t a “5” was that there were not as many things immediately adjacent to the condo. We had to drive into town for more options. A few extremely minor things (burned out bulbs and light switches that didn’t do anything) made this a 4.5/5. We would definitely come again, knowing that we need to be prepared to either drive to places in town or bring our bikes.

If you are looking for something fancy, this is not your place. If you want something very comfortable and very clean this is your place!! Great ocean views - nice to sit on the balcony and listen to the waves. Kitchen is well stocked with everything that we needed. I did really like that the place was clean!! I usually take some sanitizing wipes and do some 'high touch' areas. I did not feel compelled to do that here (that is unusual for me!) Thank you for a great stay!!

This condo was just perfect for our needs. We were there for a family wedding and were only a mile from the wedding venue. The condo was well supplied and it was great to have a place to host family. A nice little deck with a view of the ocean and a gorgeous beach. A great value.

We had a great week! The property is on the beach so you get to wake up and walk down the board walk to the beach to see sunrise or sunset, fish, lounge, or swim. There were chairs and an umbrella we could use daily. It was not crowded and we were in the water every day. Great seashells are everywhere.

The property was very close to the beach, there were a couple of restaurants near the condo. It was very quiet. The only thing that would have been better would have been if the condo included beach towels, soap/shampoo/conditioner/lotion for the bathrooms. We flew to Florida and having to bring those items was inconvenient.

Had a wonderful time with family of 5! The condo is small but it worked great for a short getaway. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach and my kids loved the pool!

Our family of 4 booked this condo as it was hard to find a condo on the beach with availability for less than a week. I knew it wasn't going to be luxurious from the photos, but I was expecting at least some comfort and for the unit to at least be clean. Upon arrival, we found several areas of the condo to be dirty and unvaccumed with hair, etc on floor areas and on bedding and in bathtub. What was most upsetting was when I pulled back the sheets in the secondary bedroom and on both twin beds found crumpled, slept in sheets with sand in the beds! I was so upset and there were no spare sheets to be found. I will say that I called the owner who did pick up. She helped as much as was possible and was kind and responsive. We also found the condo to be very noisy as you can hear every step the upstairs neighbors take and every door or cabinet they close. Lastly, the condo was ill-equipped in the kitchen with only a handful of bowls and plates which require you to do the dishes between every meal and snack. Also, if you hope to cook, there are teflon pans with the non-stick coating peeling off for use. Several things were broken including blinds in guest bedroom and lamps that wouldn't turn on. The kind bed in the master had dips on both sides and was noisy. Additionally, the listing stated there were DVD players, but they are no longer there. So, overall, I'd give this condo a 2 for location and for having the bare minimum of things needed. I upped it to a 3 due to the owner being responsive and kind. I just wanted to give my honest review for those traveling with children.
