Beautiful property great location quiet nights listen to the waves.

This place was magical! We got married on the beach in front of the house. The hosts were incredibly gracious to work with and the accommodations were spectacular. These hosts made our dream come true and we really appreciate their kindness and hospitality.

We were only there for a four day stay. The home is furnished brautifully and has everything one needs to enjoy the stay.

My family and I rented this home during my son's graduation from Yale. We could not have made a better choice! The owners were just awesome to deal with and great communicators! I highly suggest this home as a departure from staying in New Haven for the Yale festivities. Having our stay here, allowed for us to host friends and family over for a wonderful celebration! The home was very clean and very new! Absolutely loved it!

This house and the owners delivered on an amazing weekend at the beach. Location is perfect for quiet and relaxation and just steps to the state beach park and local Milford. Looking forward to returning this summer.

This is the second time we stayed at this house over the holiday season to be near extended family. Not only is the location on the water perfection, but the house is comfortable and abundantly stocked for those who like to cook and need to entertain for a small family visit. Victor and Kim are very attentive and thoughtful hosts. We look forward to someday enjoying the beach house in a warmer weather month.

My family had such a lovely time. The house is stunning with a gorgeous view. Beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need. The host was extremely responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay. The house is spacious and clean, with a fabulous kitchen- the best-stocked kitchen we’ve rented in a long time, you can cook just about anything. The view over the water is great and was very relaxing. We loved being close to the state park and Charles Island, but just a few minutes drive from numerous restaurants, shops, etc. Communication was good, and little touches made us feel very welcome. The beds were comfy, and there were plenty of bed and bath linens. All the appliances are new. Highly recommend!

The home is well-appointed with every amenity that you could possibly want or need! We really enjoyed our stay and the beach is wonderful- fall asleep with the waves gently lulling you to sleep!

The house and location is amazing! The house is beautifully decorated and thoughtfully equipped with everything you could possibly need! The ocean is right there off the back deck, and we enjoyed sitting and listening to the waves and feeling the ocean breeze. Victor left us a bottle of wine, which we really enjoyed, and he was very accessible if we had questions during our stay! Watching the moon rise over the ocean was especially lovely. Also, my daughter loved the second bedroom and thought it was very comfortable. The only disappointment that we had was that we couldn't stay longer! We plan to stay again the next time our family visits the east coast.

We were very excited about our trip to Connecticut and our beach rental! We were not disappointed! The home was everything we hoped for and more. Everything about this home is incredible! The kitchen is gorgeous and so well equipped. We wanted for nothing! The views are extraordinary! Listening to the waves against the shore was one of my best memories! You are literally right at the waters edge! The home was clean and had every amenity you could hope for. In my communications with victor he was always so helpful and quick to respond! I would highly recommend this property to anyone. There was not a single thing that I would have changed about the home or our experience! We will definitely stay here again when we return!

Everything was PERFECT! Kim and Victor paid attention to all the details for a relaxing stay. The house was obviously designed for entertaining; our dinner guests had a wonderful time!

The pictures on the listing were stunning. They did not do this house justice. My cousins and I marveled at all the small thoughtful details in the house. It was so cleverly built. We are all local in New Haven County and we kept forgetting we were in CT still. When you look out the window it feels like your on cruise because the water is right there under your window. It was amazing! Victor and Kim were so thoughtful in their details and left us a lovely note. We did forget that Charles Island is a bird sanctuary and heard some strange bird calls throughout the night. Took some getting used to but it was worth it to enjoy the sounds of the water. The only unfortunate thing is the bed in the pull out couch is a bit smaller than we thought and we had a hard time fitting two on it. But the king bed fit 3 so we made it up there and the other half of the sectional also had room for another. It didn't impact our trip at all (probably worked out better that way because the person sleeping in the pull out tosses and turns all night haha). All in all, we loved it. Would rent it again in a heartbeat. As someone that knows Milford really well, it felt like I was out of the country in a five star resort.. It was luxuries and lovely.

We had the most amazing weekend! Our accommodations were over the top. Victor and Kim really are SUPER-HOSTS and have a very special home that leaves you wanting nothing else except to extend your stay.

As our family said: This home is amazing. Everything you’d want in a a luxury space. So much more than the pictures can show! A light filled open first floor with huge kitchen with island with room for everyone and top of the line appliances. Dining for 8 looking out through the huge comfy sectional to the large deck and water beyond. Upstairs comfortable family sleeping with master across the back with double sliders to deck and views. Plus a huge master bath with skylight. Lots of small touches that makes you feel pampered! Outside beach in back and sidewalk in front lead to beautiful Beaches with places to play, fly a kite and walk or run on the boardwalk. We had a wonderful stay and will remember this fondly.

Wish I could keep this house a secret so almost didn't write a review but that wouldn't be fair to the wonderful hosts Victor & Kim. Celebrated my wife's birthday here with family and it was a blast. The house has everything...plenty of living space, amazing views, walk down to your private beach. We are veteran VRBO'ers and this is the nicest house and most gracious hosts we've ever had. They even left a little birthday gift for my wife. Looking forward to our next stay here.

Our second time to this amazing beach house in Milford! Beautiful view, right on the beach and the home was spotless. Victor and Sue are such warm and welcoming hosts...we look forward to coming back again to this piece of paradise!

The house gave our group the perfect amount of space and beds for our group, and Victor was responsive and helpful with all our needs. Beautiful view right on the Long Island Sound too!

We had a wonderful stay

A beach vacation in October. The weather barely cooperated, but that didn’t matter. We were 2 couples and although the second bedroom is a bit on the small side, the house did not disappoint. The main floor, especially the kitchen, had everything we needed for our long weekend. And the view is spectacular! We took long walks on the beach and around the Silver Sands state park where the sunset was beautiful. Dinner from the Greek Spot, down the road, hit the spot on our first night. After that we took advantage of Victor and Kim’s well-stocked kitchen and had a great time cooking together. It was our anniversary and the owners left us some thoughtful gifts. Even our anxious pup settled in and let us sleep in the mornings. We cannot say enough wonderful things about our stay.

Victor and Kim were perfect hosts and always communicated in a timely way. The fully stocked house was immaculate and beautiful. The location on the water was simply breathtaking. We recommend walking to Charles Island during low tide, the beautiful island seen in the gorgeous view from the house. It’s only 1 1/2 hours from NYC, but feels like worlds away. We plan to return!

The house is beautiful and hosts are welcoming and thoughtful - cannot wait to return. The best part of this house is what pictures cannot capture - the constant sound of waves crashing against the shore. One of the most amazing places we have ever stayed.
