the bath room is very small

it was quiet and very clean

the pillows I know it’s not a big deal but they are so small and not comfortable

convenience and morning staff was very friendly

Night staff at check in seemed as if I was bothering him by checking in

It was clean and well located.

The bed was terribly uncomfortable. Everything else was fine but you come here to sleep. It was like sleeping on hard springs.

Location is great for getting off and in the highway . Easy to find and centrally located

Pillows and mattress could use and updating /upgrade

convenient on and off highway close to local shops

could use a better clean up and a new driveway

I did not like how I was accused of smoking marijuana and smoking cigarettes in the room so they could charge me extra and keep my deposit. I am 7 months and don’t do either.

Housekeeping staff was very nice. Select members of the front desk staff were accommodating.

#1- while travelling, I learned that my bank accounts had been compromised and was left with virtually all of my money tied up in investigations. I spent nearly two hours in the lobby trying to make a reservation work with the little I had left. Once I was finally successful I approached desk to check in. I spent every bit of what I had ln the non-refundable room but was informed that an additional $50 deposit would need to be changed to a card and then would be refunded upon check out, which would take an extra 7-10 days. This was not mentioned in any communication sent to me. Also, while I was in the lobby for nearly two hours , not a single person offered any help or even a friendly hello. I imagine that if they had, this deposit would have become known to me and I might have had the chance to choose differently, but now I was stuck. No one at the property nor customer service would budge or accommodate my situation instead insisting on this antiquated process of protecting the mediocre accommodations offered at the facility . #2: Deposit required each additional day. #3: Front desk seemed to be accommodating in my 1 on 1 infractions but when it came to coordinating a price discrepancy with booking.com I didn’t quite know who, I’d anyone, was handling my reservation with any level of integrity.
