Everything was how expected. The pictures and the description of the apartment are precise. Owning a parking place is a plus. The fire place is working and is very nice.

Location is great

Not well maintained and not very clean: toilet in the master bedroom toilet was not flashing, trash was not thrown from the last guests, bedsheets were over used and cheap quality, towels same, there was dust all over. If the property would be cleaner and better equipped it would make it very nice. Host was nice and helpful, communication was great.

The location is breathtaking. In photos the apartment looks really nice, it has a real fireplace, big balcony in the living room and another small balcony in the bedroom. The design of the apartment is nice with 2 staircases: one that facilitates the entry to the living room, and another one that goes up to the bedroom & 2 bathrooms. The host was very responsive & appreciate the proactivity.

The apartment wasn’t clean at all, though I do understand it is a rental & many people passing through this ap, you can notice from the entry into the ap that it is a bad smell, like the ap hasn’t been cleaned in months, stains on the sofa, the bathroom from the bedroom was awful, the bathtub had yellow stains on it, one of the sinks wasn’t functioning at all & the toilet didn’t flush. The bench near the bed hasn’t been cleaned as you can see through the white fur a lot of dust & black lint. The socket from the fridge was pulled out of the wall, hanging. The floor wasn’t vacuumed or wiped down. On the walls you could see black stains and marks from how the furniture was pushed around/moved or you could see scratches on the walls. The linen from the duvet was teared apart. For the price we paid would’ve expected quality & cleanliness.

We had a great experience in this location, everything was perfect and as it was presented in the description, the apartment is huge and offers a unique view of the surrounding area. The entire space was clean and welcoming. We will come back, whenever we have the opportunity.

Very big and comphortable property

There isn't air conditioning although it was mentioned in the property facilities. Hard access from underground parking. Lift out of order.

The apartment is clean, well furnished and the location is great. The kitchen has everything you need.

It was really hot and an AC would have been a great facility. The baby cot came without any bedding or a proper mattress.
