very good location and close to marina and not super close so there is no noise, the 4th floor is high enough for a nice panoramic view of the lagoon and the sea

A beautiful place to stay, with great views totally equipped, nice atmosphere, it really looks like in the pictures ( which is great). The owners are very easy to talk with and the communication was great. a little oasis in the middle of Egypt.We felt very secure and quiet…

I liked everything but if you want to stay in Al Gouna is perfect, if you want to move maybe a little far away from everything, no Uber.

Roland and his wife were very professional and relaxed. The apartment is amazing exactly like in the pictures. Would love to stay there again. The location is very close to everything. The 180 degree balcony was the highlight of the apartment. We watched the sunrise and sunset set everyday. The art in the apartment was also amazing.

The flat is super clean, well equipped and the host is such an amazing a professional one. checking in and out was quite easy and flexible.

The apartment is spacious & central located in the old Marina

1. The apartment had lots of small ants. When we told one of the staff he said it is all over Gouna but we had to spray the whole apartment and they were killed so obviously they had to do so before our check in! 2. The bed wasn’t comfortable at all a very hard mattress and the pillows were rocky! 3. There are 2 closets one was full of bedsheets & towels. So you only have access to 1. 4. The elevator inside the building was broken and no one cared to fix it from the neighbors.

Its location is awesome, the apartment is so cool, the owner is so helpful and kept checking us out if everything is ok and if we need anything, we were so comfortable staying there tbh, also the amenities were so useful, the apartment needs nothing more, just PERFECT! 🤩

The bathroom needs some fixes, but it’s ready to be used perfectly though.
