In town for football weekend - excellent property in excellent location. Walk to Eddy Street and campus. House is perfect for family and friends for game weekend. Would rent again!

The location is a great walking distance to campus and Eddy St. The front porch is the show stopper. We had such a great time relaxing outside. Thank you for this wonderful property where we will look to stay any time we are in town!

We had originally booked this house as part of our trip to South Bend to see Billy Joel in June 2020. Needless to say when the world went topsy turvy our plans had to change - multiple times. Kyle was so easy to work with an accommodating. Eventually we wound up changing our stay dates to be used for ND student move out. Great location close to campus made it a great place to destress after packing up two students rooms in less than 8hr (two 4 hr shifts). Thanks again Kyle - would definitely stay again.

I've rented out a few houses for Notre Dame football games and this house was definitely the best. Great communication, very clean, and absolutely the best location. I look forward to renting this house again!

If you're doing something at ND, this is a great place. Communication with the owner was great thru-out the process, and the place was spotless, in very good condition, and well stocked. It's a quick walk to campus or to the Eddy St. area. Overall, it was an excellent experience.

We rented Kyle’s lovely, remarkably well stocked home, for my sons wedding at Notre Dame’s beautiful basilica. This house was the perfect fit for our family and all we needed to supply was the food. We had a wonderful stay and would gladly stay again. We have already recommended it to others and will continue to do so. We had a plumbing issue which Kyle and his property manager dealt with promptly. Overall I would highly recommend this home.

My family flew up to ND to visit my brother for the weekend and this was the perfect place to stay! Everything needed was already at the property and it was super easy to find. The owner was easily accessible via the phone/messaging for any questions we had. It is the perfect location for families staying together or getting a few couples together to stay for the weekend. Everyone has plenty of space on this house! We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We stayed here for 4 nights for our daughter’s Notre Dame wedding and it was perfect for our family of 5 but would sleep a few more comfortably. Very well equipped: soft sheets, soft towels, paper products, K-cups for coffee, and many other items for our convenience. The beds were comfortable, the family room is spacious, and the cozy front porch has ample seating. The rain shower, heated bathroom floor, and large master closet were all wonderful luxuries. It made for a wonderful, homey, and spacious home base for our weekend.
