We can’t say enough about how wonderful this vacation experience was for our family! Not only was the home immaculate and beautiful but the owners were top notch to deal with as well! Great people and so very helpful with everything we needed! Super nice, very friendly and always available for any questions we had! And not to mention, the location was perfect to watch the Blue Angels perform and the beach was just steps away! There was more than enough room for our family of 10! We truly enjoyed staying here and hope to come back again!! Highly recommend to anyone considering staying here! You won’t regret it! Best experience ever!!

This was our 3rd visit! We love everything about the house. The kitchen is stocked well! The toy closet has all that you need for the beach plus an extra refrigerator. The host is very responsive when needed. We love the close proximity of the beach. And when you’re tired of the beach, the pool and hot tub are a great alternative.

There were 17 of us ages 2 to 65. Everyone had a great time. If we weren't at the beach which is walking distance, they could swim in the pool or get in the hot tub. Everything was perfect.

We were in town for Spring Break baseball tournament, our group included my husband and myself and our adult kids, total of 6.
The split bedrooms and individual bathrooms were great. All of the rooms had access to a great outside space.
The weather was a little cool and windy so we spent most of the time in the hot tub. We had 1 day when we enjoyed the pool. We loved the back deck, it allowed us to enjoy the sunshine out of the wind.
Kitchen had everything we needed.

First family vacation
Couldn’t have picked a better home for our first family vacation, EVER! Our family of 10 was very comfortable and used the pool and hot tub everyday all day. Beach is close and we walked it for every sunrise during our stay but the pool was refreshing. We had a couple minor issues with the home and Kurt was there immediately and took care of them on 2 separate days. We highly recommend this home for your stay and we will be back for more family vacations. Thank you from the bottom of our heart Tammy and Kurt!

Perfect Family Vacation!

Perfect place.
Tammy and her crew made our stay so perfect. I can not tell you how easy it was to communicate with them and get a immediate response. This house if perfect not only is it nice and comfortable and you can't beat the location, they have all the toys to make it the perfect vacation. It was so nice we wanted to extend our stay, but unfortunately the weather didn't want to cooperate. We will be back for sure

Great Location!!
From the beginning of our booking Tammy was amazing, she truly wants you to be comfortable and have everything you need and more to relax and enjoy. Super short walk to the beach, everything you need in the toy closet for a beach day. Beds were comfortable, the house was fresh and clean when we arrived. Kitchen is so well stocked with everything you need, even salt and pepper which is a big one in my book. We would definitely stay again, Love Pensacola Beach! Thanks Tammy & Curt!

Evacuation destination
My family and I were displaced after Hurricane Ida with no place to go and I found this gem of a house for us to go to. It was the home away from home that we needed. Everything that we needed was there Considering we left our home with only clothes. Everything you need to function at the beach was there! The pool was also a tremendous plus!! I will be forever grateful for the “normal” week we had at this beach house. Highly recommend!!

Excellent beach and location
We were so happy Tammy’s property was available when our original reservation from another host canceled on us last minute. We had to do a split stay, 2 nights in Pensacola and 2 nights Destin. The plunge pool was perfect for our kids. The house was very clean and spacious. The beach was very nice and private. It felt like we had the entire beach to ourselves! We didn’t have to cross any major streets to get to the beach, which was very nice for the kids. We then checked in at Destin. The beach in Destin was way overcrowded and the beach itself was not very big. If we had to do it all over again, we would just have the entire stay at Tammy’s property in Pensacola.
One of my family members lost a pair of sunglasses and I asked Tammy if she happened to find it. She responded within minutes and said the cleaning crew found it. The best part was that she sent it back to us with a tracking number. She responded to all of my questions almost immediately! Now that’s what you call a great host! Thank you for making our stay stress free!

Paradise
Seriously such an amazing home!! They have everything at the home you could possibly need. Short walk to the beach. Lots of fun stuff and so close to everything Pensacola Beach offers. The owners were amazing and overly accommodating. Our family had a blast and can’t wait to come back!

What's not to love about this place? Great views, lots of space, lovely accommodations, short walk to the beach. Host was accessible and even reached out to make sure things were good during our stay.

Great location
Great 4 bedroom set up in Pensacola! We enjoyed the short walk to the pool with a well equipped toy closet that enabled us to be beach ready without having to go out and get a bunch of items for one time use!
The fridge downstairs also helped us ensure we had plenty of ice and storage space for the weekend.
The pool is small but a great spot for evening hangouts or a shaded water spot in the afternoon.
The volleyball court wasn’t really usable because it was overgrown with some weeds but there was a basketball court across the street we were able to have fun at!
I highly recommend this spot for groups in the future. Also would a great spot if you had kids or just friends reuniting!

Excellent!
Stayed with 2 other families. Our party consisted of 6 adults and 9 children ages (3-12). The house is beautiful and has everything you need. We loved the luxury of the hot tub and pool in the evenings. They were a big hit for the kids and adults. Also the outdoor shower and storage area with beach toys and bikes. The kitchen is spacious and easy to prepare large meals and has ample seating. So many places to escape on the multiple outdoor balconies. Loved that it was soooo close to the ocean and close to all the shops and restaurants. We walked down to the boardwalk and took the shuttle on the way back because it was raining. Very convenient location and definitely planning our trip next year!!!!!

Having a pool at the condo was also a bonus. We enjoyed being able to hang out there before and after the beach. There is also plenty of stores and shopping nearby making a grocery run pretty easy. I honestly can’t say enough about this place. I will definitely be back!

Would definitely stay again!
We rented this house for a family beach vacation, and there were 10 of us ages 16 to 73. The house was just as described and very clean. The downstairs beach/toy closet was so great - so many chairs and beach toys. It was so nice to come home from the beach and be able to relax in the pool for a bit. The area was great for walking or running and super close to restaurants and shopping. We would definitely stay here again!

We couldn’t be more pleased with our stay. The amenities offered were bountiful, the homeowners were easy and pleasant to communicate with, the beds were all comfortable and the short walk to the beach was a breeze. We will definitely be back!

The Consolation Vacay 2020
When our trip to Hawaii was cancelled, we were looking for an alternate destination and realized that we could drive farther, but the beach and the surrounding area gets no better than Pensacola Beach. Tammy and Curt had availability at Tiki Time! We are overjoyed with our stay. 260 steps to the Gulf, I counted. With our broad range of ages from 3 months to 64, the amenities were exactly what we needed. The Gorilla Cart made hauling chairs, coolers and beach toys super easy. The portable cornhole and paddle board provided hours of entertainment for the whole family. Ordering to-go from Paradise Grill and Flounders provided easy dinners when not utilizing the gas grill for burgers, hotdogs, and steaks. In this time of social distancing, having the whole house to ourselves and being away from the high rise area allowed us to feel very safe during our entire stay. We did eat outside at Cafe Nola for legit Cajun food including oysters on the half shell and did Lunch at Peg Leg Pete's on the way home. I rode one of the bikes everyday to gather what few things we may have needed to restock. With ample space and sleeping room, we all slept well and hit the beach each day after cooking a log rolling breakfast in the large, cook-friendly kitchen. Well stocked with cooking utensils, pots, pans, and cookie sheets, we never found ourselves making do when it came to preparing our meals. Last but not least, the new pool provided a perfect respite from sea and sand that our littles direly needed by the time we dragged ourselves off the beach. Thank you, Tammy and Curt, for the amazing opportunity to stay in such a stunning home for this Sims 2020 Vacation!

Wonderful family home
Our family of 8 gathered over New Years-and had a great time. We had a tween, two teens and a senior adult and middle aged adults and it was great for everyone. There were many volleyball games, hot tubbing, and we all loved gathering around the fire pit. We also loved being in walking distance of shops and restaurants. Great beach walks of course. We’ll be back.

Very clean
We thought the house was very clean!! We had a few issues with the hot tub and the internet service, but otherwise a good time. According to picture we thought it had a boardwalk going to beach, guess we didn’t read description well, it was for a nearby house, just shown in picture. Lol

This home is both beautiful and well equipped. My family celebrated a very special event during the week and staying in this lovely home made it even more special. The owners were very responsive to requests and all of our expectations were exceeded. Would highly recommend this home to a large group that wants to relax on Pensacola Beach.

Great place! Quiet and just a few steps from the beach!
My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful beach house! It was very well stocked, perhaps the best I’ve ever seen!
There were 13 of us and we had plenty of beds and enjoyed the porches! The hot tub was a hit!! Hopefully we can return again!

I have never been happier.
This is more than a beach house. I was so loving all the amenities and comfort of this wonderful home. The weather was warm but rainy. It didn’t make our stay unpleasant. We found time to ride the bikes and take a few walks on the beach. We will definitely be back and will recommend to friends and family. Thank you for sharing your amazing home.

Very well appointed newer comfortable accommodations
Definitely we’ll appointed and maintained rental for Thanksgiving holiday. Tammy equipped to every need and the young families loved the location close to all the restaurants, shops and activities. Some were challenged to arrive as planned and one group couldn’t make it but the extra space was put to good use. Nothing but high marks from everyone.
