Over all visit was wonderful. The condo was very clean. The amenities are too much to mention. And the view from the large balcony really was a million dollar view. The host was easy to contact. Would recommend.

We were there for the 4th of July holiday and could not have been happier with this condo! The view from the penthouse panoramic windows is world class! Our Balcony offered the absolute best vantage point for the fireworks which were being shot off next-door. i’ve stayed in several phenomenal units in this building but 1506 is by far the cream of the crop! It doesn’t get any better than this unit! You better book it for next year before I do!

Proximity to grocery, restaurants and shopping were excellent. Pools, beach, elevator availability, parking were excellent. Condo was roomy with beautiful view and nicely furnished. Only low score was VRBO listing indicated and showed a tub bath. Apparently the condo had been remodeled and the tub bath was removed, which was a bit of an issue, as our 19 month old grandson was with us. The walk in showers and some other changes are beautiful, but not shown in the VRBO pictures. Would stay at this location again, but not with infant/toddler. Communication with owner and assistant were also excellent. Thank you for sharing your condo. We had a great family vacation!!!

The pictures and description of this amazing property do not do it justice!! The panoramic view from this penthouse condo is breathtaking and the furniture, amenities, pool and beach access are perfect. Michelle is the absolute best at communicating and responded to all questions or concerns almost immediately!! We would absolutely stay here again and hope to be back soon!

Our family of six adults enjoyed our time immensley!!! It is spacious with awesome views and all amenities. The washer and dryer in the condo was very helpful. We used the pool and pickle ball courts and the beach was spectacularly beautiful. Loved it!

Phenomenal stay at the Tides of Tops’l. Our host Michelle was engaging right from booking. She made sure our stay was first rate. The views from the patio were amazing and it was wonderful to enjoy morning tea watching dolphins below. Kitchen is well equipped. Parking very convenient. Look forward to our next trip at Destin Tides.

I would recommend staying here to anyone. The views and accommodations are great and Michelle the owner was phenomenal. She was always there to answer any questions right away. I loved that the condo was so beautiful decorated and that there was Bible verses around. I am a Christian and I loved that. The views were amazing and I have nothing bad to say at all .I was very pleased with our beach getaway. Thanks for giving us a memorable time with family.

The Tides at Tops'l is an outstanding vacation destination. Few properties have the number and variety of amenities available to families to include tennis, pickleball, basketball, putt putt and more, and it's conveniently located near restaurants, entertainment and shopping. The layout of this unit is very unique with large living spaces, a long wall of full height windows providing great views of the beach and surrounding area, and a very, very large patio with enough room and seating for large groups. A separate "owners" pool ensures spacious access to a large pool and a large composite walkway provides easy access to the beach. The owners were also very responsive (within minutes!) when we had questions before and during our stay. The mattresses could use an update, but are still comfortable and don't interfere with the enjoyment of the unit.

The views are amazing the balcony is huge with lots of comfortable seating and tables, you could live out there. The unit is up to date and and was perfect for us. Good chance we will be back.

This property is even more beautiful than the pictures. The wall of floor to ceiling windows makes you feel like your always on the beach. The condo is very comfortable and clean. It had everything we needed. Michelle (the owner) is incredibly responsive and helpful. She wanted to us to have a great trip. The property amenities are also really nice. If we are staying in the Destin/Miramar area, this is where we want to stay!

I can officially say this is my favorite VRBO I've ever stayed. The view from the balcony and floor-to-ceiling windows are what drew me to this listing. It is even more spectacular in person! Once you walk in, you'll be drawn to walk out on the balcony and spend all your down time out there! I couldn't get enough of it. This place was SUPER clean, well-maintained, and spacious enough for 4 adults and 2 kids. Even the water pressure was good! The location is perfection - it does not feel overcrowded with tourists, and the beach was heavenly. The water is beautiful, and the sand is amazing. I have a feeling we'll be back...... and recommending this place to everyone!

We had a lovely stay in this penthouse condo. Love love love all those windows! The porch is enormous with plenty of comfortable seating and the views are spectacular. Inside it is spacious and beautiful. Everyone has their own bathroom which is superb with teens or multiple couples. Great views of weekly fireworks right from the porch without having to fight the crowds. Excellent stay!

My family and I have been staying in destin/miramar beach the last 6 years. This has been by the far the best experience i've had. The condo feels like home as soon as you walk in, the view is breathtaking, and everything you need is right there. We will be back!

This was our second stay here in the "Palace by the Sea" as we refer to it! We had a fantastic time and it was even better than our first visit... which was wonderful!

Despite the unseasonably cold weather, we had a wonderful time in this gorgeous condo...even though we could only be on the beach in coats! The condo is spacious, had everything we needed, beautifully decorated, beds were comfy. Hosts were easy to contact and gracious. Even though Florida was experiencing record low temps, we found plenty of inside things to do in the area that kept everyone occupied and in good humor! Escape room, inside black light putt putt, and taking our granddaughter to see Santa at Bass Pro Shop and for bowling at Uncle Buck's Fishbowl in Destin were some highlights. Spent time at Gulf World Marine Park in Panama City; granddaughter got to shake hands with a dolphin. Her vacation was complete at that point! Lots of seafood (Stewby's in Okaloosa YUM) And shopping, of course. Wish the weather had been warmer, but we had a lovely vacation in a beautiful condo with views for miles. Beautiful.

We were very pleased with our stay here @ the Mauldins' Tops'l beach condo. Check-in was a breeze, huge WOW factor when walking in the front door and seeing the beautiful panoramic views of the gulf via the 2 walls of glass. The patio was very big as well and provided plenty of comfortable outdoor seating. (Different seating than pictured in VRBO). The kitchen was stocked with enough dinnerware and kitchen items for our group of 6 to be able to cook-in a few times. One draw back was the "owners pool and hot tub" were closed, even though they were cleaning them almost every day, they had every gate pad locked with a wire bike lock, We will definately try to book this beautiful condo again. Thanks for a great holiday trip!

This was a beautiful condo with excellent furnishings in an awesome location. We really appreciated the ample leather seating, the large dining table with seating for all, the well furnished balcony, (the furniture is different than what is shown in the pictures), and the king size beds.
However, we would have liked to have alternative lighter covers for warm conditions for all the beds. We love to cook and for a luxury unit we expected the kitchen to be a little better stocked. The only frying pans were torn up and warped non stick. There were only 5 wine glasses, and no spoons other than 6 soup spoons. Minor irritations but for the price you expect a little more.
We were surprised to find a high chair, a fan, and pack and play in the closet which would have saved us from hauling ours if we had known.
The location is great, just next to a state park so there are few people on one side to escape the craziness of SanDestin on the other. The pools were very nice and the Tiki bar was a bonus. I will definitely keep this place on my list to return to.

The view from this property took my breath away! The large patio was very comfortable. The beach was clean and the rental chairs and umbrellas were convenient. We saw dolphins swimming along the shore from the patio each morning.

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay. The pros would definitely be the following:
size! - the common areas and kitchen were perfect for a family of 7 (4 adults and 3 kids). I also liked that they provided an option of 2 twin beds or a king size bed in the guest room.
View - this is the best it gets in terms of an all around view of the gulf. It was surreal to wake up to the beautiful view of the ocean. The terrace is perfect for lounging and soaking it all in.
Pool- the pool didn't stay super crowded and the kiddie pool was perfect for my 2 year old. It was also nice to have access to a bar in the pool vicinity.
Beach access- the resort is right on the beach and a quick journey from the condo
Location- Mirimar beach is much quieter than Destin. There is a Publix close by as well as various restaurants to choose from. This was perfect for a family with small kiddos.
Security- there is a guard at the entrance 24/7 and overall the location felt safe and remained quiet
Cons- none really! the only thing we had was a leaky shower. The owner was quick to respond and provide a temporary solution.
Also, for those who want a true hustle and bustle (Destin/Panama City) this is not ideal. The neighborhood and resort are much more chill/relaxed than other areas in the Panhandle.
Checkin was super easy and the owner was super responsive to any inquiries we had. We will definitely be returning for future stays! This location and room are ideal for families but would also be perfect for a group of adults traveling together.
