This is by far the best place we ever stayed with VRBO! Gorgeous location on the river - beautiful, comfortable furnishings. Liked the two levels to feel uncrowned. We would definitely stay here again!!!!

This was our third time to stay at this home and each time it just gets better and better. There is the VERY well appointed house, the comfortable beds and sound of the river that help you sleep, the hot tub that soothes sore muscles after hiking, the elk and deer who wander thru the yard and provide entertainment for the grandchildren, the pool table that feeds those sibling rivalries and the two refrigerators that store all the food needed for our family gathering. The list goes on and on because this house and tens location is fantastic.

My family of 12 came to Estes for a 4 night stay at this beautiful home. It met all of our families needs. Very spacious surrounded by the mountains and Thompson River right outside the back door. The elk came to visit a few times and my Grandchildren loved watching them. We would definitely book this property again!!!

This house was amazing! We were celebrating the life of our friends mother who passed away last year. She grew up on the big Thompson river. Thank you so much for the use of your wonderful house! We appreciate it more than you will ever know!

Our dual family vacation was well spent in this cozy and serene home. The home was perfect for two families with two living spaces, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Well decorated and very clean. Back yard was so peaceful and gorgeous- even saw some wildlife! Will definitely return!

Our experience was absolutely wonderful. I can’t think of anything lacking in the home. The kitchen was well-appointed with every utensil/gadget/appliance that was needed. The beds were comfortable and the home was extremely clean. It was wonderful to have onsite laundry facilities, and garbage pickup during the week. The hot tub was well-used to unwind after the daily adventures! It was fun to have games and puzzles for the rainy days. Beautiful location with lots of wildlife to watch while sitting outdoors. Finally, the home was a great proximity to the national park as well as the downtown area!

Been coming to Estes for 30 years always love it many changes but being with family is special. Think this house was one of our top stays

This was our second "family reunion" at this great home. Everything was great and we will definitely repeat! The youngest in our party were crying when they left.....we all loved it!!

Our family thoroughly loved our week long stay in this beautiful home. It is right on the Big Thompson River, has easy access to Rocky Mountain National Park and we watched over a dozen female elk and 5 babies visit not only the front yard and backyard but watched them cross the river right behind the house. This was something our family will never forget. Then there are the hummingbirds that will give you hours of entertainment on the deck if you hang a hummingbird feeder. Perfect location for an unforgettable week in a lovely, well equipped home.

Home was very nice and spacious. Family enjoyed the hot tub and setting out on the patio.

The property is very nice and has a wonderful location right next to the beautiful river. The upstairs and downstairs living spaces made it so nice for our large group to be able to split up at various times. The kitchen had a fantastic assortment of dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, pots and pans which was fantastic! One challenge was the dramatic temperature difference between the upstairs and downstairs. It would’ve been helpful to have some more warmer bedding available because of that big temperature difference. Overall I would recommend this rental.

Nice place to stay for family. We had 6 adults and 6 kids. Plenty of room for everyone. Place seemed clean and taken care of. Property management team are very friendly and easy to work with. I would stay at another one of their properties.

Wonderful location on the Big Thompson just outside Estes. Felt like we were away from everything yet minutes away. Wonderful house for family fun and relaxation, well equipped and laid out.

Well kept property with prime location. Easy access to all amenities. Will rent it again when coming back to Rockies

The pictures didn't do the house justice ! We had a great time with my Mom , our kids and grandkids. The hot tub had a beautiful view of the river and so did the house ! The master was perfect for my mom with a walk in shower and the house being a ranch so it was easy for her to get into . The basement was perfect for the our kids and grandkids . My Mom , husband and I were able to enjoy the upstairs and were not kept up at night by a crying baby . The house and view could not have been more perfect. We will definitely be back !

Enjoyed our stay!

We loved the house and location! We will definitely stay there again. The only complaint was how cold the lower floor was. Finally found space heaters and left fireplace on to make it comfortable.

Lots of room and beautiful views. Enjoyed the 2 separate living rooms. Also since our stay was in the winter it was really nice to be able to use the garage for our cars. Close to RMNP. Excellent stay!

Very comfortable cabin for our family gathering. Great well equipped kitchen, plenty of room for everyone. Master suite on main floor comfortable and nice layout. 2nd bedroom & bath on main level nice. The younger folk enjoyed the lower level with 3 bedrooms and 1 1/2 baths & game room.. They even went in hot tub in the snow. The kids made their own sled run on the property, which they really enjoyed. Very convienent to Rocky Mountain National Park. Would definately recommend for family gatherings. Good heating system for winter.

Easy booking and check in. Great property and house, even better than expected.

The property is very nice, especially the back. The hot tub was relaxing. The inside had a few areas the could have been cleaner (i.e. dust on the walls, the tile floors were not clean). The basement could use some better seating. Overall it was a good experience and we enjoyed our stay.

Great location near the Rocky Mountain National Park. It is right on the Big Thompson River. It could use a couple of new mattresses for beds as a couple of beds were uncomfortable. But otherwise it was all good.

First of all, the photos in the listing for this house do not do it justice at all. The house is much more beautiful than it looks in the photos and was a great place for our weekend getaway. The location is great close to downtown Estes Park and to the RMNP gate. The kitchen was probably one of the best equipped I have seen which was great for a bunch of people who love to cook. The hot tub on the banks of the river was an amazing place to relax. That said, our stay was not without it’s hiccups. The downstairs clearly relies on the gas fireplace to keep it warm in the winter and with it not working it was way too cold to have multiple kids sleep down there as originally planned. There were radiator style heaters provided but they did very little to heat the rooms and were not exactly safe for the kids to be around. Almost certainly this wouldn’t be an issue in the summer, but it did make it very difficult to use the downstairs in the winter. We were in Estes during a big snowstorm and there was very little communication around plowing of the driveway. I had been told prior to our arrival (because we knew the storm was coming) that the property manager would take care of plowing the driveway and it was well over 24 hours after my first call to inquire about the status before it was done. Because it was a substantial snow storm we couldn’t leave the garage. We would have appreciated some proactive communication about the plow situation as opposed to being hung up on, and the other rude treatment I received when inquiring about the plowing during our stay. Big thanks to Glen at the property manager’s office who took the time to mail back my daughter’s favorite toy which she accidentally left when we checked out. Overall, would recommend this house to anyone looking to visit Estes Park.
