We had a small sitting room, separate bedroom and kitchenette. The owner even setup Youtube for us.

Everything was perfect!

The rooms in the apartment were very spacious and the beds were comfortable. The living space was nicely furnished and cozy. YouTube was accessible on the TV. The manager waited for us by the door of the hotel to welcome us on our first night and explained everything to us about the electronic lock, TV, air conditioning and facilities. He speaks very good English. Passing trains and shinkansen could be heard in the room throughout the day and evening, but it was not an unpleasant or loud sound. In fact, it added to the overall coziness. The place was conveniently located about a 10 minute walk away from Kumagaya Station and directly across the street from another smaller train station. There was also a convenience store about 3 minutes away by foot, and it's not far from the sakura park along the river.

All amenities were available, except for pajamas, despite the fact that they were shown as included in the photos. The manager explained this was due to new regulations from the government. However, it was only a minor inconvenience. More importantly, there was no stove for cooking in the kitchen, only a microwave, but it was still useful for us and we could cook our dinner despite the limitation. Laundry detergent for the washing machine was also not provided, so we had to buy our own.

the location is easy to access because it is close to the train station and the facilities in the room are very complete

the absence of a receptionist made it difficult for me to enter the first time maybe because I am a foreigner so I was a little confused but the innkeeper was very quick to respond if contacted

I found a cockroach in the room but because I'm not afraid of cockroaches it's not a problem in my opinion I'm just a little surprised why there are cockroaches in the inn

The property is very good, and also the staff. 1min walk to Kami-Kumagaya station. 5 mins walk to convenience store and ramen shop.

Cleaning and friendly behievuor.

Every 30 to 40 min when any electric train pass sounds disturb in sleeping. Also air conditioning heater was not working.
