the Villa is big enough, with spacious rooms and everything you need. The bedrooms are nice, the common areas are just perfect! But the best thing is the setup outside - a big and shady gazebo, a nice pool, sand, hammocks, everything you need! And the beach is just outside the fence! Also Hidaya (the lovely girl taking care of the house) was super helpful and always there for us!

The WiFi was bad. Also one of the double rooms is super super small. There are 2 big double bedrooms with private bathrooms but all other rooms should share only 1 bathroom (one double room, two twin bed rooms and the common spaces) which is quite uncomfortable. The locks of the rooms should be changed because they stuck and are super loud. The dishwasher wasn’t working. The restaurants around the villa are quite expensive compared to other parts of the island.

1. The location is very good and in walking distance you can find a lot of restaurants, also the famous il pontile. Sometimes we used the bbq set outside in the garden at the lounge part. 2. In the house there is a waterdepenser so easy to tap water from a 5 liter bottle 3. The internet is good 4. The rooms are comfortable and clean 5. There is a dishwasher, washingmachine and big oven what made our stay more easy 6. There is professional security from 7pm - 7am what makes our stay more safe 7. Good communication with the owner and he replies on time

1. The safety box didnot work but we solved it on another way. 2. The housemaid needs specific instructions

We loved our stay in this lovely peaceful home! We loved the comfy beds, private pool, direct access to the beach, bbq, patio, etc. The property is very taken care of. Location is great to organise excursions on the east side.

We loved everything. The owners are very friendly and helpful with information. Hidaya is a nice girl taking care of the house and meals if you want (for a small charge). Dula takes care of the yard and the pool. Kids loved the beach. You can meet locals, also kids playing on the beach. It is a long beach, not touristy at all. Locals try to sell you souvenirs and excursions.

Liked everything, the only thing on our mind was the potencial danger of the coconut falling off the palms, when chilling or playing near the pool area.

Lovely spacious villa with large pool and outdoor seating area with BBQ facility. The 5 rooms are big and bathrooms modern and clean (3 bathrooms in total). Washing machine and outside line to keep on top of laundry. Except for the lovely villa, the white sandy beach and palm trees are beautiful and the area very peaceful. The kind owner gave us the details of a very reliable taxi driver who knows exactly where to find what in the little town. We will definitely return to the Magic Villa !

Only comment is on location - make sure when you go food shopping to stock up on the basics as the big shop is a taxi ride away.

Everything was perfect, the owners and especially Hidaya that looks after the villa were very nice. Hidaya cooked fantastic dinners for us and gave us opportunity to taste local cuisine. Thanks for all. If we return to Zanzibar, we will definitely stay there again.
