The villa is exquisite - beautifully appointed - with four sizeable bedrooms, all with en-suite facilities. The views over the infinite pool to the Indian Ocean are spectacular. The staff are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Our host Ali arranged numerous excursions, taxis etc.The in -house chef is excellent and the food was as good or better than anything we encountered when eating out and included grilled lobster on our last night which was perfect. We particularly enjoyed an early morning boat trip - being picked up from the steps below the villa - to swim with dolphins and then snorkel among a thousand fish. This is a very special, luxurious experience for a family group such as ours and could not be faulted.

The property is somewhat isolated - although at low tide you can walk along the beach for 20 minutes to a number of restaurants / hotel complexes. The best of these was the Sevi Boutique Hotel where we had a great lunch. The isolation actually suited us as a group perfectly.

Staff were super, helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Great food & very comfortable. We wanted a rest & certainly got it, we did nothing for 12 days. What more could we ask.

The bad state of the road makes the villa seem very isolated. A little updating to property would make it perfect, which I believe is due soon.

It was amazing holiday for me. The stuff are very kind and helpful. They are just doing their job then they disappear after that all villa, garden, pool will be belong to you. If you want to spent a good time along with your family that villa can be a good choice.

It will be better if breakfast has more variety. It is little bit simple and they serve few items.

Location is incredible, really modern place and staff really helpful.

Although they say to accept payments with Amex, it was not. They charge a supplement for paying with card unannounced/advised, 30 USD in my case.

- View was breathtaking. The infinity pool overlooking the ocean was spectacular. The garden and the terrace outside the house were outstanding! Everything was also clean and in good order. - The house itself was spacious and well-kept. The rooms were beautiful, the kitchen well-equipped and the furniture all over was comfortable and in good shape. Toilets were also comfortable and regularly cleaned. - Food was excellent in all meals. The chef really knows his seafood! - On top of that, the staff were amazing. The house manager was very helpful. The ladies in the staff team were outstanding and super friendly. Smiles in every greeting and very warm attitude throughout the stay. A special thank to Latifa and Dolores for making our stay memorable.

Just a point for improvement: you can’t fill the bathtub in the master bedroom because the drain leaks the water out. Also the hot water in the master bedroom runs out too soon.

Loved this visit so much and can’t say enough good things about it. The staff were fantastic, so helpful and friendly. Mealtimes were perfect, amazing food in such a special setting. Latifa, Doris and the chef looked after us so well and the house manager Ali was perfect, really going the extra mile to make our stay special. The house is enormous with so many places to sit and have quiet time or to sit with a group. The pool is excellent (though I’d recommend cutting the hedge because it interrupts the infinity edge effect of the pool). And the private steps down to the beach made it feel extra special! Ali arranged for us to go to Mnembe for snorkelling and a boat picked us up and dropped us off right at the steps. Then when we got back breakfast was all prepared for us. Such a highlight! The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the entire group was really happy, including two kids who everyone also looked after really well. Lots of super thoughtful touches everywhere and we were in love with the whole experience.

Our stay was amazing but a few things to bear in mind: There are three bedrooms, not four as listed on Booking.com. Plenty of beds and we had plenty of space for our group size but if you want four bedrooms it’s something to be aware of. The location is perfect for going snorkelling or having private time with your group, but you won’t be popping out to a restaurant or shops or to a grocery store as those are pretty far.

The whole team was very friendly and they cared for us in the best way. We enjoyed having our own meals and our own facilities including pool and big living room, etc. Thank you, Ali, Jenny, Kundi and Hadji!!!!!
