I have stayed here many times and it just keeps getting better and better with each visit. I love that they have added more Beach to that end of the island and the remodel of the condo is fantastic. I have always loved staying here myself but have recently enjoyed being able to introduce it to my friends. They all love it as well. Thanks again for sharing your piece of paradise

Nice small condo with some recent remodeling. Great location and wonderful beach! The AC units are old window units that are EXTREMELY loud and smell musty. Had to turn off the one in living room to talk and hear TV. The bedroom unit is right next to the bed and so loud we had to wear ear plugs at night. Still heard the AC. For this reason, I would not stay here again. Be advised there is no elevator. The unit is on the 3rd floor so be prepared to carry luggage. Bring your own chairs for use on the beach (Food Lion was the cheapest if you are buying locally). Tiki bar down the street is a great local hangout.

Pernell’s property is very conveniently located. The ability to walk down the steps right to the beach was wonderful! Pernell was quick with responses when we had any questions!

This condo was just right for two people. It is located near the north end of the island, with sparsely populated beaches and beautiful views. Check-In/Check-Out was so easy (contactless) that it was if it were our place. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The sound of the ocean is relaxing. Pernell is a great host and is very responsive. I will stay here again!

The condo was exactly as described. Exceptionally clean. The view from the balcony was simply amazing. My granddaughter thought it was the best place ever. Would definitely stay here again…. And again

Overall we were very pleased with this mini getaway. We were a little surprised at how close the water came to the buildings. But after the initial surprise, we enjoyed sitting on the deck and listening to the crashing of the waves. We hope to stay here again.

The only draw back was Mother Nature did a job on the beach. No beach when high tide but that was out of anyones control over all had a nice stay.

Pictures of property online are accurate. Clean and cozy. Definitely ocean front since Ian came through. Thought we would lose a day because we couldn't get there because of Ian. Host gave us an extra day added on the end so that we still got the full week. We really appreciated that. Definitely recommend.

We absolutely LOVED our stay here for a small “ baby moon” before our first child comes. The condo was as advertised but they forgot one thing, how the water is right below you so every morning you wake up and look out of the sliding doors and it looks like your ON the water. We loved everything about our stay and will definitely be back. Check in process was a breeze and the owner was very responsive to me via message when I asked some questions about amenities. BEAUTIFUL PLACE!!! Looking for a relaxing stay on the water without all the hustle and bustle, THIS IS IT!

Very nice property with great view of the beach. Very clean and updated. Kitchen had all the necessary items for eating in. Plenty of towels. Pull out bed in living room needs to be replaced but overall, it was a great place to stay for a long weekend.

I stay here quite often because I absolutely love this place. I decided to share it with a friend of mine this year and they loved it too. It's so peaceful, which is why I vacation at the beach is just for relaxation and peace and quiet. It never disappoints

We had a great time. The property is right on the beach and have amenities that we need. The view of the water is breathtaking and the wave is just perfect for my son. We are out on the beach entire day and walk on the beach at night. Perfect for a family get away.

Property manager was excellent to deal with and very accommodating to my date change. The place was nice and clean. North Topsail is perfect beach destination with nice waves and warm water.

My wife and I had the privilege to stay here. The place was immaculate. It's perfect. We were originally going to stay at a hotel and soooooo glad we didn't. We will be back to this exact spot for mamy years to come. Thanks so much for your hospitality.

Incredible Getaway
My husband and I came here for our honeymoon. This place was incredible with literal oceanfront property! The view was gorgeous! The condo was clean and offered all the amenities that you could need. We stayed for a week. Easy access to shopping and restaurants! It was quiet and romantic! This place definitely deserves 5 stars!

Amazing View!!
We spend most of our time on the beautiful balcony overlooking the water or in the warm water! Sadly, with rising ocean levels and erosion, high tide comes right up and floods past the bottom of the stairs leading down to the beach. Sand bags are in place. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

A much needed getaway
The condo was perfect for my family and I. My kids had a blast with the ocean literally so close. High tide you don’t have much beachfront but a short walk around the corner and there’s plenty of room in the sand. The condo was clean and had most of the utensils and pots/pans that you would need. It was beautiful!! We had some communication with the owner and she was very quick to respond! Overall very happy with our stay!!

Condo was nice and clean . The kitchen had everything you needed except a dishwasher , but that was ok. View was awesome . Condo owner was very gracious to make sure we had everything we needed to have a great visit to Topsail . Will definitely come back .

The room was nice and clean. The air conditioner in living room was so loud we couldn't hear the TV. Beach front is an understatement! When tide came in there was no beach Beautiful view of the ocean and quiet location.

Extended Weekend Getaway
The property was perfect for the two of us. The property would be fine for any group that is 1-4 people max. The property is on the beach which provides a nice waterfront view and sounds of the ocean.
