Quaint rental. Many convenient additives beyond normal requisite items. Owner lives in her home which is nearby. Neighborhood is quiet residential.

Great property, clean and beautifully decorated interior. Awesome backyard is landscaped and maintained to provide a lovely setting.

It was an adorable cottage. It made us feel right at home! Everything was clean and well kept up. It was in a location surrounded by beautiful scenery and fun things to do!

The house was small and perfect for the two of us. Tastefully decorated. Loved the front porch. The host was friendly and helpful but not intrusive. The house is in a backyard and the host works hard on the lovely landscaping. We really enjoyed ourselves. Great quiet place to stay and enjoy Black Mountain.

The cottage was just as shown. Extremely clean, cozy & within walking distance of Village of Black Mountain. We didn’t cook, but kitchen appeared to be well equipped for simple meal prep. We would definitely stay again. Check in & communication was easy.

I surprised my girlfriend with this cottage and she thought it was adorable in every way, and it turned out to be cozy, comfortable charming experience. Would highly recommend, thanks Brenda

Such a cute , well equipped cottage. Behind owners house in beautiful garden. Loved our host, we called her Aunt Brenda because she was just like an aunt would be to us. 😃

My stay at this cottage was an absolute delight! Clean space, lots of sunshine and quaint but cozy feel. WIFI was also amazing which was what I needed for work-if you want a respite within a quiet neighborhood, walking distance to downtown, and even a resident bunny in the backyard to see, this place is for you! Host Brenda was also very friendly, courteous and warm, whom I had the opportunity to meet during my stay. I will definitely be coming back!

This cottage was an idyllic sanctuary for us - clean, peaceful, tucked conveniently close to the downtown but comfortably settled in a beautiful laid-back neighborhood.

Charming little cottage in very quiet location. Easy walk to town. Well equipped. Brenda was an absolutely lovely host. Super friendly and helpful and a fun lady. So happy we stayed in Black Mountain rather than Asheville. Such a friendly little town.

Great spot, about 5 blocks from downtown. Very new and clean, with great air conditioning, basic kitchen setup and comfortable bed. Only thing I’d note is listing description says 1 be/1 bath, but it’s a studio (all one room, plus bath). Not a big deal but my wife’s a night owl so we usually try to book places where the bedroom is its own room. Our host, Brenda was fantastic by the way. Present, but not obtrusive and a great lady.

We had a great time at this little retreat cabin located very close (very walkable distance) to downtown Black Mountain. Everything you need is there. Lots of room for two. It’s peaceful. Wonderful owner. You’ll love it.

Very cozy, cute, and all very clean and new. Location is excellent (about 2 minutes from downtown Black Mountain and 15 or so from Asheville proper) and is very quiet and well kept. Brenda was wonderful and very respectful of our privacy the whole time we were there. Exactly what we were looking for...hope to visit again soon!
