Absolutely loved this home. Beautifully appointed, wonderful layout. All our guests loved their stay as well. The owners spared no expense on the amenities.

We were two families with kids + my parents. The house was very well suited to this and to children, which was very nice. The playroom upstairs was very helpful in allowing the parents some quiet time! Everything was clean and mostly in working order - only thing not working was the reverse osmosis water, but not a big deal. Its quite high tech for entertainment - which may be frustrating for people who are not "techy" however my husband is in IT so it worked out well for us and we quite enjoyed it. Martine was very helpful and easy to access. Overall wonderful stay - would stay again in a heartbeat!

Our family of eight plus 2 small children rented this fabulous, immaculate home for 3 weeks this winter. We had the time of our lives! Large, open floor plan with top of the line furnishings and appliances. Each bedroom has it's own full bath which allows everyone their private space. Also, loved the outdoor living area...we were so fortunate to have hot weather, so we enjoyed most of our meals out there. Super location, literally just a few minutes by car to Naples beach or 5th Ave. My grandaughters loved the beautiful heated pool and spent every waking moment in it. Having the boat dock was an added bonus as my brother could pick us up in his boat for trips to Marco or sunset cruises. We did have a few minor issues that were immediately and cheerfully attended to by David and Martine. We would absolutely rent this property again, in fact, I can't imagine finding anything more perfect! Thank you!

We rented this house for our family holiday during August.We are a family of five including our 8 year old grandaughter.We are frequent visitors to Naples from the UK and the house is simply perfect for a family holiday.It is truly a family home with plenty of room for everyone and the upstairs childrens room shows the extent to which the owners have thought to accommodate all ages.Everything about the furniture ,fixtures and fittings are first class and provide real comfort away from home.The pool area was a delight,particularly for our grandaughter who spent endless hours having great fun. The boat dock was great for our rented boat and the location is on the doorstep to 5th Avenue and Third Street with all of the excellent shops restaurants. Last but not least, a big thank you to Martine,the Property Manager who was brilliant throughout the whole process from booking to leaving the house and returning our deposit. Our family rented this beautiful home for 7 weeks this winter. To say that the accommodations were first class would be an understatement. From the gourmet chef kitchen to the outdoor pool area, no architectural or design detail was overlooked. Each bedroom had it's own luxurious bath and the gathering room boasted ample seating, an 80" television and two of the most comfortable and stylish recliners I've ever seen. The home was so close to downtown Naples that you could easily stroll to your favorite restaurant on Fifth Avenue. What was probably the most wonderful part of this home was the property manager Martine. I truly believe that she never slept! No matter the time of day, the question or the issue, Martine was always just a phone call away. She wanted to make certain that our vacation was a carefree and enjoyable experience. We've been renting homes in Naples for a number of years now and never have we had a property manager so attentive. Rent this home...you will NOT be disappointed!

My family often rent through VRBO To find a place to stay on our vacations. I have never written a review, until now. The house is impeccably decorated and very spacious. The pictures on VRBO does not do the house justice. It is much bigger in person. There was a total of 8 of us and we never felt crowded. The pool and hot tub were perfect. My son loved fishing off the dock every day. The house is so great, we barely left it. Great location, everything is easily accessible in case you want to venture out. We had a minor snafu with the water heater. Dave was quick to respond, came over immediately and got it fixed the same night. Martine called the next morning to ensure all was good. Amazing service. We definitely would rent this house again and again.

From the moment we arrived, we knew we had picked the perfect house for a great vacation. The house is very spacious, and laid out in such a way that we all felt we had our privacy as well as space for family time. We loved the huge kitchen area which allowed everyone to help out during meal preparation. The pool, hot tub, and boat dock allowed everyone to enjoy various activities, while still being together as a family. As recommended, we rented a pontoon from Brookside Marina. They were great to work with. Perfect location! We walked to dinner a few nights, and everyone biked to the beach after renting bikes at Big Mommas rental. Martine was extremely helpful and always quick to respond to any questions or requests. Hope we are lucky enough to get this home next year. Thanks for a very memorable trip!

Amazing house in a great location. The house was immaculate, the pool and hot tub were perfect and the 9 of us had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this home. We would not hesitate to return on our next visit to Naples.

Absolutely STUNNING house that can easily sleep 10. Enormous kitchen/living room and bathrooms for every bedroom were ideal, and the private pool and hot tub were amazing. Walking distance to downtown and a very short drive to the nearest beach were ideal. Martine was wonderful to deal with and was always quick to respond to any questions I had. Will definitely be staying here on my next trip to Naples!

Seven adults and three children hade a wonderful stay in this magnificent house. The five bedrooms with separate bathrooms allowed privacy and the marvellous livingroom/kitchen was nice for hangning out and eating meals. We loved it!

My parents rented this house for a family vacation and it could not have worked out better for my family. My husband and I along with our 7 month old and my brother, sister-in-law and their 18 month old stayed for a week. There was plenty of space. A huge bonus for us that the owners have small children as there is a room/playroom upstairs with toys. We used Tiny Tikes rental service (they service Naples/Marco Island area) to rent 2 cribs and an extra stroller and that also worked out great. We loved the location, too. We walked everyday. It's close to downtown and activities for kids, i.e. Naples Zoo and the Botanical Gardens. One highlight of the week was having a chef come to the house to cook dinner. Julian Hart (239) 398-0297. Super fun! It was our first time doing something like that and we highly recommend it! He teaches cooking classes at Sur La Table and it was a relaxed, interactive dinner and so nice to be at home with sleeping babies versus a restaurant. The property manager is awesome and gave us restaurant recommendations and answered any questions we had. We'll definitely be back!

This house was definitely the nicest of many past rental homes we have stayed in. It was clean spacious and downright gorgeous. The location is perfect. We were well taken care of the entire time. We felt as if we were staying at our own resort!
