Location: Right in the city center Staff: Polite, well mannered and hospitable Food: Home made food Rooms: This was the most I liked the way the rooms has been designed did not give a feel.of a hotel room.

Location, So nice &friendly staffs. Very clean , Beautiful entrance with hanging plants . We felt homely atmosphere.

The floor was sticky due to the excess use of cleaning substance..That was the most discomfortable thing we faced.

It's an excellent property. 2BR with separate bathrooms. Service was good, food was nice and fast delivery as well. The location is excellent.

Rooms aren't sound proof. My room was on the 1st floor near the kitchen so there was noise till 10 at night. Only point to improve.

The rooms in this hotel are really spacious and the set up worked well for us while we were working and traveling. The breakfast was tasty and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a convenient location and within walking distance to both the train station and major temple.

Even through we stayed for 3 nights, our room was not cleaned once and we did not receive new soap, shampoo or toilet paper for the whole stay. On arrival we had to ask the staff for toilet paper as there was none in the room.

Room size is really appropriate.

The service they provided has not reached expectations . If you prefer only room size we can prefer the property. Staff not aware about tooth kit and coffee facilities. Each time we need to call them to bring basic needs.

When I booked the hotel I booked for my self and my brother, I didn't realize that you have to specify how many people going to stay , so hotel charged me an extra of 1600 for a towel and I still end up sleeping on the sofa. The staff could have informed that there will be extra charges on the time of check in and he saw it was two people. Staff argument was that I didn't specify the no of occupancy but didn't tell me about extra charges when I asked for a towel only. Hotel staff needs training on how to handle problems with out arguing with the guest over a towel. So I end up paying the money and didn't get even a soap or shampoo as they only provide one each based on the no of occupancy. Horrible service from a good Hotel.
