Awesome 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo we had, plus the spacious patio space. The entire building is apartment rentals under one management. Communications was very good. Great location, quieter location, no more than a 10 minutes walk from most everything, and near many many bars, restaurants, shops, etc. Clean, comfortable, great WIFI. Bike rentals are on the property too. I recommend it.

About the only negative was not having a heated pool or heated jacuzzi. But was still a nice asset to have.

Our stay at the 2-bedroom apartment in Tulum was absolutely fantastic! The location was ideal, with easy access to the town center and beautiful beaches with a scooter. The apartment itself was stylish, spacious, and well-appointed. I loved the cozy bedrooms, inviting living area, and well-equipped kitchen. The pool area was a peaceful oasis amidst the tropical scenery. The cleanliness and attention to detail were impeccable, and the value for money was outstanding. I highly recommend this apartment for a memorable stay in Tulum.

Nothing special, everything was perfect.

Place was awesome. Staff was excellent. Great location and near all the great bars and restaurants in Tulum. Gym, if so inclined, was less than 10 minutes walk ( Evolve) . The apartment was clean, very comfortable, and WIFi was flawless over 30 days ( had to work once in a while) . Book it if you want to stay in the Pueblo. If you are new to Tulum and want to stay downtown, rent bikes. The beach is about 15 - 20 minutes to peddle to and there are some great free beach areas. The Beach after the Mezzanine hotel is free and a great place to walk a couple miles. Pescaderos is a great place for afternoon drinks and if you want to rent a couple chairs snd an umbrella, look into Paraiso Beach club. All On the same beach. Enjoy.

Loved the space. 3 bedrooms worked for our family. I was surprised by the 3rd bedroom being upstairs away from everyone but it gave us a little more privacy from the kids. Loved the location!!! Walking distance from downtown Tulum.

Only thing that I had issue with was small plumbing problem in one of the bathrooms. But that didn’t ruin our stay and it was very minor.
