I would definitely stay here again!!

We stayed during Memorial Day weekend and the check in process was very easy, the property manager was easy to work with and the amenities is great! The pool is not deep at all but it did the job and the best part was the steam shower! - prince is high for this weekend so I'd choose another weekend next time

The place was amazing! It was 8 minutes away from all grocery stores which included Safeway, Whole Foods, rite aid, and about 7 Starbucks. It was also surrounded by beautiful places to hike. The indoor pool was about 3 feet tall but it provided a warm place to relax while there was snow outside. We had a group of 10 which was perfect because that way everyone had their own bedroom. The mattresses where extremely comfortable. The home was equipped with a pool table, a ping pong table, card games and board games. Over all it was a great experience.

The house is amazing and was cleaned excellent. The first day the spa was fine but then it turned green the next morning. You may stock up a bit more toilet paper for big groups. The kitchen had EVERYTHING imaginable. We had a blast. The tile around the pool got slippery but we brought beach towels and put them down. Would definitely recommend this place.

Overall good experience. The furnishings & linen are a bit worn. Balcony could use cleaning (bird dropping). The pool was great & house was very roomy! Thank you.

We had a great time and everything was as pictured. There is lots of room and a very large dining room table for all guests. The rules are very strict, that was the only thing that was a bummer. 9pm and no outside or no hot tub, we are not party animals but adults normally are up past 9pm and it was beautiful weather out to enjoy a quiet drink and the hot tub at night. Other than that, the location was great and the house was wonderful. The indoor pool is a little chilly and slippery around the edges but the kids enjoyed it the entire week. Great place overall!!

Kind of a post covid family get together ! Ages ranged from 64 to 1 and a good time was had by all. The home was wonderful, plenty to do with the pool, hit tub, fuse-ball, pool table and all the rooms had tv’s with unlimited channel selection! Parking was rough as we had several cars due to some members that came from out of state. Seriously thats only negative thing we found. Would highly recommend a stay at this home!

This property has ample space for your group or family. I came over July 4th weekend with friends, and wouldn’t hesitate to book this property again with family. The kitchen was awesome and had enough room for several people to assist in preparing meals. The backyard is close to surrounding neighbors, but noise wasn’t an issue at all. The pool is great ….but watch out ! The tile around it is extremely slippery. 4 adults slipped when trying to transport food to and from the backyard. The property is close to some beautiful trails near the Lake Tahoe airport and you should definitely take advantage of them ! The locks on the door worked exactly as described and checking in was smooth. Overall a great stay and would recommend to others. !

We enjoyed our family stay. Coffee pot was missing but they came and delivered us one the same day. We were able to check in early and check out late. Thank you for sharing your home with us we had a great time over all.

Super cute space! Photos make the place look huge but actually it's ok because when we got there it was spacious enough but not so spacious where we feel far apart. Someone also came by to clear the driveway filled with snow. Super considerate :) will stay again here for sure.

Overall my small groups stay was excellent. Everything was as expected. Well stocked kitchen, nice room lay out, plenty of space for the group as well as privacy. Two small issues, one that was addressed promptly and one that wasn't a big deal so we didn't mind. Pool is a little cool, but hey, it's winter time. Other reviews about the neighbor across the street are accurate. Clearly hates vacation rentals, was rude to one of my guests; yet helpful, in a rude way. Not the owners fault. If you're staying here, do yourselves a favor and google street view. The garage/driveway is off of a different road than the address. Not hard to find, but knowing this going in, especially during winter, would be a plus. Overall nice stay.

Cabin was great. Spacious. Only thing is the pool. A little smaller then it looks. And it’s very shallow. About 4 feet deep all around. But overall would definitely stay there again.

The pictures made the property look a lot bigger than it really was. They said it has been deep cleaned but the glass cabinets were dirty the front of the fridge raider was dirty and there was blood on a blanket along with spots on different household pillows that should be thrown away. There was also a problem with large black ants that were coming out of the wood or something. The pool man had to come through the house and bring his equipment to get to the pool. mold was growing in the pool room. Had a good time but it was not because of the way things were kept up.

Stayed for a long weekend with a group of 9 friends. The layout was great for socializing and playing--lots of room. Kitchen has nice amenities, so we were able to cook a large meal one night. Hot tub and pool were a nice addition to the mix of activities.

Property was nicely kept. One neighbor across the street in chain-link fenced property was very rude to one of my guests and confrontational with my kids (11 and 13) who were playing in a nearby open patch of snow in the area but this wasn't at all any fault of Pioneer Trails. Generally very happy with the property.

Overall It was a comfortable home. There were TV's in 3 rooms that did not work . The beddings were dated. The cable had poor reception sometimes. The internet was fast. Loved the indoor pool . The jets in the jacuzzi were very weak. They appliance were nice. The heating and fireplace were great. My grand kids enjoyed the home. Again big plus on the indoor pool. Thank You

Tuvimos una bonita estadia en la casa al celebrar el Bautizo De Augusto Magnus sin comparacion buen precio por lo que la casa ofrece, de lo mas importante para mi fue tener a la familia entretenida, ya sabe los ninos en la alberca mientras los adultos en la sala preparando la comidona para 3 familias . bbq pudo estar colocado en el deck a un lado de la cocina mas cerca pero lo tienen en el back yard.. donde tienen el jacuzzi ambos con alberca bien limpios... la verdad nos acomodamos muy bien entre 5 cuartos y no ocupamos los futones que tambien se podrian usan para otras 2 parejas... me gusto mucho el garage doble dentro de la casa... yo fui en verano pero en invierno seguro es perfecto para tener autos limpios de nieve antes de ir a esquiar.. Seguro que siempre hay detalles que pueden mejorar la estadia pues cada familia simepre tiene diferentes necesidades pero nosotros estuvimos bastante agusto en ese lugar. el vecino ,ni vino ni se asomo cuando usamos la albercca.... claro que mantuve puertas y ventanas cerradas para evitar cualquier drama... mientras restpeten los horarios de no ruido , nadie te puede evitar disfrutar de lo que tanto costo pagar para compartir con los suegros y familiares... Nos contesto el manager de la casa cada pregunta que tuvimos y atento nos comprp mas palos de billar y otra hoya mas grande para alistar la cena de pasta.. tuve que avisarle que un par de outlest botaron el braker pero nada que si los reseteas lo compusiera... muy normal cuando las mujeres quieren usar las pistolas de aire para hacerse caireles en el pelo todas al mismo timepo.... ya sabra con prisas de salir a todo lo que dan Creo que si algo pueden mejorar seria en proveer mas toallas por persona aunque no hicieron mucha falta... siempre uno quisiera que todo fuera como hotel... a decir verdad la secadora y lavadora dieron facil solucion para lavar y secar las que usamos el dia anterior. jaja me dijo mi esposa no seas flojo solo hechalas a la secadora y listo. un detalle que tuve que cuidar fue que los chamacos mas traviesos no se asomaran por el barandal arriba de la cocina quiza un poco de precaucion no esta mal aqui compartiendo con uds.... o sera que los mios son muy canijos pero hay que cuidarlos. ya saben tengan cuiado al no correr al rededor de la alberca sino por alli se dan un senton. claro que eso es basico en cualquier piso mojado. yo si rentaria otra vez la casa pero sin suegros (a) solo parejas.

Enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property. Pool was a little smaller in person then pictures seem but overall a great stay. Plenty of comfortable sleeping arrangements for everyone in our group.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this comfortable and conveniently located house. As a party of ten we were pleased that there was plenty of space for lounging and dining. When we were unable to operate the house fan, the property manager responded quickly. Thanks for a great stay

It needs minor fixes like putting missing screens on patio door and some windows.

We very much enjoyed our stay and would consider coming back anytime. We had 2 families with kids and the indoor pool was a great treat for them to enjoy.

This Cabin rental was amazing, went there with some friends and we loved it!! Definitely will come back and refer family/friends

The house is very comfortable and had everything we needed. Unfortunately,the pool was not warm, and heater controller was locked.Otherwise our stay was very pleasant.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed here. Perfect Tahoe house for a few families to enjoy, and priced just right!

The house is actually pretty nice and it’s a good size for big families, but have a few issues: fridge doesn’t cool that much and grill doesn’t work either. We called the person in charge to get us a gas tank (it took them about an hour to get us one) since we thought it was the issue but it didn’t work either (it ruined our plans since it was one of the main things to do the first day we got there since we were staying there the whole day)when I mentioned this to the lady in charge she said she wont be able to get another grill for us until later on the weekend so we ended up cooking inside. Neighbors are super sensitive about noise. It was only 6 pm and we had kids (2yrs -11yrs) playing in the pool (since this is the first attraction of the house) and a neighbor complaint about the noise (which was only kids having fun) the same lady that brought the gas tank came and told us that we had to stop otherwise next call was going to be to the police and we would have to pay a $1000 dollar fine. She got mad because she called 3 times to my phone before going to the house but I didn’t answer since my phone was charging. After this we all were disappointed. We understand that we can go to a place and make noise and disturb people... but it was only 6pm and were only kids having fun... oh! She also mentioned (I dont know if she tried to scare us or what) but she said that neighbors were trying to vote against vacation homes because they don’t want to deal with disturbance? I didnt get her point. We have been going to Lake Tahoe for the past 5 years and I have never deal with someone complaining about our noise. As I mentioned,we have been renting cabins for the past few years and usually they have a pretty good pantry with basic stuff but not here. At least they dont have salt and oil (most places where we have stayed in have had them) Also, before we started our vacation I received an email about the parking spots. You are only allowed to have 4 cars (2 inside garage and 2 outside in the driveway) but you are not allowed to park in the street. When I email them back about our situation that we had 5 cars the person who answered said that if it was only one it was fine to park in the street, but when the lady came to the house to tells us about the complaint she said no! We couldn’t park there and that we had to find a way to park that car in the driveway otherwise the car was going to get a ticket. It was a very disappointing stayed.
