Maravilla 4th Floor Oceanview Unit!
Maravilla es un destino frente al golfo ubicado en el área de Destin con 2. 5 acres de playa privada y es bien conocido por su ambiente familiar y servicios. Nuestro condominio completamente remodelado de 2 habitaciones / 2 baños se encuentra en el piso superior del edificio # 3 junto a la entrada. El balcón está orientado al oeste y es ideal para tomar el sol o contemplar impresionantes puestas de sol. Estás a sólo unos pasos de la cruce peatonal marcado e iluminada a nuestro privado, entrada a la playa privada. Hay un paseo marítimo en el lado de la playa de Scenic Gulf Drive y camino pavimentado en el lado del condominio para caminar y andar en bicicleta. Los alquileres desde mediados de marzo hasta octubre incluyen servicio de playa en el lugar (4 sillas y 2 sombrillas): ¡una excelente relación calidad-precio! ¡Así que solo toma tu toalla y protector solar y estarás listo para la playa!

This property was amazing and beautiful! thought of everything that you could possibly need while staying there. It just felt like home. Short walk to the amazing beach. Host was quick to respond to my emails when I had a question prior to our stay. I would definitely recommend staying here.

My stay was just what the VRBO said it was with all of the things listed. My family and I enjoyed our stay and how close to the beach and pool were located. The two king beds were perfect for our family. Love the place and would definitely recommend and we will be back.

This property was amazing! It was very close to the ocean, very clean, and we loved the chair service that was provided when renting this condo. The condo was nicely stocked with pots/pans, cups, coffee maker, panini press, and a lot more appliances. The Maravilla property overall was nicely kept and the amenities on site were a plus (pool, ice machine, showers). It was in walking distance to 3 restaurants which we loved. We will be back!

Condo was exceptionally clean and beautifully updated. Access to the beach was easy, and we loved not having to lug chairs and umbrellas. The resort is within walking distance to Pompano Joe’s and Kenny D’s, as well as a short drive to Skipper’s for steamed seafood. We would definitely stay again.

Awesome rental
The condo was beautiful. I’ve stayed in Maravilla many times and this was by far the nicest condo. Very clean. Upscale furnishings and very tasteful decor. Side gulf view was much better than expected with pretty landscaping and palm trees. Wonderful outdoor seating on balcony as well. I would definitely recommend this vacation rental. Looks even nicer then the beautiful pictures.

This place was beautiful!!! You can tell that the owner was detailed and took pride in the rental. The owner was attentive with check in and check out. Extremely clean with a modern vibe. The location was perfect to relax and also a short walk to local food. I loved the fact it came with 4 beach chairs and umbrella!!! I would definitely recommend this place.

Maravilla Accommodations
When we checked in to the unit, it looked exactly like the listing. Very clean and updated. Keuring was fantastic. Kitchen was well stocked. Even had self starting charcoal for the grill. Great location for getting to the beach.

More than expected!
I can say with the utmost confidence that this property nears if not is at the top of available listings in Maravilla. I have visited the Destin area multiple times, always choose the Maravilla property due to its location and overall layout. This was by far the best stay in terms of accommodations. I have always believed the little details are what sets something apart and Rich & Lisa far exceed the expectations from the communication (a HUGE plus) before and during to the smaller details such as the makeup wipes and the countertop spray my wife was ecstatic about. The little things don't go unnoticed and can't wait to look into future dates and will make an effort to book dates around Rich and Lisa's property availability!!

Luxury unit
From the moment we walked in, we felt at home and in a very high end unit! The finishes and extra touches were all well thought out! The owners welcomed us via message upon arrival and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. It’s even a short walk to the private beach. I highly recommend this unit to anyone wanting to visit the Miramar Beach area!

Absolutely Fantastic!
I truly cannot say enough good things about this condo & Rich and Lisa. They truly go above and beyond for their guests and it shows in all the little details. I have been staying in Miramar Beach for over 15 years and have never had service the way they provided it. The condo was beautiful, the walk to the beach was easy, the little details that are in the condo are incredible, and the ease of speaking with the owners was unmatched.
We are already planning another trip back this summer and I will send friends and family their way as well. Truly fantastic!

So glad we chose to stay here for our first family vacation. The updated unit was beautiful and VERY clean. I couldn’t get over how great the decor was. The unit is also right off the elevator for easy access with a toddler and a short walk to the pools and beach. We enjoyed nights out on the deck with the games/cards that were available in the room for us to use. This place was great for creating new memories.

Absolutely fabulous condo! Beautiful decor and incredibly clean! I’m very picky and the condo was beyond satisfactory. It seemed brand new. It has all the comforts of home, plenty of blankets, pillows, kitchen utensils, supplies, etc. the beach service was much appreciated, made visits to the beach very easy. The condo is very close to the beach and the pool. Just a short walk around the building. Check in was easy and owners were great to work with. Highly recommend, we will stay here again!

Family Baseball Vacation
Our family stayed in this property for a family vacation/Little League World Series baseball tournament. We picked this condo for its location and beautiful updated decor. Everything was exactly as it seemed online and the owners were fabulous to work with!

All vacations should be THIS Incredible!
We have only been home a few days and we cannot wait to return to the Bailey's condo! The whole process was stress-free! Rich communicated every step of the way and you can tell he takes pride in this property. The Condo is GORGEOUS! The furniture, the tile work in the bathrooms and the flooring are just flawless. The mattresses were so comfortable that I am having trouble sleeping on my own now! We loved the ease of getting to the beach and the pools! You do cross the road but it's right in front of the condo at a crosswalk so it's super simple! Even the Beach Set up guys were amazing to deal with! Getting 4 chairs and 2 umbrellas a day added a HUGE value to this property! Long winded, I know but we absolutely got to relax on this vacation because it was managed so well! Thanks so much Rich! We WILL definitely be back soon!

Convenient Beach Access-
This unit was just as described and then some! The remodel to this unit was done in excellent taste and every amenity was thought of. Check in was a breeze and beach access couldn't be more convenient. The daily beach service for 4 topped off the week perfectly!

Wonderful experience!
We have rented many beach properties over the past 15 years and this place is definitely in our top 3! The location was great, the condo was updated and immaculately clean, and the owners were super responsive. The Keurig setup in the kitchen with pods was much appreciated! Loved all the beautiful tile work throughout and the whole decorating scheme. We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent stay!
I’ve stayed in many vacation rentals, but this by far exceeded our expectations. It was the most well equipped rental our family had seen. The condo itself has recently undergone a major renovations and the owners did not spare anything. Very high end furniture, modern appliances. Super nice bedding, and the mattresses slept amazing! Our view was wonderful! We sipped coffee on the balcony every morning. Our girls used both pools, but they preferred the oceanfront one. Having private beach access and rentals was a huge perk!!! We will definitely be back! Hopefully sooner, than later!!
