This apartment is very well taken care of! Very clean and new furniture! Huge balcony with amazing view of the beach. You are literally right on the beach. We loved it. Also great location for the city. We were close to many restaurants and shops!

We had an incredible experience! The property looked just like it was listed! Very clean and great professional communication with the property manager/owner! The elevators were the only inconvenience of the whole week! Although they were diligently working on them all week!! Would definitely recommend this to a friend and we will be back!!!

The property was great. The 19th floor offers great views of the water. We cooked in every meal and the kitchen was great. Had everything we needed. The balcony was nice and large.
The crowds of spring break were intense and wild. We wont come back during spring break again. Especially not with children. But we would most definitely come back any other time of the year. We escaped the crowds 2 days of our trip and rented a pontoon boat and went out to shell Island which was AMAZING as always. I highly recommend getting out to shell Island if you are visiting!

The place was beautiful!! I have stayed any many places and this has to be the cleanest well taken care of condo. The view was amazing!!! I will definitely stay again!!!

Over all was a nice place to stay , we loved that the beach chairs came with the condo rental !! The only thing I noticed is that the floors had not been properly mopped, especially in the bathrooms . I would hope that they mopped the floors between each renters stay ?? But if you put a white towel on the floor to step out of the shower , when it dried it would be yellow on the side next to the floor . This tells me they either did not mop the floor or they need to change what they use to mop with !! I have someone at home who cleans my house every two weeks & she always mops my floors every time she comes & I expect the same cleanliness when I go on vacation !! Just saying !!

We had a great stay. The condo and complex were very clean. It was close to shopping and restaurants. The free chair rentals were a plus. The management company was great. They kept in touch each day and responded quickly. We will be back!

The kids really enjoyed the pools! Always clean!
There were 6 of us and we were very comfortable. The elevator was very fast and easy to get.
Having chairs & umbrella on the beach was nice!

My family of four was in heaven here. The hosts are very attentive, though we had no issues. It's also worth noting that we never had an issue with the elevators, but we heard many horror stories from people that stayed at other complexes. If we ever come back to PCB, we want to come back to this exact unit!

One of the best condos weve stayed in. Every thing was super clean, everything was fully stocked. Made for a smooth vacation. Definitely recommend. And Derrek was awesome with communication and getting back to us quickly everytime we messaged.

The bed was comfortable, the temperature was perfect in the condo, the kitchen was nice, the hot water didn’t run out when everyone took a shower back to back before dinner…anything I’ve ever found wrong with a condo in the past…this place had nothing to complain about…it was perfect! We will definitely come back here!

This condo is perfect for a family vacation to the beach. It is clean, well kept, and spacious. The view from the 19th floor is spectacular! It has easy beach access & you get two beach chairs reserved for your stay. Great location to many restaurants & activities. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful Condo with Amazing Views!
We love the Ocean Villas Condos. This was our 4th time staying there and this unit was amazing. It is tastefully decorated- looks just like the pictures- and had a fully stocked kitchen with all the amenities we needed. The 19th floor has amazing views, and we love that it is on the end of the building. And set of beach chairs is a nice added bonus! The property is extremely clean and in a great location on the beach. This unit was great for our family of 5- our teens loved it and is now our favorite. We will definitely be back!!

Perfection!
From beginning to end, our rental experience was perfect. The photos on VRBO were accurate and informative. When we walked in soft music welcomed us-transforming us instantly into a relaxing vacation mode. Parking was easy and other instructions were complete. The condo was immaculately clean and the view from the balcony exquisite! The communication with the agency was timely and helpful. Can’t wait to return someday to this relaxing paradise to escape the cold WI winter!
