The home was great. It was clean and relaxing. The yard was great for our dogs and the property was central to everything we wanted to do.

Great little house on a mostly private lot. Extremely clean and well kept. Great location to get around.

Extended holiday girls weekend spent exploring the Finger Lakes Region. House was centrally located to all the things we wanted to do. Extremely clean, enjoyed sleeping quarters being on opposite wings with kitchen being central. Hot tub was great addition to end our busy days exploring and hiking. Enjoyed our stay very much and would choose to stay here again.

My siblings and I stayed at this property over Memorial Weekend. It was lovely, larger than expected from the photos and the perfect location between the 2 lakes. It was great we got to bring our family pets too. The hot tub makes an even better added bonus. Highly recommend this property and property manager

My husband and I stayed for the weekend to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The property was as described, and the highlights were the fire pit and the hot tub. There was plenty of space for the two of us, and we enjoyed sitting on the back deck enjoying our morning coffee. Communication with the owners at arrival and check-out was efficient and very easy.

There was a hot water issue during our stay last weekend (which does not seem to be a common occurrence looking at previous reviews). When we brought up the problem, we were quickly offered to stay at another one of the owner's properties without question or any hassle. The owner was very quick to answer any and all texts we had which made the hot water issue have minimal impact on our honeymoon weekend. Both places we stayed at were very clean and well kept. Only recommendation I would have is to add more curtains to the windows. There were curtains in areas that were necessary (ie bedroom, bathroom) but I feel more comfortable at night when curtains are drawn even in the living room, etc.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at the cottage. It was very relaxing for my mom and older sister who noted the highlight of the trip was their hot tub experience. We will definitely stay again.

Second year coming here, and never disappoints!

My friend and I stayed here for two nights at the end of August. The good is that it is very clean and all the furniture was comfy. We didn’t use the hot tub or fire pit, but they seemed nice. There were only two of us, but it would be big enough for a larger party. The bad, the cottage is a trailer with an addition on it. I thought we were getting a house, also note the balcony is a back deck. The big issue is how musty it smelled. There has to be mold and I do not say that lightly. My friend and I were going to get a hotel on the first night, but found ourselves stuck in the trailer due to a flat tire. Opening the windows made the smell tolerable, but we spent time on the decks for fresh air. Communication was lacking as well. I messaged them upon booking looking for advice on how to book a wine tour. No answer, which is fine, but their description says they will help with these things. And lastly I am still waiting on the return of my deposit, I was charged 250 on booking with the notation saying it would be returned on property. At the end of our stay I texted Pat to ask for how it would be returned, he said it was only a hold and it will clear. That is not true as it was put on my card as part of the charge at booking, VRBO has helped resolve the issue for me as there were only two of us, we left the property on time and in pristine condition. However, the refund will not show for another five days, so about 20 days after leaving the rental. I have never waited so long for a deposit return. Pat also texted threatening to hold our deposit because we didn’t leave on time. He then apologized saying he had the wrong person, but he didn’t ask a question, he jumped right to I lied (I texted when we left at 9:30am). I know mistakes happen, but a professional would have started with a question vs accusing people of lying and threatening their deposit. There are also cameras on the driveway, so it would be easy for him to verify if we’re still present. Things that didn’t effect my ratings, but would be nice is control the landscaping on the path to the back yard, written directions on how to use the hot tub controls, how to use the one TV (outdated with only Direct TV), some information about the area, and possibly some board games. The place just felt very sterile.

The cottage was spacious and private. The beds were comfortable and the bedding was comfy. The hottub was a real treat. Discovering the Windmill Market nearby and our Amish neighbours was a nice surprise. Our only setback was the musty smell in the mudroom.

Complete privacy and only thing you hear is some occasional road traffic and horse and buggy noises. This place is great to relax and enjoy the area

It was overall a good experience! Property was on a private, quiet lot. Close to many wineries. Everything was clean and lots of cute personal touches within the house!

The property was great as expected. Only issue was the hot tub lid was pretty tough to close, 8 of us couldn't figure it out, and 3 of us are hot tub owners. Wish we could’ve heard back from the owner more after submitting the final payment. I had texted and emailed asking how many cars we could bring/if there was a limit, and if there were any instructions for checkout but never heard back. We were wondering where the toaster was but since my other texts and emails didn’t get answered I didn’t bother attempting to reach out, so we didn’t eat bagels that weekend. Not the end of the world. At the end of the day, the property was great. The listing said pet friendly but then the owner said no pets allowed after booking.. we didn’t need to bring pets so again it wasn’t an issue, but just a discrepancy that we noticed. Ultimately our needs were met and everything was fine. No limit on cars and no checkout instructions necessary. The property was clean, pretty, enjoyable, safe, and well maintained.

The cottage was perfect for our group. It was very clean and decorated in country style cute. We had good communication with the manager and had a comfortable stay.

The inside was as pictured. The windows and window sills can use a cleaning (we had the windows open). The outside was TERRIBLE. Weeds all over, deck furniture dirty & rusty, deck in need of a staining, area around the hot tub was not at all inviting so we didn’t even use it. The garage and shed are dilapidated and should be knocked down or restored. The outside needs a complete makeover!!!

Beautiful and cute home very close to the lakes and lots of wineries. Our family enjoyed using the hot tub and the privacy of being tucked into the woods. Very easy communication and check-in process.

This cottage was adorable and as seen in the photos. We had a great time touring during the day, cooking dinner, and relaxing in the hot tub!

We enjoyed our stay, cabin was perfect set up for 3 couples. Only thing I would suggest is providing a crockpot! Definately would recommend and stay again!
