Debido al huracán Michael, el edificio está teniendo un nuevo techo puesto. Mientras se realizan las reparaciones en el techo, la piscina y la bañera de hidromasaje pueden cerrarse para todos los huéspedes, sin embargo, se nos dice que abrirá en los días en que la construcción no esté funcionando, así como una hora después del trabajo completado en los días de construcción. Hemos comprado el servicio de playa este año para que nuestro huésped lo ayude en este inconveniente.

Esta suite principal tiene un armario con vestidor y un baño privado de gran tamaño con bañera de hidromasaje, una amplia ducha a ras de suelo con banco y dos lavabos.
El segundo dormitorio tiene 1 camas queen y está junto al baño del vestíbulo, lo que lo convierte en su propio baño privado, si lo desea.
Diciembre de 2018: nuevos electrodomésticos renovados en la cocina y se agregó algo de color a los gabinetes de la cocina y los baños.
Completadas Nuevas renovaciones 2016. La unidad tiene nuevos pisos de baldosas en toda la unidad, pintura nueva en todas partes, camas nuevas, marcos y muebles de dormitorio, y juego de lavadora y secadora. Nuevo sofá cama / sillón de dos plazas, mesa de comedor y refrigerador.

My husband and I loved your condominium. Thank you for sharing. It was a beautiful location. Everything was available and within driving distance to all the things that we needed beach access and swimming pool were wonderful. The chairs were a great help. Also, the little things that you left in the condo such as extra chairs and the bracelets for the swimming pool and all the things in the kitchen, etc., very well stocked place thanks we will be back.

We loved how spacious this condo was! We loved how big the balcony was and I enjoyed reading on the lounge chair. The condo was clean and had everything that we needed for our stay. There were no seasonings like salt/pepper for cooking; so I would recommend buying any seasonings that you will need for your stay. We loved that this condo came with beach service! Michael was so helpful and friendly, always moving our umbrella for us depending on the sun. You do need to go down to the beach and reserve your spot for your entire stay- so do that right when you get to condo (just give your room #). Once spot is reserved, you don't have to worry about getting up early to get your spot on the beach as they are already set up for you :) The condo was very quiet and residents were friendly. Pool area was very nice and heated. Surrounding area was a little run down, however, if you are planning on staying at the beach most of the time it's perfect because its more quiet. Lots of things for kids to do nearby. Highly recommend this condo for the cleanliness, size, amenities and best of all the BEACH!

Very clean and met all expectations. Beds were comfy, everything was perfect, including the view. The only complaint I have is the week went to fast. Would definitely recommend

Great Vaction
We have traveled to Panama City Beach for over 7 years. We always stay at Sterling Beach Condos. We LOVED this unit and can't wait until next year. It was very easy to communicate with the owners. The unit was clean upon our arrival. The décor and layout was perfect for our family. The beach chairs and boogie boards supplied were an extra bonus!

We played games in the evening at the huge table. Beds are super comfortable, we slept great! Made use of the exercise room multiple times and the pool was just delightful! Sterling Beach Resort is located close to all the restaurants and businesses my family loves to patronize. This is a great place to stay, we already have this condo booked for November for a quick getaway!

My family and I enjoyed the condo. It is located in the quiet part of PCB...which was great!
The owner was available to answer any questions I had.

The owners were quick to help when we had a problem with our parking pass.
Unit was very clean and well equipped. Only concerns were a shortage of towels/wash cloths - only 3 per bathroom and not an abundance of hot water. I tried to use the jacuzzi, but couldn’t get enough hot water to fill it up.

Great Vacation
The condo was perfect for our vacation and had everything we needed. The beach toys and chairs were especially great for our child. The only thing I didn’t love was the general area - the restaurants nearby were all touristy and overpriced. We ended up cooking most of the time so it wasn’t a big deal. The condo was still great, though. It was very easy to get to the beach and enjoy the sun and sand.
