We had a great stay. Walking distance to restaurants and downtown shops. The place was very clean, comfortable and quiet. A small issue with air-conditioning not working the first day we arrived, but it was fixed by the next morning for us which we really appreciated. We would definitely stay here again.

It was exceptionally clean. Nice linens in the bathrooms. Soft, comfortable king size beds. Only complaint is the air conditioner did NOT work which was unfortunate because it was over 100 degrees this weekend. I did phone the host and let her know, and she advised on how to turn on the AC, but it still did not work.

The property was nicer in person than in the photos. Like being welcomed with a bottle of champagne and sign. It was perfect for our weekend getaway to the mid-state fair.

This was a perfect spot that made it easy for us to walk anywhere we wanted to go in Paso Robles. The place was beautiful and well maintained. Would definitely stay here again if we visit Paso in the future.

Very comfortable, cute upstairs duplex. 1/2 mile walk to the park where all the shops, restaurants, and cafes are. My wife, baby and mother enjoyed the trip. Brownie points for dad 😊

This is a wonderful place to stay as it really is walking distance to everything in and around the downtown Paso Robles Square.
The house is a great size with everything you need. The beds for us were very comfortable.
We brought our own pots, pans and knifes and we used the many farmers markets to gather fresh food to cook each night.
The only downside is 16th street is a Main Street used by the locals in the morning and again at night time. Other than that very quit.
Yes we hope to stay here again.

We have stayed at this location at least four times. It’s close to everything you need. We missed our welcome bottle of champagne. The first bedroom needs to have the tables fixed they wobble my sister said the bed was lumpy. Overall we had a nice trip.

Lovely property close to downtown shops & restaurants. Super easy check in & hosts were very accommodating. Bonus having a garage. Was very sad to leave Paso. Everyone is so nice & the wineries are fabulous. Will definitely be back!

What a wonderful location for a little birthday wine trip. It was very nice to be able to walk everywhere downtown. We didn’t use the rental car until it was time to head to the airport!

This property is a gem - photos on the listing don’t do it justice. Beautifully furnished and very clean. The dedicated garage for our car was a bonus and the owner left us a chilled bottle of sparkling wine to celebrate our arrival! It’s an easy stroll to downtown restaurants, shops and tasting rooms. I highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Outstanding! As an architect, I appreciated the attention to detail, the curated artwork, and the flavor of the California Bungalow. Spacious and comfortable, well appointed with wonderful access to downtown (a real gem), wine country, the coast and the 101 (took a trip up to Pinnacles National Park). We would absolutely stay there again.

This is my 3rd time staying in this VRBO. It is in a great location. The unit is perfect for 4 adults, clean and comfortable. The communication with owners is easy and they are very responsive.

The property was exactly as described. Very clean, spacious and perfect for a family of four or two couples. It was also walking distance to the downtown area to be able to enjoy the restaurants, shops and tasting venues. An added bonus is the ability to park in the garage which provides that extra level of security (however the area is very safe)
We would definitely stay at 16th Street house again

I originally booked this property based on how close it was to everywhere we wanted to be in Paso. When we arrived, my husband was very pleased on how spacious and clean it was.
We were minutes to California Coast, Paso Market Walk, and In Bloom.
The entire arrival to departure was super easy!
I would definitely stay here again the next time we visit Paso!

We loved our month-long stay at Marjorie’s place. Perfect location in proximity to downtown and surrounding Paso wineries. Close to ocean and other areas of interest. Lovely apartment that met all our needs. Very responsive to any questions we had and delightful experience.

Everything was perfect. The property was well equipped and nicely decorated. The center of town was only a couple blocks away and close to all the restaurants and shopping. Would not hesitate to book this property again.
