Family/ Pet Friendly Downtown Winter Park Condo 3BD/2BA
Acogedor, conveniente y fácil acceso a las comodidades de la ciudad. Este gran condominio de 1200 pies cuadrados duerme cómodamente 8-10 personas. El almacenamiento separado de todo el equipo de invierno / verano, lavadora / secadora en la unidad, TV por cable, conexión Wi-Fi y acceso gratuito a una nueva casa club con piscina y .hot bañeras, salas de juegos y taquillas.
Hay un autobús gratuito a las estaciones de esquí de Winter Park y Mary Jane está justo enfrente del edificio. En sólo 2 millas RÁPIDA, se le dejó justo POR LA remontes
detalle del dormitorio: cama de matrimonio muy cómoda con nuevo colchón de espuma de memoria y TV por cable en el dormitorio principal. 2 º dormitorio tiene un total sobre litera completa de cama, cada uno con una nueva memoria colchón de espuma. 3er dormitorio tiene 4 gemelos en literas de estilo y televisión por cable para los niños. También tenemos una cama plegable extra doble almacenado en el armario. Hay pisos de madera en todas partes y la alfombra en los dormitorios para dar calor. Tanto los baños han sido renovadas y equipadas con toallas, champú / acondicionador, lociones y secador de pelo. También suministramos un humidificador en caso de necesidad por la noche.

Madera de la chimenea, gran terraza con vistas a los bosques y montañas donde no es desconocida para ver vida salvaje justo fuera de la puerta del patio. Los niños pueden deslizarse en trineos en la colina en trineo o jugar un partido de fútbol justo al lado del edificio. Camina hacia el Río Fraser para pescar o simplemente disfrutar del sonido del agua.
A poca distancia del nuevo cine / bolera de lujo (The Foundry), el Pub Winter Park, la pizzería de Hernando y el río Fraser Trail. 40 minutos de la entrada oeste del Parque Nacional de las Montañas Rocosas.

Great location. This property is well maintained, stocked with extra goods that you don’t get in a lot of other places I’ve stayed in. Kim is easy to work with and returns calls or texts in a timely fashion. We’ll definitely be back!

As advertised. Family of 9 had plenty of room. Lift shuttle right outside door. Be advised, it's on 3rd floor with no elevator. Only negatives were water turned off 2 different mornings for remodel downstairs and some outlets were not working or very loose connection. It was clean and spacious. Would stay again.

Wonderful property, great stay with family and friends. Location is ideal, walk to town, close to resort & bus to WP picks up right in front of building. The space was super comfortable, easy check in and fantastic communication with the host! Will stay again for sure!

We loved staying in this condo. Excellent location - dog friendly but not "dog dirty" like some units can be. Very welcoming and comfortable unit with everything you may need to have a great trip down to lotion and cotton balls. Owner was quick to communite and super accommodating. We will return to this unit hopefully very soon! Weather and mtn. biking was phenomenal! Walks on the river enjoyable. Hiking and biking trails right out the back door. Clean hot tub at community pool area. Loved!

My family and I had a lovely stay in this very clean and comfortable condo. Being on the top floor it was quiet and private and had every comfort our family needed while away from home. My kids loved the heated swimming pool and rec center. Check in was a breeze and the location can’t be beat. No complaints from us! Kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable, and having a washer and dryer in house was a huge help. If we ever find ourselves in winter park we will definitely consider rebooking here.

Great location. Walkable to good restaurants, hot tubs/pool(newer club house), on bus line etc. would stay here again. Pet friendly(though didn’t have ours this stay).

We enjoyed our stay! Although the condo is older, it is well kept, clean and well equipped with all necessities. Beds were comfortable. Towels clean. Water pressure good. TVs are small and couches are older and stained, but clean. Lots of seating. Notice it's on the 3rd floor; we missed that in the description and it's a touch climb with all your ski stuff. Overall, we enjoyed the condo!

This property was perfect for our ski group! On the free bus line to winter park or just eight minutes away from “Mary Jane” parking area. We had everything we needed and more. The clubhouse provided a nice warm swimming pool and hot tub for sore muscles!

I just love the mountains! The abundant Colorado sunshine, great snow for skiing, snowshoeing, and XC skiing. This condo works great for a crowd. The owner is generous with stocking papergoods and linens and the kitchen is well set up. The ski bus is right out the door and so convenient, and the pool and hot tub are a delight. Great location to walk into town and small grocery and good restaurants within 2 blocks. The ownder also communcates well - 5 star rating!

Myself and a friend came into town for my sons lacrosse game. The house was exactly as described we were within walking distance of everything downtown. The house was clean well put together we were greeted with 4 bottles of water and a package of cheese straws :) I was able to work from the house with no issues. My only thing that was a little disappointing was no TV in the bedroom. I like to watch my shows before I go to sleep. Overall worth every dime and I will stay again during lacrosse season when I can make it up that way.

This was our first time to Winter Park and we took the train in from Denver. Not only was the host super informative and communicative to help me plan my trip, but she was kind and flexible as we had to logistically jump through some hoops not having our own transportation.
The house was perfect: there is a sledding hill right behind the house next to the recreation center. We have four small children and had to divide and conquer a couple days with some of us going skiing and others staying behind to sled. The Fireside market is a 1/4 mi walk to get many needs. The tap water is filtered and being able to do laundry in house was a huge lifesaver. I cannot speak highly enough of the Hi Country Haus community: what an absolute gem! I pray we are able to return and am so grateful for the memories we made in this beautiful place. 🙏💓

The pics do not do justice to how nice this place is. Warm, cozy and full of games for kids to play. Close to restaurants, activities and shopping. If you look out the patio in the morning you will see a red fox playing in the snow!

Our family of 4 really needed a mini mountain vacation to celebrate our wedding anniversary. This was the perfect place, close to the main strip, easy drive up to great hikes, and best of all the rec center and playground included in it. Our 3 year old had an absolute blast swimming around and throwing rocks into the river. Truly a wonderful escape and great location. We cannot wait to do it again!

Great Summer Stay
We loved our time here. Unit is clean and provided everything. Bathrooms are beautiful. Beds were super comfortable. Great rec center. Can hike right from the front door. Fishing is great. Close to town for walking. Communication was easy. Will definitely try to stay here again!

No communication
We had maintenance issues that would have greatly impacted our stay. The owner was not available and took 2 days to call back. I fixed the issue myself but it took about 2 hours away from family time.

The condo is in a great location near several trails & it is walking distance to a grocery store, pizza place & more. The condo had everything we could have wanted - a well stocked kitchen, snow toys, games & comfortable beds. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing stay for a ski weekend!
We had a wonderful stay! It was so convenient to get to winter park ski area. We also walked to a lot of restaurants. We brought our dog too and she had a great time! Would highly recommend!

Short ski trip over spring break, with grand pa, children and grand kids. Plenty of beds for every one to sleep and loung.
