Everything was just a we expected. We love drinking our coffee under the porch overhang first thing every morning. The beds were very comfortable except for the queens in the front street side. Son says those need replacing. Enjoyed cooking in the kitchen. Lots of new glasses! Great having two dishwashers and an ice maker. We re-upped for next year!

Well equipped for large groups and very clean!Wish they would have kept the old beds in the southwest bedroom!Kept hitting frame walking around them! And the glass in the living room door needs to be replaced. Too pretty of a view to obscure it!Looking forward to next year!

We have 11 family member travel every summer. This is the first time in this home. It was not the fanciest but was the most comfortable home we have ever stayed in. Plenty of room to spread out, great location, close to an uncrowded beach and very clean. Plenty of things to see and do. We loved it so much we have already reserved it for next year.

We absolutely loved our stay here at the wedding house. The floor plan was well thought out and we had everything we needed for our 12 guests. We hosted my wedding here and it was the most perfect venue for the most perfect day. We comfortably fit a dance floor, picture wall, decoration and gift tables, buffet tables, and tables and seating for 50 guests. It was PERFECT! No details were missed at check-in, they even gave us the sweetest frame with shells to hold one of our wedding pictures. We can’t wait to come back!

This is the second time renting this home. As usual it was clean and in excellent shape. It checked all the boxes for the group we had this year. Kitchen is well stocked. All the rooms are clean and fit each participant well. The parking area is very large and can support up to 8 cars. The home is close to the center of the island, but far enough away from the public access. Overall, our stay was twice as nice from 2 years ago.

Our family vacation was just perfect again! We have been coming to Pensacola Beach for 20 years and using Paradise Beach Homes for rentals. They were recommended to us by a Pensacola native. As our family grew ( we are now 16) we kept renting bigger homes on the beach. We have had 304 Ariola for many years now. If we have any problems Paradise Beach Homes comes right away and fixes the problem. The house is always perfect when we arrive with everything we need for our week of living there. It has a new touch here and there every year. My family calls it coming home! The beach is perfect too, not too crowded, very family oriented. It other words we love everything and would not change a thing! We are already signed up for next summer! Thanks Pensacola Beach Homes!

We found the house very functional. The covered space on the deck, the kitchen, six bathrooms and bedrooms, perfect kitchen, well supplied kitchen. The only problem was the broken top rack of the dish washer. It was perfect for our group of 8 and would have served more. I plan to reserve this house for next summer as well. This is my 15th summer week on Pensacola Beach with Paradise Beach Homes..all wonderful.

We held my sons wedding welcome party a this house. Fortunately the weather broke and the wind died down as we had about 75 people in the car port for the event. It worked out very well, and we had it catered by Nancy's Haute Affairs who did a fabulous job. We had a couple of small issues with the refig and electrical in the car port, but the management team was Johnny on the spot and got them taken care of very quickly.

The Good: The house had plenty of open space for a large group. Plenty of seating inside and outside. The views were amazing. The staff at Paradise Beach Homes were very friendly and helpful.The Bad: One burner on the kitchen range did not work and this made cooking for a large group very inconvenient. Toilet seats and toilet paper holders were all loose. Trash had not been emptied in the kitchen upon arrival. Floor rugs were shedding on everything. Floor rug in the master bedroom had urine smell. Lack of kitchen storage containers. Outdoor grill was very dirty. Back deck flooring was coming loose, needed to be sealed and several people got splinters in their feet. Unattached bed headboards were noisy.

I've stayed at this house several times and have always enjoyed myself. The house itself is very nice and the views from the balcony are excellent . The house is never very clean though. You cannot walk barefoot in the house. The bottom of your feet will be black. And there is usually a fair amount of dust on the ceiling fans. If your planning on using the oven it only has one shelf and hasn't been cleaned in years. For the amount you have to pay for a cleaning deposit, I would expect it to be more up kept .
