The property is well maintained, clean and fully stocked with everything that you may need. Location is awesome, walking distance to local eateries and Hideaway Park. Just a short drive to the slopes or to the grocery store. Highly recommend this rental for families.

The property was very conveniently located - walking distance to many restaurants and shops. The unit was very well appointed with ample supplies and amenities. We arrived late on our check-in day but found the Safeway in Frasier was open until 11 so we were able to get essentials. We had 6 adults in our group and it was plenty big enough for us to relax and hang out after days on the slopes. We loved the decor as well! Only downside (unrelated to the unit) was the lack of Lift shuttle buses operating the days we were there. We ended up having our non-skier friend drop us off at the slopes and pick us up at the end of the day. Overall would definitely recommend renting and staying here.

Everything was very comfortable for our holiday ski trip. Unlike many condos, it was cool enough to sleep at night. Enjoyed the private hot tub!
We were able to walk to some good restaurants.
Getting to/from the slopes was not as easy as anticipated. Free busses were sometimes full and it's a longish walk carrying gear from bus stop to lifts/gondola.

Rented this property with a group of friends & 2 dogs for a ski weekend. When we first arrived the key code that was given didn't work. However, Kerry was awesome about getting us a new code and making sure we could get in. The prompt response to any questions I had was greatly appreciated. The location of the property is super close to the shuttle pick ups/drop offs, walkable to restaurants in town, and being on the ground floor is great when you're lugging around ski gear! I would recommend this place for a stay in Winter Park.

The property is just as described! Really nice and comfortable. The bunk bed room is super tiny, but it was perfect for kids and teens. Location is amazing, close to restaurants and 7 min from the slopes. Loved it.

Great property!
I stayed here with my service dog and best friend. The place was amazing and even though there was construction next to us you couldn't really hear in inside. It was close to things in town and central to the other mountain towns around. The path around the property was beautiful and looked amazing with the snow fall! I will stay here the next time I come back to the CO mountains.

Great place best location!
Great place with many amenities. Well stocked kitchen with anything you’d need to make some great meals. Beds are comfortable. Choice of your own hot tub or a heated pool and jacuzzi at the club house. Kerry and Trent were great to deal with and everything went really smoothly.

Winter Park Stay.
The property was great. It was as described and there was always excellent communication. The location was ideal. We could walk to town in a few minutes. It was only 5 minutes (drive) from the ski lifts and there was easy parking there. The unit was very well appointed with everything we needed. It was very clean, comfortable, and it was a great set up! We have no complaints. We would recommend this for anyone, including families. Especially if you have young kids, the nearby park and sledding area at the outdoor amphitheatre would be a blast. You can walk there in a minute or two since it is right next to the complex. The nearby coffee shop/bakeries were great. It was a short walk and a nice way to start the day every morning. Getting to grocery stores took just a couple minutes to drive, and we could have walked to the Fireside Market (which is a really nice store). We drove to Winter Park from Michigan (our first trip to drive instead of flying) and having a great place to stay made it a great trip for me, my wife, and our 22-year old son who joined us the second day. Our pups like it, too. The skiing was also very, very good! Thank you for making this place available.

We really enjoyed staying here. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The pool and hot tub across the parking lot where favorites of our kids. The sledding hill was also a fun surprise. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We will be back.

Well stocked and comfy!
This unit had everything you need and more. It is by far the most well-stocked and organized rental I have ever stayed in. Beds, linens, sofa were all comfy. Unit was super clean, spacious for 4 adults, and it was nice to have our own private hot tub. Would have been nice to have a view but this is no fault of owners as new condos are being built behind this unit. We were out all day playing so it didn’t bother us and we would definitely stay here again if we find ourselves in Winter Park!

Great location with private hot tub is a win! We could easily walk to the shuttle stop and ride into the resort. The kitchen is well stocked with many extras- spices, basics, dishes, and cookware. All small details were considered that make this condo feel like home.

Probably our best rental experience to date
We stayed in mid-December, first time at this property.
Location
- Right off the main street through Winter Park. Easy walk from the condo to the shops/restaurants.
- There is a park adjacent to the property that is absolutely perfect for younger kids. My kids are older, but we saw families enjoying sledding on the hill and in the skate park, really letting kids get their wiggles out. Also, being the holiday season, the park was beautifully lit at night.
- Very easy access to the shuttle bus that takes you to and from the WP ski mountain. The pickup going to the mountain is in front of the McDonalds at the intersection of Rendezvous Way and Main St, and the drop off when returning is at the intersection of Main St and Wanderer's Way. Both stops are an easy 3-4 minute walk from the condo.
- There is a grocery similar to Whole Foods that's walkable, and a Safeway is a short drive away in Fraser.
The Unit
- Hard to say enough good things. I've never stayed in a rental that was as clean. Seriously, the window tracks that usually collect grime and bugs over time were spotless (I happened to notice when opening a window). I saw nothing at all that needed repair or "fixing up," and I'm super anal retentive about such things.
- Having a private hot hub on our patio was particularly nice during this pandemic, versus sharing a large one that is shared among all the condos in the complex.
- The most striking thing about the unit was how incredibly equipped it was. Little things, like having device chargers all over the place were thoughtful touches. And the kitchen didn't lack a single thing. My wife is a gourmet cook who goes far beyond ordinary food prep, and she never lacked anything.
- Owners and Communication
Delightful. Communication was always friendly, timely, thorough, and clear.

The only drawback was that there was construction of a new building going on next door, but that would only be an issue if someone wanted to sleep really late. We don't go to WP to stay in bed all day, so it didn't bother us at all. And the work being done was far enough away that we didn't feel our privacy was compromised.
I would absolutely stay here again (and I hope to!).

Absolutely amazing stay!
This property had everything! In five minutes of our arrival, our kids said we had to come back. The condo was beautifully appointed with all the kitchen needs and fine touches throughout the home that we loved. Beds were comfortable, kitchen had everything and more! The private hot tub was a bonus each night. Perfect location to hop on the bus to Winter Park for a day of skiing. We absolutely loved our stay! We will be back!

Amazing and beautiful condo! Perfect location!
My husband and I stayed in Winter Park to elope and we had a wonderful time! The condo was really clean and the owners have great taste (we were taking decorating tips for our own house :)). The place was fully stocked and we have no complaints. The construction was not disruptive and we enjoyed the hot tub multiple times a day. We can’t wait to come back and stay again! We highly recommend this property!

Nice place but noisy due to construction
Property is conveniently located close to restaurants and stores. Beds were comfortable and every kitchen item you could image was provided. The only negative was the very loud construction right outside the sliding door from 7:30am-5pm Monday through Saturday. This really limited our ability to enjoying the views and utilize the hot tub and patio. We were looking for a quiet place to relax and unfortunately the construction ruined that ability. The construction was not disclosed prior to arrival and if had I would have asked for refund because the noise was very disruptive.

Mountain Oasis
The condo was incredible -- super clean and a great layout with beautiful and comfortable furniture. Many condos have starter bags, dish soap, etc, but they had ample supplies of everything we needed and more.
The hosts were very communicative and it was an easy check in/check out process.
The location is amazing as it's close to main street, but still feels private and is a quiet complex. The private hot tub was super nice to have, especially during this time of COVID.
I stayed here with my husband, infant and MIL and we all enjoyed the space and can't wait to visit again!

Beautiful condo, incredible Winter Park!
Wow, the home owners her have thought of everything. This condo was literally turn-key. We had everything needed to stay in and cook our meals after full days of skiing. The condo was clean, extremely comfortable and incredibly well stocked. We will definitely put this on our list of places to return to!!! Thank you for everything....

Outstanding in every way
I rarely write reviews but had to this time. I’ve stayed in many vacation rentals over the years and this one is head and shoulders above all, except for a flat we rented in Paris that was near a bakery that sold freshly baked croissants. And as lovey as Winter Park is, it’s not Paris 😂🥐
That said, what impressed me most was how the Waltons don’t just offer a clean, spacious, well located condo, but theyve been super intentional about making every part of the guest experience as easy, fun, and relaxing. The place has comfortable and stylish furniture, modern finishes and is well maintained, stocked, and organized. Some rentals have that odd assortment of cast off dishes but don’t really nail the essentials. Not this one - I was able to avoid a trip to the store because they had items I forgot to bring, like pancake syrup. There was lots of stuff our kids were excited to find, like sleds, hot tub, bunk beds, various streaming services, Xbox, and great board and card games. And many thoughtful touches and problem solvers like chargers in every room, good pillows, garbage bags, laundry detergent, paper towels, plunger, etc.
When there was a small checkin delay, the Waltons immediately solved it by arranging a dinner reservation and picking up the tab. They clearly want to make every aspect of the experience delightful.
Anyway, thanks Waltons, we loved our stay here and will definitely be repeat customers!

Perfect Condo
This was a great condo for a number of reasons. A short walk to town, adjacent to a trail and open space, a private hot tub on the deck, a beautifully appointed newer condo, plenty of space for our family of four. We will book it again when we're back in WP.

We absolutely loved our stay here in Winter Park! They thought of everything. The pictures don't do this condo justice. From the warm decor, comfortable bedding, hot tub and games for the whole family. We enjoyed sitting by the fire, soaking in the hot tub and walking to town to sled and eat dinner. Will definitely return!
