El área del estudio cuenta con un televisor más un sofá regular más una cama de día para una opción adicional para dormir. El piso principal ofrece un plano de planta abierto con una gran sala familiar con TV de pantalla grande, mesa de comedor con 8 sillas (más 2 adicionales), cocina actualizada, un dormitorio con una cama doble de bolsillo y TV, un tocador, Balcón al frente y terraza al fondo. El tercer piso tiene una suite principal con TV y baño con una cama queen size de bolsillo profundo, otro dormitorio con 2 gemelos y un televisor y un baño completo.

We had a great week! The townhouse was clean and on a quiet street. There was plenty of space for everyone. We were close enough to walk to the beach, mini golf and several places to eat. Arno was very good to work with. I would recommend the place.

Great location. Less than a 10 min walk to the beach. Access to grocery store, convenience store, pharmacy, and restaurants (pizza, pasta, subs, ice cream) all within close walking distance. Home was great for 2 families with a combined 5 kids (3 teens) and allowed plenty of space for everyone to hang out. Also had nice extras such as carts for beach. Also, not as busy as the area near the boardwalk! Great home for multiple families.

Super Stay
This was the second trip my friends and I took to Ocean City New Jersey and it was just as great as the first location we stayed at. The house was nice and spacious with plenty of heat, plenty of rooms and beds to sleep comfortably. We enjoyed making our “ Friendsgiving dinner” there. We would most definitely return to Arno townhouse.

Great Space for a Family Vacation
We were looking for a place to accommodate multiple families for a beach trip and this place was perfect. There was so much space and room for our family to hang out together and on our own. The walk to the beach was not bad and it was a short drive to the boardwalk. Arno was great at responding to questions and answered quickly.

Perfect location to the parkway if you want to zip to another shore point for a visit it has a Wawa acme and CVS within walking distance you can either walk or drive to the beach it's about four blocks very quiet away from all the hustle and bustle of downtown Ocean City but close enough to hop in your car and drive down there if you want to do the boardwalk or the amusements. Corsean inlet is about 10 minutes away.

We loved this house! There was enough room so everyone could get a great night sleep, and it allowed the adults to have fun after the kids were asleep! The walk to the beach was easy and we really loved our time. We hope to go back again!

We had such a wonderful time at this adorable beach rental. It is one of the most well stocked rentals we’ve ever stayed at- they had everything we needed! Kitchen utensils, more sleeping options than we could have used, blankets! Night lights, you name it. The walk to the beach was easy and the nearby public restrooms were great. Every morning started with a walk to wawa for coffee and every evening ended with the kids playing and loving life at the nearby playground. Arno was responsive and very pleasant to work with. Can’t wait for our visit next year! If I could give this vacation a 6 out of 5 stars, I would.

The condo was exactly what my wife and I wanted for a beach vacation with two little kids. Beach was within walking distance and there was plenty of space for us all to relax after a full day. Lots of dining options in the area but we also took advantage of being able to stay in and cook a couple times because of the kitchen. Would definitely stay again.

Arno, the owner was great. He was very helpful and always quick to respond to my many questions. We vacationed during COVID and I had many concerns. Arno addressed all of them and offered helpful advice on local shopping and traffic patterns as well. My adult children loved the place and everyone had plenty of space and privacy.. My grandchildren are toddlers and they safely maneuvered throughout the house. Everything we needed was there upon arrival. Great kitchen, cleaning and beach supplies too! The only negative - It was a bit far for toddlers and carting beach chairs etc. Otherwise, perfect in every way! LK

Amazing place
Everything was as expected and more. Place had tons of cook wear, cleaning supplies, and blankets. Beach chairs and boogie board available for the kids and adults. Parking was easy to find. Beds were clean and comfy. Common areas were spacious everything you could imagine.
Owner was so helpful with everything respond within 12 hours. Made sure everything was perfect for our stay.

Arno was very accommodating and quick to communicate with me during the period before our stay. Due to Covid-19, a lot was unknown but Arno took the time to keep in communication with me and keep me informed. The house was great and very family friendly. Perfect vacation spot! Great homeowner!
Even though my request was unusual the homeowner was more than accomodating. The owner quickly answered ALL of our questions (there were many) before and during our stay and even checked in to make sure we were enjoying ourselves. The house was very large and allowed everyone to spread out. We had 7 guests and everyone had plenty of privacy. There were no complaints about the beds, even though the basement was chilly in winter there was an endless supply of blankets provided. I cooked full meals several times a day with an endless supply of pans, pots dishes, serving utensils, spices, oils, knives, etc. The only thing I could recommend is a set of measuring cups. The appliances were brand new and very clean. We had plenty of paper goods, cleaning supplies, vacuums etc. Unfortunately our weather was chilly so we didn't enjoy the outdoor spaces but they seemed perfect for a picnic in the summer. Parking was more than adequate. Location can't be beat. Wawa , cvs and acme were a 2 minute walk. The pizza place on the next block was open all year and delicious. There is a gorgeous park which we spent hours at and of course the beach! Very walkable and I believe there was even a cart supplied to help tote beach gear. I would definitely recommend this stay to anyone, we'll be back!

We wanted to write this review to tell all who read it that our family of 9 had the best vacation ever. This condo we rented was top notch, with 3 families totally 9 people we had plenty of room and also the condo is set up to allow all families to have their privacy as well. Family area is awesome with kitchen dining room and living room flowing into each other wonderfully. Parking was plentiful as well. As awesome as condo was the location was amazing. We had to young grandkids that are 7 and 6 years old and with playground a block away, bike path very close and best of all, the beach was a 2 block walk. We were close enough for all our boardwalk activities but far enough that condo area was not congested . Condo within walking distance to Acme, Wawa, Cvs and Hoy’s store for our souvenirs. Owner was very responsive to our questions leading to our rental week. Just great to have that. We would and will be calling again to rent this property.

So bad that we chose to leave and stay elsewhere
My friends and I were scheduled to rent this property from May 16th through May 19th. Upon arrival, the home smelled stale and obviously had not been prepared for our group. The carpets throughout were beyond filthy, and especially so in the kitchen/dining area. As I continued my cursory inspection, I heard a smoke alarm beeping on the third floor/bedroom area, which I thought was as a result of a dead battery. At that point I tried to call the owner, who did not answer my call, so I sent a text message. While I waited for a response, I continued to look around and found scuffed up walls, cracked ceilings, and bathroom floors so dirty that the soles of my shoes stuck to them.
One of our group (all of whom are over sixty years of age) went to get a battery for the nonworking smoke alarm. When she returned we attempted to change the battery which had to be done by climbing on a chair--not the safest for senior citizens. Upon removal of the old battery, we found that there were no contacts for the battery, and in fact, the smoke detector was purposefully left in a nonworking condition.
When I finally got in touch with the owner, he tried to excuse the condition of the property by telling me that "it's really outside of the season" to which I replied, "You took our money months ago. You had plenty of time to prepare for our stay." He then went on to tell me that the transmission died on his car and there was nothing he could do to remediate the issues with the house because he had to work and couldn't get down to the property until that Sunday. My friends and I decided that were didn't feel comfortable or safe in the property in its condition and we informed the owner that we wished to leave. All of this transpired within an hour of our arrival at the property.
The owner promised that we would get a full refund and made the partial refund finally on Sunday, from Thursday. I informed him that he shorted us $59.00, which he promised he would remedy. I have not heard from him since, nor has he responded to my message.
I have rented from Home Away many times now, and in various parts of the world and have never been even remotely disappointed. This property and its owner are the exception, but with that said, I would stay far away from this one. It isn;t worth the aggravation.
