The property is very clean and the hosts, Beth and Jack, are very hospitable! We brought our two daughters and four grandchildren and had a wonderful week at the beach! This home is close to everything and only a five minute walk to the sand! We loved the tennis courts (1 block away) and played there for two of the mornings. The kids loved the playground, right beside the tennis courts, and the mini golf (3 blocks away). Randazzo's Pizza Shop is also a block away and their pizza is fabulous (we ate there twice). The kitchen has everything you'll ever need and the home was very kid friendly - lots of games to play and plenty of beach chairs in the garage. Thanks Beth and Jack.

This property was in the perfect location. So close to the beach and close enough to anything else we needed. The living room and kitchen were great hang- out places to play games and eat dinner together. We had a little one with us and the master had plenty of room for a pack & play. Plenty of extra beach chairs , etc if you need them. The bikes were a huge plus - so fun! Thank you for helping us have a great vacation!

Modern, comfortable second-floor property with ample room for our party of eight. The kitchen was very well-equipped, and the hosts were gracious enough to provide lots of condiments, soaps, cleaning materials and paper goods. Garage had lots of bikes and beach equipment, as well as a nice propane grill. Easy walk to beach. Would stay here again.

We loved our week at the beach and this is our 2nd year renting this house. The central location is perfect, being within walling distance to restaurants, a playground, wawa and the grocery store. The boardwalk is a short bike ride or car ride away. The beach is one short block away, which was perfect for our family. The beach at this street is huge compared to the Ocean City Beaches on the single digit streets. The house had everything we needed, including beqch chairs, toys, and bikes in the garage. I would definitely reccomend, unless someone in your party has mobility issues, as there is only 1 entrance that has a full flight of stairs to enter.

We had a great stay at this beach house. They had everything that was needed to have a great week. Garage was full of beach chairs, umbrellas, bikes and toys. Super clean and comfortable. Hosts were easily accessible and very helpful. We hope to return next year!

We were so grateful to find Jack’s place available on short notice when our original place to stay was cancelled at the last minute! He was very responsive and accommodating. The home was clean, the kitchen was well stocked and there were even bikes and chairs available for use. It is a very short walk to the beach. Perfect for our group!

Our family had a grear week at this beach house. It was perfect for our extended family amd 2 small children. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, and it was a short walk to the beach. The garage with bikes and beach equipment was a bonus. We hope to stay here again next year!

Although a major appliance such as air conditioner is never planned by anyone, we felt we had to negotiate $ back when a more appropriate amount should have been offered. The a/c was not repaired until more than halfway through the vacation. There is a minisplit in family/room kitchen but the bedrooms were almost 90 degrees and with rain, windows could not be open.

Beautiful house
We booked a two-day stay here at the last minute to be with family nearby for a memorial service. The owners quickly responded to our request and couldn’t have been more helpful. It’s a beautiful house in a great location, fully stocked kitchen and everything you could need. We hope to return for a real vacation!

We really enjoyed our time at the house! Everything was as described on the website. All rooms are nice and clean. Kitchen is well equipped with lots of plates, cutlery, pots and pans, condiments and everything you need. There are even beach chairs and bikes in the garage. The owners were very pleasant and easy to get a hold of. We definitely want to come back to this place next year!!

We so enjoyed the house! The house is decorated so nice, clean and bright. Bedrooms and linens look so pretty. Beds very comfortable. Even though it wasn’t summer we enjoyed the porch almost everday. Location

Great Golf Weekend with the guys
Spent an enjoyable 3 nights and the unit was in great shape with everything you needed. We had 8 guys and it was very comfortable and the living space and deck made for much fun and conversation. Location is perfect and Jack and Pam were great to deal with during the process. would do it again.

Great beach house!
We had a great time on our family vacation week in OC. The house was lovely and the walk to the beach was so short and easy. The garage was filled with bikes and beach stuff so we didn't need to bring our own. The kitchen had more stuff than any other rental we stayed in... Lots of pots, plates, bowls, toasters, waffle maker, anything we needed. Owners were amazing and helped us when we needed it. Definitely high recommendations all around. Thanks for the great week!

Wonderful vacation
The place was very clean, it had really all that we could need for a week vacation. The kitchen is well equipped. It was spacious enough for my husband and I and our 5 kids. And really close to the beach and few restaurants.
The owners were so quick to answer any questions or concern.

Spacious and wonderful location
We had a wonderful stay and vacation. The Home had plenty of room for our family and was beautifully decorated. We felt right at home. The kitchen had plenty of dishes and each cabinet was labeled with its contents. Super helpful. There were also little extras that I appreciated like extra paper towels, etc. the best part was how close we were to the beach. Only 1/2 a block was fantastic and made our days easy and enjoyable. Can’t wait to go back and stay again.

Great Long Weekend
My family and I had a great time at your house. The accommodations were neat and clean and everything that we needed was there. The owners were great to deal with. Only minor (very minor) item is that the sliding door to the patio and the curtains were a bit hard to operate.

Best Vacation Rental we have stayed in
We were thrilled with this lovely home and its proximity to the beach and amenities. The bedrooms were a terrific size for my family and so nicely decorated and clean. The living room was very comfortable and offered a nice place to relax after a long day enjoying the beach and boardwalk. The kitchen was spacious and equipped with everything we needed. The deck was a great size and we enjoyed having the table with the umbrella for our morning breakfast. The owners were so nice to work with. We have already booked our vacation week for next year and will be recommending this home to all of our family and neighbors.

Fantastic Space - Has Everything You Need
My boyfriend and I stayed at the Peyton's OCNJ in September 2017. The house is great - the living and dining spaces are open and can accommodate a lot of people, the bedrooms are clean and have plenty of space for all your stuff, and the location is ideal being only 1.5 blocks from the beach. This home also comes with two off street parking spots and a garage to store all your beach gear. We had a fantastic time and would definitely stay again - thank you so much to Jack & Beth!

Great Location; Great Property
Really affordable and clean beach house close to everything in OCNJ. Loved that we could walk to the Acme or Wawa. The beach is less than 1 block away, the basketball/tennis courts are also walking distance. We could hop on a trolley to get to the boardwalk more quickly. The 35th street beach is less crowded and nicer, in our opinion, then the northern beaches we have been on. We are so glad we found this place and location. Great for all ages.

My family and I had a great time at the beach house. It was in a great location just a block to the beach, park and restaurants. The house came fully stocked with all the kitchen utensils you could possibly need. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks Beth!

Excellent family rental close to beach
Our family loved this beautiful rental property. The kitchen was fully stocked for cooking and dining in. The beds were all very comfortable and stocked with extra blankets and pillows. The kitchen and dining area / family room were all so spacious and open for our family time. The house had a lot of puzzles and games for the kids to enjoy. We enjoyed the short walk to the tennis courts/beach/grocery store/donut shops and ample parking. I've been renting shore houses for 11 years and this was the best. We can't wait to return.
