Beachfront Premium Unit - Stunning Sunsets
Esta unidad fue comprada en 2009. Se realizó un cambio de imagen completo: la cocina fue remodelada, ambos baños también: tocadores nuevos, con nuevas encimeras de granito para ambos baños, se pintó toda la unidad, se compraron muebles nuevos en cada habitación, como camas nuevas para todas las habitaciones. Los pisos de las habitaciones son de madera (nuevos) o de baldosas.
Se instaló una nueva tubería con válvulas de control de temperatura en ambos baños, y se reconstruyó la ducha en el baño del dormitorio principal.
El amplio balcón, en el quinto piso, ofrece una vista panorámica del océano y espectaculares puestas de sol, mientras que los amaneceres se pueden ver en el otro lado, con vistas a la bahía. Muchos campos de golf están disponibles cerca, varían en desafío y precios.
La cocina cuenta con todos los electrodomésticos, utensilios y comodidades necesarios: microondas, cafetera de goteo, lavaplatos, etc. para que pueda disfrutar de sus comidas en casa, y también hay dos barbacoas de gas junto a la piscina.

La playa es increíblemente larga y se puede caminar o correr por millas. Se puede llegar al pase de John a una corta distancia a pie (10 minutos) y ofrece una variedad de tiendas amigables que venden productos únicos y muchos buenos restaurantes.

Was a wonderful vacation. Pool was cleaned every morning. Beach was cleaned. Felt very safe. Just perfect.

This property exceeded our expectations! We wanted a beach front property and this definitely fit the bill. Got to enjoy our days at the beach without having to drive to get there and haul all our stuff. We were able to walk the beach in the mornings, enjoyed time swimming, then go up to the condo and have a nice lunch when it got super hot. Then back down to the beach to watch the gorgeous sunsets. We sat on our deck every morning and watched the dolphins swim by. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. They only provide 2 kitchen trash bags, which wasn’t enough since we ate most meals at the condo so be aware of that. The condo had beach chairs and umbrellas to use which was a huge plus!! If you don’t want to bring chairs down, there are also chairs to rent on the beach. The pool and hot tub were so nice to have access too as well. This is also close to John’s Pass. Approximately a 10-15 min walk on the beach. We will definitely be back!

Location was perfect for relaxation! Condo was exactly as described.. loved the fully furnished kitchen. The beach supplies, and cooler were definitely appreciated and put to use. Plenty around for our kids to go explore while we relaxed on the beach or in the pool. Would highly recommend and stay again!

We came for a week with my hubby, and our two young children, and my mother. The condo was beautiful, the location and view were top of the line. We enjoyed our stay so much here! The beds were extremely comfortable, so were the pillows. They had so much extra beach gear that was not listed that totally saved our trip and made trecking to the beach each day a breeze. 4 beach chairs, an umbrella, a sun dome canopy you can put together pretty quickly, and a bag of sand toys buckets and shovels. It was however lacking towels, only a few bath towels and no beach towels at the property. The property was cleaned upon arrival, and they had a few baby items that were not listed that were helpful; a baby high chair attachment and a few baby utensils. This stay was everything for our family, we cannot wait to come back!
A few suggestions for the owner that would have made a better stay include:

A wagon to cart beach gear/
DISHWASHER SOAP OR PODS/
If the kitchen was equipt with some ziplock bags and tin foil (kept forgetting to buy those on our grocery runs)
All in all this place was beyond beautiful, clean, comfortable and the view was nothing short of spectacular! We will be back!

The condo was absolutely perfect! There was a situation with the elevator, and the owners were amazing with communicating and solving the problem! The condo was extremely clean and had everything we needed! The view from the balcony and living room was amazing! I am looking forward to returning next year!

Great condo! We come to Madeira a few times a year and this was one of our favorite condos! Very clean, easy check out, beautiful views, amazing extras in the condo, host was prompt to reply to questions and close to Johns Pass! We would definitely stay again! Thanks for having us!

Sea Breeze is a great place to stay. Our one biggest complaint is the elevator, otherwise we love everything about it. VRBO and TRS continue to make the vacation planning convenient and easy!

Save yourself the VRBO searching time - this is the condo you're looking for! Close enough to the water to see dolphins, nice pool area facing the beach, walkable to John's Pass and awesome restaurants (Caddy's!) so you could do without a car, and everything was clean and updated. Plus, the owners were lovely to communicate with as we planned our stay and the property management company down the street were top of the game pro's. Thank you for sharing your home away from home with us. We'll be back :-).

This property is exactly as described and has everything you will need for your beach vacation, except for beach towels. The view from the balcony is gorgeous. You can see dolphins and manatees swimming by below. The beach is clean, and easy to walk or run on. We enjoyed the kitchen, and had everything we needed to make delicious meals and beverages. It's about a mile walk to John's Pass.
The only thing we didn't like about the property was the elevator and the codes to the pool and beach gates being challenging to enter into the boxes. The elevator was ugly with tarps hanging on the walls, and it was slow. It seemed to want to quit at any moment. There's only one elevator, so sometimes you have to wait for an empty ride to get on.
My brother's girlfriend (60 yrs old) was harassed by a group of obnoxious teen boys in the pool area when she was attempting to enter the beach gate. It's not easy to master the lock, and she was humiliated by the boys. Those same boys were harrasing another guest on his balcony, yelling at him from the pool deck. The boys will hopefully never return to bother another guest in the future.
Other than the obnoxious boys, the gate codes and the elevator, it was a fantastic trip. The unit is very nice. I would return to the unit, but would rather stay a bit closer to John's Pass next time.

Our time spent here was the best!! Views were perfect!!! Sunsets from balcony were amazing!! Walking distance to everything. Would definitely recommend and come back to this place!!!

We had a very good stay. The condo was very nice and we'll equipped. The only issue we had was with the elevator. It was extremely slow and with only one for 56 units the wait times were long a lot of the time.

Of all the places on the gulf coast, we would not choose any over Maderia Beach and Sea Breeze property. Our condo was perfect for us. Extremely clean, very well equipped kitchen, beach chairs and all that you would need to enjoy the beach and the pool. We stayed a month and did not want to leave. This is the one you want to book if you can. Thank you!!!

My husband, me, and our 3 young kids stayed here for a week in December. We had a relaxing time at this condo. The hot tub was very warm even though it was cold outside (30s and 40s). The location was in walking distance to so many shops and restaurants as well. We also had a small issue in our condo and the owner was very quick to respond and more than accommodating. We would stay here again!

5th floor condo on Madeira Beach
We had a great time at this Madeira Beach condo. Beautiful views, very clean and comfortable. We even saw dolphins swimming north, close to the shoreline, from our balcony. I would definitely stay here again.

Sea breeze
Had problems with elevator on several occasions. Had lamp in master bedroom that we could not find where to plug in. All in all stay was good. Property manager was quick to respond with problem. May see you again next year.

What a perfect place to stay. Advance communication and asking questions with the owner was very helpful. If you ever stay in the Madeira Beach/St. Pete area, this is the place to be. Everything was as described in the listing. Plenty of parking available. Quick drive to all of the necessities -- grocery store, Target, restaurants, etc. Highly recommend this property.

Exceeded My Expectations
You know the feeling. After spending much time sifting through many property pics and descriptions, you go on vacation and just as you turn the key to go inside your stomach tightens in anticipation to see if you got duped.
But when we went into this it exceeds expectations. To start it was SO clean. The bathroom towels folded into seashells were a nice touch. The layout of the condo was nice. Good size kitchen, dining, and living room areas. Large first bedroom. Doors off the bedroom and living room to a good size balcony facing directly to the water. Newer balcony furniture (5 chairs 2 leg rests and 2 table). Large first bedroom bath that is separated from the two queen beds by a closet which is nice not to wake others in the middle of the night. The toilet/shower is a separate room than the sink/mirror which is nice when multiple people are getting ready at the same time. The second bedroom is large and more decorated like a kids room but my adult daughter did not mind. For us, just three adults, we had a lot of extra room. We could have brought three or four more adults and been comfortable. Heck in polite, easy, and very quick. Overall we love this condo and will be back. The owner should be proud of this property.
