I loved dinner in the fire pit restaurant and breakfast was good in the Korean cow girl restaurant. The reception staff were really polite and helpful. The room was lovely and clean, the best part of our stay. Beds were so comfortable!!

I enjoyed everything however I would say, the spa is a let down for how amazing the rooms are. I feel as if the cave should invest more in the spa side of the hotel, upgrade the spa and offer treatments

Modern Decor, nice grounds and clean/ comfy rooms. Good restaurant choice/ availability and Food extremely high quality. Helpful Reception on arrival.

Pool Facilities not as described online, underwhelming and much smaller than expected. Only 4 loungers available poolside and with no maximum occupancy, many guests having to share loungers or not being able to sit poolside at all. Heated pool/ therapy pool was not 33-36 degrees, much colder. 12-person jacuzzi has signs noting it was maximum of 4-people only. Generally untidy & unclean, used plasters found next to windows, empty plastic cups laying around the pool area, not cleared away. Tables beside loungers sticky with spilt drinks. Firepit Restaurant table booking was not ready on arrival, seated downstairs in Korean Cowgirl Lounge for 20-minutes waiting for table to come free. Once seated, extremely slow service, had to ask when dishes would be served and had to ask to pay once received the bill. Poor quality and overpriced drinks.

Nothing bad to say, I think a better choice in music would make a big difference, heard a lot of old pop, some modern rnb and modern country would go well as a lot of 20-30 year olds stay

Our stay was amazing ! The beds were so comfy and we had an excellent sleep, pool area was really spacious and we ordered drinks to the pool while we were sat, we also ordered room service which came really quickly and overall staff and facilities were really nice.

Bathroom was slightly small considering the price point but had all amenities. Coffee machine wasn’t working so we had to order coffee which came at a price , also there was only 4 loungers around the pool so we didn’t have one to ourselves.
