We loved everything! The villa and the rooms are very spacious, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the 3 bathrooms were perfect for 6 people. The garden was a great place to hang out for those waking up earlier than the others. Eleni was always quick to respond to any questions we had during our stay. Within 5 minutes of walking: - The Malama beach with its lovely mermaid; - Best Buy supermarket; - Tasty icecream vendor. The Villa Nova was the perfect home throughout our vacation!

The house is nicely furnished and clean. It is located in a quite area, surrounded by other villas and the cars pass by only rarely, mostly to get to some of the neighborhood villas, I believe, practically no pass by traffic. There is a nice garden and a place to sit outside with comfortable sofa and arm chairs. Kitchen well equipped, including dishwasher and there is a barbecue outside that you can use to cook. The rooms are well equipped as well and all the 3 bedrooms located upstairs are equally sized and comfortable, which is good for a big company. The bedroom downstairs features an office table and a chair - came handy to us. Air-conditioning available in all rooms including downstairs. Closest beach is Malama, within 5 minutes walk, and the beach itself is really nice, with a water sport station and turtles. The area around is quite and comfortable at the same time. A street with a few restaurants and a decent supermarket is in 10 minutes walk.

Nothing not to like. Just maybe the walls could be repainted soon, having a basic nespresso (or similar) machine could be a nice touch. I would probably replace the frying pans, as the teflon cover has worn out.

The house is nice, big. There are a kitchen and a dining room on the ground floor along with one bedroom (the only bedroom with a writing desk). There's a terrace in the back yard with armchairs and a sofa. The kitchen had almost everything we needed to cook. The only thing we were missing was a potato masher. The second floor has three separate bedrooms. One has a balcony; one has its own bathroom. There are washing machine and a dryer near the stair. There are two nice beaches, where you can walk within 5-10 minutes. You can find sunbeds, sunmats, and umbrellas, that can be taken to the sea, so you won't have to rent them there (but it would be nice to ask the owner first). Me and my wife stayed here with our two children and their grandpa; everyone loved the place.

It's not a specific problem of Villa Nova, it's more like a Cyprus problem. The cold water is stored in the tank on the roof right next to the tank for hot water, which is heated by the solar panel. During the sunny days, the sun heats the water, so it's no longer cold, it's warm. So, if you want a cold shower in the middle of a hot day, you're out of luck. I think it won't be an issue during the colder time of the year.

Great location! beautiful beach nearby, supermarket, cafe. Villa is new and comfortable, everything is provided. We were taken care of in everything, it's very nice!

We liked everything

We loved the place, near the beach and other nice beaches and it is also close to the restaurants and shops. We loved the furniture outside the kitchen - very comfortable. We also did barbecue. The villa is clean and nice, very spacious and kitchen very well equipped.

The beds could be more comfortable - there are spring mattresses. We missed the vacuum cleaner but it is not something big at all... :)
