Comfortable, clean property 5 minutes walk away from the beach.

Bathrooms are a little bit old. And I would suggest to add a water cooler.

Amazing location, only 5 minutes walk from a really cute beach bar and secluded beach. Great running track along the coast towards Protaras. The amenities at the place were simply great. Plenty of restaurants across the road but also the cooking facilities were outstanding.

The only downside was needing a tea towel but otherwise the villa had everything!

Bathrooms need a bit of renovation..

The design of the house was very nice. The size was perfect. We loved the water pressure in bathrooms. And it was fully equipped with kitchen tools, barbeque.

Everything was very good except a few minor things. The rattan coffee table was broken with a big hole on the top, and it was difficult to place our drinks. The swimming pool light was broken and was floating in the pool with the wire hanging out. The electricity went off one night because there was water leaking in the electricity box...never found out where the water was coming from... But the stuff fixed it and they were very kind. Also the tall trees around the pool were withered and got the pool dirty every day, we cleaned it .

Only negative is that swimming pool needs cleaning 24/7
