Short walk from the beach.

Old sheets, saw a few roaches.

I liked the proximity to the beach. I liked the cleanliness of the beach. I liked our little room. The girls liked their bunk bed set up. The kitchen made it nice to feed kids often.

I wish I knew all the tips and tricks to make our stay more efficient.

The unit was close to the pool and beach

Beach Access!!

Bathroom was smelly. Couch was dingy, facility towels, shower curtain and linens needs to be thrown away.

The rooms and pool were very clean. The other people staying there were real nice and did not party or anything.

The room was kind of small, but was perfect for a family of 4-5

It served it's purpose. The kids were thrilled with the pool and beach access across the street.

I feel like it was falsely advertised to some extent, at least from what I was used to. Beach access was across the street but not super obvious. It said gulf view- only if you go out on the balcony and stand to the FAR right side, you can see it. We had 6 people staying there for 4 days- only provided ONE towel and washcloth per person(not per day). We ended up buying more of both. There was no bedding for the sofa bed, which was advertised as 2 sleeping spots- so we bought bedding for this and then the next day someone brought bedding for this (which was nice, though after the fact.) Our queen bed had what looked like a TWIN fitted sheet on it and would not stay on the bed, we ended up taking this off the 2nd night. I'd have appreciated some more detailed info- it says parking pass is required but does not mention anything about them being in the condo room, under or in between 2 plexi display stands(not obviously visible). I honestly just felt like I could not rest when there.

Was not ocean view as stated. Room was very dirty floors left our feet black. Pull out couch bed was very uncomfortable shower handle was broke chairs were broke The kitchen sink completely fell as we were doing dishes Had to carry all our things up 3flights of stairs/ no eleavator. Didn’t have a parking pass had to have one brought and no toilet paper or trash bags were left for our stay

The location was great!

No cabinet space to put our food up. No extra towels and washcloths were available and had no idea how to request more. The locking mechanism on balcony door didn't work.

No elevator and the code did not work, multiple times. we wasted an hour trying to get in the door. One bathroom is not enough for 6 people. 😂😂

The building wasn't mark Gulfview 1 or 2

this was one of my all time favorite vacations, gulfview is a beautiful property well kept and right across the street from the beach. there’s a private beach entrance that I loved! I feel like I found somewhere I’ll be coming back for years to come!

the twin beds weren’t super comfy , a little lumpy.

Location was the best part.

It took us forever to get into our room because we were only sent a beach access code. Not the code to our room door. The room was decent, except for a few things we decided to overlook since it was only for one night. ( Hair on the bathroom towels. What looked like dried blood on the floor in the livingoom near the coffee table. And the dishes were dirty as well.

i absolutely loved every part of it! the housekeeper we met was so nice when we had to go back for items we accidentally left.

excelent apartament

We stayed 4 nights, the apartment is great but the pool was only open one day. I believe there should be a refund because the pool is closed all these days and our kids don't have access.
