Indoor and outdoor space was wonderful. We parked our kayaks on the beach and swam off the dock. The screened porch added an extra layer of comfort during light rain when we still felt like we were enjoying the outdoors. Lovely stay.

Such a quiet, peaceful cove and beautiful spot with everything you need, generously provided by the hosts! A great little swimming area and easy access from the house to the dock and beach for launching a kayak or fishing off the dock. We spent a lot of time on the lovely screened in porch. Beds were comfortable and kitchen is well supplied. I hope we can go back!

We rented this cute little cabin for my daughter’s graduation from Auburn. It was perfect. Just a cute tiny cabin that reminded me of my grandma’s lake house growing up! The marina was close and we rented a pontoon boat and just had the best day on the lake! We will definitely do this again. My kids want to make it an annual thing!!

This house, its location and access to the water made for a relaxing but fun getaway. The kids had space to roam and play in the sand/water, while the adults relaxed in chairs by the water, porch swing and/or hammock. The grill and firepit were a perfect addition with the cooler weather we had while staying. We look forward to planning another stay here in the future.

Place is really nice. Has everything you'll need. The screened in porch is very relaxing. The grill is nice. The beach was great! The dock was is great too! Great place to bring the fam for relaxing, swimming etc. Definitely coming back and will recommend to friends and family

What an absolutely magical spot! We loved every second of swimming, playing on the beach, and chilling out on the amazing screen porch. Being so close to Chuck’s Marina was also really fun and convenient! The only thing that could have been improved, was that the air conditioning units all had clean filter indicators on, and the air was musty. This affected my allergies, but it was a small price to pay for staying in paradise 😊

We truly enjoyed our visit. The cabin was so nice and cozy. We grilled and had dinner on the deck over looking the lake. We enjoyed swimming and boating. The neighbors were so nice enjoyed our chat with them. Its a very beautiful place. We look forward to visiting again.

We only live a couple of hours away, so it was easy for family and friends to come for the day. It's perfect for a family with kids, the 2nd bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds. My grandsons enjoyed their visit. The "sandy beach" area was perfect for them to play.

Incredible PERFECT Lake House!
We were in town for Graduation and Commissioning and this Lake House was PERFECT! The older kids even came to swim a couple times and just hang out! Loved the porch and ALL the space this cabin has! The Beach by the Lake was perfect! Owners are incredible too!

Great Location
There are no restaurants close by unless you are there on the weekend. They all open Thurs-Sunday. One great place to eat is O'skars on Hwy 50 about 20 minutes to the house. Great Food

Wonderful Cabin
This is a great place to stay! You can be as quiet or as busy as you please. The cabin is well equipped and has plenty of space. My wife and I really enjoyed our time there. Highly recommended!

Excellent property
My family stayed Monday - Friday and we loved this property. We have a boat that we dry store on Martin and normally take a week each summer. This was by far our favorite place. We have two daughters (24 and 19) who are both in college so it’s a nice drive from Auburn. The no WiFi was actually a welcome break to have their undivided attention. :) We look forward to staying again soon.

Family getaway
We had a perfect family getaway at this lake rental! Our kids absolutely loved swimming and jumping from the dock and our toddler loved the sand area. We were able to kayak, fish and swim without ever leaving. The location is great we were a quick boat ride from Goat Island and Chimney Rock. Our stay was better than expected. The screen porch was a big hit we spent a lot of time out there when we weren’t swimming. A boat launch is close by and the driveway was perfect for a truck with a boat trailer. I would definitely recommend friends to stay here and we hope to visit again another time!

Paradise
Cozy, comfortable cabin was everything we expected and more. Unique furnishings! Enjoyed the decor: framed maps, antique sewing machine, mirror and frame in living room! Screen porch was perfect place for coffee, reading, napping or relaxing and taking in the beauty of the lake and sunsets. Notebook was very helpful with lots of information: thanks! Very easy to get our canoe and paddle board down to the water. Certainly want to come back.

Absolutely wonderful--beautiful getaway!!
Your home was lovely and with great accommodations. We began each morning sipping coffee by the lake and ended the day watching the beautiful sunset. Our 3 young teenage boys enjoyed fun times at the house by the lake, and of course many hours on the lake at Chimney Rock. None of us were ready to leave--We will definitely be back. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us!!!

Great experience
Clean, spacious and very close to ramp. Exactly what we we were looking for, fished early tied boat, went to the house had lunch and back to fishing. The screened in porch allowed for sitting outside and relaxing after a day of reeling in fish. The property manager was very nice and helpful. Overall wonderful extended weekend.

This cabin has so much character! It is incredibly charming and had everything we needed for a nice, relaxing weekend away at the lake. The screened porch is a great perk: with both a hammock and hanging bed. The floor plan is simple and perfect for a couple or family. I will definitely return!

Not as expected
Interior of house was dark even with all lights on. Water was not accessible although in discussion with owner I made it known that we wanted to fish. Even asked what fish could be caught there. We love to fish regardless of whether we catch anything or not and that was the focus of our trip there. The hill down to the lake was much steeper than expected based on pic we saw. I advised the owner that I am 70 and I wish he had been upfront with me about that. We left as soon as we got packed up and tidied up the house at 8:30 am this morning. Will not go back and very unsure if I will use the vrbo service again.

Relaxing weekend with kids.
We enjoyed a relaxing weekend. The beach area is perfect for kids. Our girls loved jumping off the pier and swimming. When we were not enjoying the lake we were enjoying the screened in porch and deck. Derek was so easy to communicate with. Will definitely stay here again.
