Location. Walkable distance to the shore. Also loved the resort. Safety and privacy.
Tax and resort fee was bit expensive but fair for Memorial Day weekend and luxury. I hated how many emails I got. Too many repetitive information. I wish there was just one email and maybe one reminder.

it was very close to the beach and the pool was amazing. They also accommodated you on the beach as well. The condo was really nice great views of the pool and beach.

the Sandestin grounds were very lovely.
The unit itself, for the money, was fairly basic.
The unit was so basic, for what it cost per night. Maybe a bit more luxury could be added with better bedding, decorating, etc.
I wouldn’t have thought of this, but after taking a nasty fall getting out of the slippery tub, a grab bar and an anti-slip coating on the tub would help solve the problem of the tub height being so different from the bathroom floor height.

The condo was perfect for our needs. Beautiful property, great location. They thought of everything, from the ease of parking, great accommodations, beautiful views. Would highly recommend.

the room was small, no balcony, like in the pictures, & no clean towel service! only small kitchenette

Clean and quiet. Overall a nice facility. Parking was easy to use. Nice that we had access to beach chairs and umbrella.
Hot tub was broken, room was smaller than I thought it would be. View was just OK. Overall nice facility but would probably stay on beach next time.
