Fantastic property, had everything we needed and then some. Location couldn't be better. Having 2 full baths was a plus for 4 adults.

We had an amazing girls' weekend and this property helped make it even better. This condo is conveniently located to EVERYTHING in the downtown area. We were able to walk to get coffee and breakfast in the morning (even though the property had everything to allow us to make meals, we opt not to on these weekends), we walked to get apps, drinks, and meals between our shopping. We stay in Saugatuck at least 2 times a year, but this is the first property where everything was conveniently located and parking with two cars was a breeze. We all decided this is the first place we look when we want to meet up and if it isn't available, we look for a different weekend when it is. The communication between the owners was easy and helpful, the property was great to hang out in and sleep in, and having 2 bathrooms with 4 girls is always a plus. Thanks for making our trip even better with use of your property!

Great stay. Clean and comfortable. Owners were very accessible with any questions we had.

Our stay was in the perfect location. The condo was welcoming, decorated nicely and served us well. However, the cleanliness was not as expected. The upstairs bathroom shower had hair visibly on the floor and window sill the floor had hair on it the mirror was all smeared. Throw rugs needed to be washed and vacuumed. When sheets were removed upon departure in larger bedroom a press on fingernail was under bed skirt clearly showing vacuuming wasn’t done Filthy under sofa clearly showed vacuuming wasn’t done. Cleanliness is key and really needs to be done efficiently to make people feel comfortable. Otherwise I would have given it a 5 star

Wouldn’t say it sleeps 6—futon definitely not big enough for 2 adults and it was not comfortable enough for anyone to sleep on—- also no Kleenex in unit or extra garbage bags (only the one in kitchen trash bin). Everything else was great though

This property was booked for a family getaway with my daughter, son-in-law and 8 year old granddaughter. The location was excellent. We were within walking distance to shops and restaurants. The property was clean and as described. Communication with the owners was excellent as well. Would stay here again.

This condo is the perfect place. You are right in the middle of the shops and restaurants, but yet the condo is quiet and relaxing. It is very clean and nicely decorated. Communication with the owners was easy. Will definitely stay here again.

This condo was perfect for our stay in Saugatuck. It’s located downtown and within walking distance of so much. It was clean, comfortable and spacious and was perfect the stay for our family (4 adults and 2 kids). Kids slept on the futon and couch and plenty of extra linens were provided. Loved that we had 1 parking space in front and easily found parking nearby for our other car. The owners were very quick to respond when we had a minor issue with the door lock. We would not hesitate to stay here again!

Property was clean and neat. It is a newer build and more contemporary than most vacation rentals in the area. The pictures of the place are accurate and the location is amazing. Aside from trips to the beach or other towns, you can park your car and walk to all Saugatuck’s shops and restaurants. The condo is overall well appointed and is quite spacious. Though Saugatuck’s weather is generally mild, one should be aware the place has only a single air conditioning unit on each floor. The lower level remained cool during a hot spell but maintaining air in the second bedroom required using a fan in the hallway to direct cool air from the main bedroom. Both rooms had ceiling fans and additional Vornado fans. Overall, a very lovely stay!

We came for a long weekend for a friends' wedding at the Saugatuck Arts Center. This was my first choice for our group of 2 couples, as the venue is just across a parking lot from the condo. In setting up the booking, the host was very responsive and answered all of my questions quickly and thoroughly. I booked hoping that I'd be just as pleased with our stay as I was with the booking process. The property is perfect. Right in the middle of town, but just off the main street so there wasn't an issue with traffic or noise from the street. The master bedroom has a view to the lake, which as so nice. The condo is well equipped with all of the essentials for our extended weekend. When it came to any questions we had, the host was very responsive and was able to address the small issue we had (couldn't find the iron) in no time at all. The unit was clean and we could tell it was well cared for; what a great find! We will definitely come back to Jeff and Debbie's condo on our next trip to Saugatuck.

My husband and I were there in early spring so it was a bit quiet but lovely. We had two sunny cool days and took advantage of the deck upstairs off the bedroom. Thank you for the high top chairs so we could view the Kalamazoo. Enjoyed our stay and would return.

Lovely condo in a great location! We were able to walk to everything easily and enjoyed the nice weather on the balcony.

This is perfect for so many reasons - location, decor and price. First time I came with another couple and this time was with a couple and their 9 year old son. This place worked perfectly for both groups.

We've stayed in a half dozen places in or near Saugatuck since we come out once a year. This place was by far our favorite: clean, up-to-date, and great location, and also reasonably priced. We plan/hope to rent it again in future!

This is a very attractive and comfortable condo that is right in town. The host communicated promptly and check in was easy. We would definitely stay here again!

I can't overstate the excellence of this location, the comfort of the condo, or the kindness of the hosts. Jeff and Debbie went above and beyond to help our family prepare for and enjoy our stay. Further, when we encountered a last minute mishap, they helped us extend our stay so we could sort things out. The area is lovely and walkable to everything. The town is quaint and the residents helpful and friendly. It's an excellent spot for biking! The condo had everything we needed to be comfy, cook meals, and work. We would be thrilled to visit again.
