We booked two rooms and informed the hotel that our check-in would after 11 pm, however the rooms were not prepared at all until we checked in in the mid night, we had to requested for blanket, water etc. The air conditioning was poor in both the rooms (did not get enough cool) and one of the rooms wash basin had a leak and the water were flowing in the bathroom. Rooms were stinky and there were a lot of stains on the bathrooms.

Booked thru booking.com. Shared details of adv one month before stay. Staff demanded full amount again and didn't allow smooth check in and had to raise things. Finally they accepted which made me rate them very low.

Infrastructure is very good. New looks.

Restaurant is not attached. Based on guest request, they are arranging food from outside.

Worst booking experience. These people don't know how to take booking and hold them - I booked for some guests at a wedding and the day before the booking I just casually called to confirm the booking. Imagine my shock when the person tells me that he doesn't know because they accepted too many bookings! They have just 14 rooms and have accepted 16 bookings! What kind of 3 star hotel is this? Pathetic and irresponsible hotel, avoid if you want confirmed bookings.

Very Professional staff, neat and clean rooms, prominent location, good room service.

Breakfast is not offered before 8:30 am. The hotel does not have a dining facility.

Location is ok. Easily accessible to railway station and bus stop . And located beside road.

But we couldn't find good hotels near to that.

WiFi was fast

Staff doesn't speak English and is not welcoming at all. Bathroom and room very small No facilities: impossible to have a proper laundry (they gave me back my clothes still dirty), no iron table, no steam iron. No hangers in the room
