This property is great access and location to all area attractions. Some updates have been done to the property. Host made check in easy. Would stay again in the future.

The house and location was perfect for our group of 12, five families with teens. House was decently stocked for our needs. Private beach access was awesome!! The owner was having trouble communicating via VRBO during our stay, but otherwise she was wonderful to work with. We would love to book again next year for our last fall break with our seniors!!

Family of 10 enjoyed 6 nights at this property. The space was perfect for our family. The multiple bathrooms were very beneficial after a day on the beach, before dinner out. The beds were great. The kitchen was well stocked. Each level has an exterior door, which is helpful with littles ones that nap & for privacy. We hope to return very soon!

Our stay was amazing, the property lives up to what’s shown online. Susan was a great host who had great communication throughout our entire stay. She even surprised us with a welcome gift! Would highly recommend!

We vacay in this area every year and have stayed at many places. The newly built, older and much of anything in between. This property is a very nicely designed duplex where our crew of 16 had the one side. 4 levels made perfect for all to have privacy from 10 year olds all the way to teens. The pool is like private because this duplex and the one behind share as is the way for all the duplexes. Really nice and incredible water pressure outside showers and hoses by the pool, plus in the home. Ice cold air. The beach is super close with security coded private access. The cherry on top was the private umbrella and wood chairs. This is a private beach so there are just the duplex folks who beach here. High class wooden beach setup meant we carried very little to the beach. Beach is like white flour perfect. Water super clear. Perfect location for going either direction on 30a to Rosemary - we brought electric scooters fun times. Highly recommend this home. The owner was available whenever needed. Oh and I almost forgot the garage is stocked with bikes and it is so convenient. Five stars!!!!!

What an amazing week at Wimaway! The house was large and easily accommodated our family of 14 with 5 bedrooms and 5 baths. It’s located inside a gated area so we felt very safe. It’s comfortable, well maintained and very kid friendly. The garage was full of chairs, bikes, sand toys, etc which Susan, the owner, told us we were welcome to use. The house is conveniently located only steps from the beach on the south side of 30A. A big plus for us was this area of the beach is low density, so shared by only a few properties. Additionally, because no one was staying at the adjacent property, we had the semi-private pool all to ourselves. Susan was friendly and very welcoming. She called us on our trip down and told us to call or text if we needed anything. Upon arriving we discovered the AC on one floor was not cooling properly. She immediately responded. Even though it was late in the day, she had a repairman there within the hour. He quickly and efficiently made the necessary repairs. During the week, she texted to see if we needed anything. We all agree that this was our best trip to 30A. We’ll definitely be back next year!

Our small business started an annual company retreat last year and the Wimaway was the PERFECT house for this retreat. The layout of the home is fabulous. The furniture is super comfortable and made time together fabulous. Home has bikes and beach chairs which is a huge perk. We would already have booked for next year if we thought the growth of our company would allow this home to hold the number of team members. It's a wonderful place!

House was great, area was fantastic, the only issue we had was TV's were not working on two floors all week, and after cable company came, nothing worked.

We had three issues that disappointed us. Pump on pool was not working and did not swim in the pool until Tuesday. Tv's did not work until Friday. Internet did not work until Friday as well. We were celebrating our 50th anniversary and wanted the trip to be special. Several family members were not happy which put a damper on our week. Thanks!

The location was amazing!! The private beach access was great and left the beach area much less crowded. The pool was too cold for us to use and it was shaded all day from the large palm trees around it. There are a LOT of stairs in this home- just in case you have someone who struggles with them. The first floor has a great apartment like level for the teen boys in our group. They had their own den with pullout sofa bed, bedroom/bath, and kitchen. On the second floor was a large bedroom with a bathroom that also serves as the hall bath. Their are tons of windows in the kitchen/den/dining area. Plenty of comfy seating in the den. The kitchen was not well stocked- very few utensils, no pot holders, no blender, etc. The second level balcony has a grill and a view of the pool. On the 3rd floor there are three bedrooms all with their own bathrooms. The Master had a great balcony we used a lot with a great view. The owner was easy to communicate with and accommodating to our needs as they arose. We LOVED our stay and the house was perfect for us and the 13 people who went on this trip.

We had a glorious week with family at Wimaway! Wonderful house and a perfect fit for us. The location couldn’t be better… easy walk to beach, restaurants, ice cream shops & short drive to Publix. Susan Wimmert was delightful and very responsive to any questions. We can’t wait to go back! Highly recommend!!!

Great stay, the house was perfect for our extended, multi generation family of 14. My elderly parents stayed on the mid level bedroom where the social area is minimizing going up and down the stairs. The beach is steps from the house and "best in Florida", in our opinion, (and we are from Miami). The bikes and beach supplies available in the garage were a great bonus. Susan reached out to us to verify everything was in working order, and she was very accommodating, remained in contact for any needs. Overall, Very happy with our stay, and would recommend without hesitation.

The house and location are great. The kids enjoyed the pool and the beach is great. The house has several indoor and outdoor places to gather or to have privacy which is great for a family of 11. We would definitely come back.

We had a great time. Beach access was really close, pool was at the back door and everything we needed was right there. The owner went out of her way to make us feel welcome.

We had the best time! The house was very nice..very close to the beach. The 2 kitchens were great to keep overflow groceries. The rooms were beautiful and very spacious! We would definitely recommend it for large family or friend groups!

Everything about this home was beautiful!

Seagrove Beach is beautiful with perfect white sand and clear water. The area is quality all the way and so is the condo. The pool was essentially private although we share only with the people occupying the other half of the condo. We enjoyed the very few times they were in the pool because everyone in this gated area are extremely friendly and personable. Although I never seek out a gated community, It certainly made us feel totally safe about our equipment which we left outside. The condo is spacious and the beds, bedrooms, and living areas are perfect.

We had a great family vacation. Property location is ideal. Loved having our private beach access.

We had a wonderful weekend. This home was great. It was in walking distance to our wedding venue, very spacious, lots of sleeping room, and the owner was easily accessible.

The house has 3 floors each with a spacious patio/balcony. Well equipped and owner was easy to communicate with. Restaurants within waking distance and nice Publix just a short drive away. Also good walks in nearby protected national forest. Literally steps from a private beach- what more can you ask for?

Wimaway was the perfect property for our group! We had 3 families together for the week and everyone had a blast!!!!

Wimaway was our best beach stay yet. It's very nicely decorated, and the location is perfect - just a few steps a way from the private beach. It's a great place for our big family - 1 set of grandparents, 3 sets of parents and all the cousins. The kids really enjoyed riding the bikes to the ice cream shop (with adult supervision!) a couple of evenings after dinner. The kitchen is well appointed so "cooking in" was easy, and there was plenty of room for all the family to enjoy our time together.

We had the best experience!! Susan was so helpful and prompt with any questions! Wonderful house and location! We had 6 adults and 8 children and had plenty of room!

Our experience at the Wimaway was excellent. The house is beautiful and very spacious. Plenty of room for the whole family. Susan was an excellent host. We love the Wimaway!

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful rental! Walking in on arrival the whole house smelled lemon fresh and clean. You could tell it had been well taken care of even with the threat of the virus. There were 9 adults, one 10 year old and two one year olds who stayed for a week in this house and It was just perfect! My husband and I and our three kids stayed on the bottom floor which was perfect for us with the small kitchen and pull out couch and bathroom. This house has so much space with large comfortable bedrooms and every family got their own bathroom! It never felt cramped, even with the virus keeping us in the house more than a normal vacation! The dining room table is large and plenty of seating in the living room! The pool was very convenient with the babies needing a break from the waves. Although it is shared with the other side of the duplex, we never were in the pool at the same time— it felt like a private pool for us only. It was perfect for us (one side is 8feet deep which my 10 year old was excited about) there are trees surrounding it so you get a mix of sun and shade in the pool area! The beach is a short walk (walk past the pool, and one other rental and you are right at the board walk) the stairs down to the sand are a little steep, but none of us had an issue with it! The beach wasn’t crowded and was wonderful that we were able to put our baby tent up and also our 10x10 tent to keep us shaded. The house had lots of pool and beach toys, chairs, umbrellas and even a wagon to use if we needed. Also two little baby pools. There was a high chair and two pack and plays in the house as well that we could have used. It was so nice to have the owners let us borrow what we needed! Susan was so easy to get a hold of and checked on us multiple times. She was so nice and helpful! We will definitely want to stay here again— the house was amazing and The location couldn’t be beat. We had a wonderful trip and couldn’t recommend staying here more!

Great place to take family and Grandkids! Beach is superb for young ones. Private beach is a plus! Between the beach and pool we never got bored. General consensus is great place for family vacation

Great house and really good location. Had to make do with restrictions due to coronavirus, but weather was great and we enjoyed our stay!
