\Breakfast was the best one I've had in 4-5 starts hotels, it offered choices for everyone in the family from 1 yr to 65 yr old, they all compliemented it. The staffs were very nice, smiling and friendly. Bed was very confortable.

Pool bar and pool area was small. The cafe and drinks were very pricey for the place like this. Cocktail at the rooftop bar were expensive and didn't taste that great, ones at the beach bar were tastier.

The room is nice as it is connected to the private swimming pool.

Better cleaning needed for the room.

Schmutzig, es riecht nach Pilz. Das Pool ist sehr schmutzig. Die liege, Tisch draußen ist noch schmutzig von Vogel schon trocken lassen. Zimmer ist auch alt und verschimmelt.

The food in general was average. It reminded me of food in a canteen.

It’s location, far from Pattaya beach

Got the ocean front pool villa and the views were amazing.

Hot water was not consistent. Stayed here for 2 days and only on 1 morning there was hot water. Seems like it’s a hot water tank that is shared. This didn’t bother me too much since the cold water in Thailand isn’t really cold. But for those who like pipping hot steamy shower/bath then you should put this into consideration.

I did not like the property. The room and the view was not great. It was definitely not as advertised. Disappointed and hence checked out in one day and moved to a different hotel. Never coming back to this place

The room is not great, the pool is small and totally crowded. No other amenities other than this. The ocean is not safe as there are a lot of jelly fish. So basically nothing to do. The breakfast is below average.

The Staffs are nice and friendly. The room is nice, big and clean, the Breakfast is good, and the view is good.

The hotel is quite difficult to find. I would like the hotel to add one more signpost. The map on Google is not quite accurate.

Been here before. Loved the vibe. Good place for relaxation away from the hustle of the city

The only complain I have is the rooftop bar. They should have special prices for the hotel guests. Their package deals are too high. It just forces us to go elsewhere to enjoy our evening. Totally their loss

Lovely view with the spa on the balcony. The renovation is up to date with design, giving its' best vibes to relax.

The location was a bit far from the city, the tour bus wasn't able to collect and drop off for this location.

Swimming pool is great. The slide is so interesting. Gym machine is good and good pool view. Staff service is great. Pool villa included tea and happy hour, a large variety of alcohol and snacks. It is not close to the city centre but easy to call a car.

The villa pool got leafs and some rubbish (beer can & snacks package). Hotel should do more cleaning.

Hotel is new and well-maintained. The Room is big and cozy. Breakfast is really good.

Most of hotel guests are family travelers so it is noisy if your room is above the swimming pool. Of course it is good for family travelers but not for people who want to relax and enjoy peaceful moment.

Location is ideal..pool access rooms were nice. Rooms are big and comfortable. Nice ambience

Sone rooms had odour ciming from the parking floor. One room our baby was awakened by false alarm 3 nights in a row with the reception calling at 3.00 am . Ice wasn't available on request at midnight

air con in the breakfast room was so hot. the "seaview" is only 45 degree view
