It is a lovely condo with a beautiful ocean view and convenient beach access along with a shower right outside the property in the garage. The twirly stairs inside the condo are cute, though a little precarious for younger kids/babies. I loved the beach supplies as we didn’t need to bring our own. The rooms, towels etc were adequate for our stay and the number of people we had (6 adults, 1 child). Having a washer/dryer was a great plus! Loved the beach towels that were sand-proof and water absorbing. Also loved the 2 balconies & terrace, amazing sunset views!

This is a great place, we would totally stay here again! Beautiful view of the gulf. So close to the beach! Family friendly. Only minor thing was the guests or residents staying below us had dogs which were barking a lot in the evening every day (probably when they were out to dinner etc). Not a reason to keep us from coming back though. Responsive and helpful hosts!

We had a great time at Sol Sister. The property is beautiful - even better than the photos. The decor is updated mid century modern - lots of wood paneling, outdoor porches, and comfy spaces. The beach is steps away, and is not at all crowded. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for some relaxation and fun in the sun!

My family and I stayed at this property for a few days and nights recently. We love the beach location and it is close to some good eating spots. Loved Indian Shores coffee.
Pros: The beds were comfortable, the rooms were large, and the kitchen and bathrooms had most everything we needed. Towels and beach chairs were great. Easy checkout was a godsend for a family with small children.
Cons
- I am fairly certain I booked when the hot tub was still available, and then it was taken out of the listing, but either way the owner must remove the picture that includes the hot tub in the floorplan. The caption that clarifies the hot tub has been removed is nearly impossible to find on a mobile device.
- I inquired about whether a pack and play available and was told “I don’t think so” and directed towards Visiting Baby Inc, and then discovered that the apartment did have a pack and play and I wasted $65.
- The guest bathtub had some drainage issues, and the faucet partially broke on our last day. I texted the owner and got no response.
- The beach storage closet could be cleaned up some. There were numerous umbrella “poles” but it was impossible to tell what fit with which and what was un-useable.. I rented a pop up cabana from visiting baby and that saved us. Could use more sand toys
-the loft has shutters down to the main room, not super private. Just wall that “window” off and it becomes a private room.

The views and location were amazing. One thing I didn't expect were the 32 steps to get to the condo that should have been disclosed one of our friends had a double knee replacement and this was difficult for her with no elevator.

This was a great beachfront property with a fun nautical vibe! Very quiet and relaxing stay. We spied groups of dolphins as we took advantage of the easy access sugar sand beaches. Everyone in our family was comfortable and had a wonderful holiday week.

This condo located is located in an area of the coast of the Gulf of Mexico where people are friendly, chill, and relax. If you own dogs, almost every restaurant is dog friendly. The condo is steps from the beach. We thoroughly enjoy the beautiful sunsets every evening. We came to relax and celebrate a birthday and the condo was perfect for this event. The condo is spacious, nicely/uniquely decorated with all the amenities a family will need. There are only stairs, no elevator in the building. Therefore, someone with a disability or elderly would not be able to use the stairs (or would be difficult at best). Overall, I would consider staying again if we ever visit Indian Shores.

Very nice place. Had everything we needed to have a fun and relaxing stay. Was very clean and supplied with all we needed. Would highly recommend this place. Just know it does have stairs to get up to upper condo. We did know that and it was fine for us but could be hard on some. Thank you for letting us enjoy your beach house. We didn't want to leave🙂

The location is great. 3 balconies on two floors. Beautiful place for morning coffee and sunset wine. Well stocked with rafts, chairs, and an umbrella. The community is nice too. Walking distance to mini golf, a great coffee shop my daughter loved, and ice cream. Plenty of room for all 5 of us. Owners were super too - communication was very good

We absolutely loved our stay. Property was clean and the beach/access was unreal. We would love to make a trip back and stay again! It was the perfect relaxation vacation. Local restaurants and activities were great.
My only complaint is that it was difficult to get in touch with the property owner before our stay regarding some contract questions. But luckily there was no issues.

The place was nicely located and clean but we were a bit dissatisfied with a few things. Like the double door entrance that because of how the bottom lock to hold the door in place was broken completely and if someone really wanted in it wouldn't take much more than a hard push so we didn't feel safe with leaving any valuables in the condo while we were gone. Plus the master bathroom toilet was not secure to the floor and we were afraid it would tip over if we leaned to clean ourselves and the headboards would creak every time someone rolled over while sleeping waking us up throughout the night and then there was the TV issue where there was no instructions on how to use it and what was available to watch, a couple of my guests that stayed with us are older and like to watch regular TV and news and were not able to. For what we payed per night these problems were a bit much and most likely would not rent there again.

Incredible family getaway
What a beautiful scene we enjoyed for the last seven days. The sunsets are amazing from the balcony to the sand. The water is truly clear allowing for awesome shell finds and snorkeling fun. Sol-sister allowed our family to reconnect and enjoy each other’s company. We 10/10 recommend this amazing place that is very peaceful and not crowded to enjoy a relaxing Oceanside vacation that will be remembered for years to come. Until next time

Relaxation
Property was as described. Kitchen had needed utensils and unit was well equipped. The easy access to the beach sold this unit for us. The closet with beach chairs, floaties and umbrellas was also a huge plus. Check in and out process couldn't have been any easier. They really make sure you can come and "vacation" and not worry about the small things, which is greatly appreciated. We loved the unit and our time. Pizza spot across the street was great too. Thanks for allowing us to stay.

Loved the decor it was perfect. Loved waking up every day and enjoying my coffee watching the dolphins swim. The only negative was the hot tub being removed and not replaced before our stay.

Great Place for Memorable Vacation
We’ve never been to Indian Shores before, but my VRBO search for a place on the beach in Florida big enough for 7 people led me to this listing, and it was a great find! The beach was awesome- beautiful sand and clear water, perfect sunset views, and the men even caught a few fish. The condo is very well decorated in every room, and the spiral staircase and rooftop sitting areas were hits with the kids. The kitchen is well-stocked, and we loved having Wi-Fi and Firesticks on all the TVs so we could watch all of our normal shows. There is an awesome downstairs storage area with beach chairs and toys and extra room for your own stuff.
You do have to climb some stairs to get to the room, which could be hard for some visitors, but otherwise, the place is great!

Amazing vacation
We travel quite a bit and I must say this property was one of the best I have ever found. The location is perfect, the place is kept in great condition, the beds were comfortable and there was enough space for us to each have our own area. I can't wait to book another vacation here as soon as I can for next year.

Perfect relaxation
The views were breathe taking! The sand was white. My kids (4 and 6) said the sand was like walking on marshmallows. I loved the direct access to the beach. The condo was quiet. The whole sliding door in the condo opens so you get that amazing view and sound of the ocean. The location was really perfect. Could not have been better! Restaurants and coffee shop are very short walks away. We went to the Clearwater marine aquarium one day and it was a short ride. There was a grocery store (Publix) not far so we were able to grab some grocery’s too. We will definitely be going back!
