This is our second time staying here and we have referred this location to many others. Justin is a great host and we know we never have to worry about any issues with his property. This is a little gem. My husband and I absolutely loved it. We are already considering another trip next year to Kentucky and are going to book here. It is VERY convenient, downtown and walking distance to everything. Would Highly recommend staying here.

Justin was great in quickly responding to questions we had. The property is very close to 4th Street Live. The unit is extremely clean and perfect for a weekend.

We loved everything about the loft. We were at a convention with about 3,000 other people. Most stayed in hotels for the same cost per night WITHOUT free parking, full kitchen, and washer/dryer! Those staying in the Hyatt or Embassy Suites had the exact same walk each morning/evening that we did. We felt so comfortable, we started saying, :Shall we go home now" meaning back to the Loft! I have no plans to return to downtown Louisville; however, if I do in the future, this will be the FIRST place I check to see if it is available.

This was our first time staying overnight in Louisville and we are so glad we chose this loft for the night. Location was great and we absolutely loved the floors, the brick walls, and the vinyl collection. The couch was so comfortable to relax on after a day of activities. Communication for checking in and out was great. If we are ever back in the area we will definitely check to see if this place is available again.

The derby loft apartment is in a secure locked building which made me feel safe. It was very clean, was exactly as the online photos had shown, and in a great section of the building on the 2nd floor with no outside noise heard. It has an abundant music selection, informative books, and a great visitor guide prepared by the owner. Check out was extremely easy and it has all the cooking and cleaning essentials for use which is a huge benefit. We were thoroughly satisfied with our 4 night stay and would definitely stay here again! Thank you Justin!

We had a wonderful anniversary weekend in Louisville! Justin's loft apartment was perfect and in a location convenient to so many things in the area. Very impressed with information received before we arrived, the ease of check in and parking, the cleanliness and comfort of the loft, and so many other details Justin had covered. Highly recommend!

We stayed here for a long weekend and could not have been happier with the property. It was in a great location to do everything downtown as well as to head out to the bourbon trail. Access to the parking garage was an excellent feature. The space was perfect for two people. Very clean and had a comfy couch for watching movies or relaxing. Overall so happy with our stay.

Nice modern loft in Louisville. Had a great time. Really enjoyed the original hard wood floors.

We really enjoyed our stay. The overall feel/theme of the loft was very inviting and cozy, and the location was perfect for a night out on 4th street. We loved looking through and playing the records. That was our favorite! Would definitely stay here again!!

This host really knew how to make things easy. They sent along detailed instructions for accessing the unit in advance and clearly thought about little touches to make us feel at home. Love the easy checkout process! My boyfriend and I had more than enough space for the two of us.

My wife and I came up to Louisville to stay one night for a concert. We live a couple of hours away and didn’t really want to drive back afterwards. We thoroughly enjoyed this unit and it’s location. It was exactly as described and the located exceeded my expectations. Less than a block from Fourth Street Live and if you are going to an even at the Yum Center, you can walk it in 15 minutes if you want. Unit is in a safe area, well lit streets and parking access is super close. Check in process was easy and very well explained and we have saved this location for future visits. Highly recommended!

My fiancé and I loved this space! Justin was a great host. Awesome communication. Super clean and very well kept. Close to anything you could ever want! We did a couple of bourbon tours and loved how easy it was to get everywhere. The restaurants around this space are all to die for! Our favorites were by far Gordon Biersch and Mi Casita on 4th. All in all, a great trip! Can’t wait to visit again.

My husband and I stayed here for a weekend get a way. This place was amazing, and homy. We loved having the full kitchen and a living room, this was a bonus opposed from staying at a hotel. Parking is free which is a great perk. Check in and check out was a breeze. Justin is an amazing host, my VRBO wouldn't load our messages once we arrived, so I had to contact Justin. He responded quickly with the information needed to check in. Location was on point, once we arrived and parked the car it was not touched until check out. There is so much within a 15-minute walk, there is absolutely no need to drive. We will definitely stay here again. Thak you Justin for a perfect weekend!

The loft was located near plenty of really good restaurants ! Chk-in was a breeze. Cute loft.

We stopped over on our way home to KC from Gatlinburg. We have stayed at this property before, just not this particular apartment. The furnishings are fun and funky, very well appointed kitchen. The location is one block from 4th Street Live and in the heart of Louisville. I would highly recommend it.

Great property. As advertised. The record collection was awesome and Justin was always prompt with his responses. The back alley entrance felt a little sketchy especially at night but we didn’t have any issues. Perfect for a downtown stay.

This rental offers easy access to downtown in a beautiful, quite setting. The host has supplied everything you may have forgotten along with an eclectic array of records to peruse. The restaurant suggestions were also helpful. It was a wonderful stay!

We stayed mid summer 2021 and the local businesses were just starting to reopen. The apartment was great. A nice safe downtown street right by 4th street Live with parking included. The only thing to be aware of is the mattress is soft. So if you need a firm mattress for a good night sleep it could be an issue.

Loved how the accommodations! Justin had a book there that was very detailed on things to do and places to see! He had a great list of eating places, we would rebook for sure!!
